Ordered a rear deck, got the ship date, paid, Im good.... not exactly.Waited for my part, only received the Insulation that goes beneath. Forgot about the part for a whole month, still didnt receive the rest.Upon reaching out, I was rudely told that I would not get my part for two more months at minimum. They blamed it on the manufacturer, but I couldnt understand why no one reached out or why they treated me like I annoyed them for asking.The rep continued a terrible customer service job and was confrontational versus making me feel valued. I asked for a refund and Ill never use OPGI again!Parts arent always easy to find, but Id pay more and go further for better customer service.
OPGI has a lot of hard to find parts at reasonable prices. They tend to have decent sales during holidays as well. OPGI has a great customer service team. I worked with Kylie who was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with.
Update: While my original review was 1 star because of ability to just get through to place an order and the order was not correct, price matching request also delayed the order. In addition to the OPGI delay, FedEx lost the package. The reason I have updated it to 3 stars is because the Customer Service Manager personally got involved, personally pulled the parts and reshipped the parts next day air....Thank you Raymond!

Ordered my part back in March of this year and week after week, month after month I keep receiving emails stating my order has been pushed out yet again. I did not know a visor would take almost 6months and counting when the entire world is almost at 90% back to normal life. In addition one rep stated she did not have the part in stock when her system showed it did via website, then another rep stated he had one left. Who does the hiring here is the question. Is this the new nor of customer service not knowing how to look into their system and communicate with customers? OPGI and SS396 are absolutely horrible in customer service and their reps not knowing anything about vehicles.
Got there 15 minutes before closing time they treated me professionally without any rush truly a great and knowledgeable staff highly recommend giving this place a visit

Poor Service. Poor Management.Ordered floors pans for my skylark a week ago. 7 to 10 business days. Called customer service and was hung up on 3 times. i demanded to speak to a manager. Poor clerk was trying so hard to reach supposedly. This is type of poor service should not be tolerated. No manager in they right mind should have such incompetence as a standard.
Im really not a fan of OPGI....but I suppose they try harder than it appears.I initially ordered a few parts. Some were in stock & shipped immediately...others were back ordered. I dont understand WHY it takes 2-4 months to get certain things...but after reading a number of the reviews it sounds like its business as usual at OPGI.I got tired of waiting and cancelled the back ordered parts....then reconsidered & reordered later.....same ol same ol....Back ordered again! After waiting a month & seeing the ETA moved back another month or 2, I cancelled again.I guess if we have to wait for another boat from China, so be it. In the meantime Im looking for some replacement parts made in the USA.Good luck to ya

BUYER BEWARE they will take the order and then keep moving the backorder month after month until you give up and go away. They claim to have the largest access to OG parts but cant seem to fulfill simply orders. They have no handle or control of the supply chain at all. After waiting for 3 months to finish off a car with an emblem their rep said we order it and whether or not it comes in is out of our control. Any consumer can order directly where they do and probably get better service although it appears they are doing huge business with the Chinese which I am not supporting doing business with currently. I would not buy from them again.
Nothing. I mean nothing they sell is correct to the make and model you select. The specifications of the products they sell arent even close to the factory.Terrible quality. Terrible customer service wait times.

I have ordered over $5000 in parts I had to wait 4 months to get my bumper, over a month for several other items and if u call them you will wait for over an hour for them to answer. Covid is NOT the problem..they just refuse to hire enough quality people to provide any level of service. They will continually change the estimated availability date.
I ordered parts that the website said were in stock and paid an extra $30 to get two day shipping. The next day I got a notification saying that the parts had shipped. A week went by with no word. I check back on the website and see that my parts are now on backorder until May.For the past three days Ive been calling trying to cancel my order. Whenever I get an actual person on the line, they say theyll transfer me to customer service. Itll ring once then cut me off, saying that my call couldnt be completed as dialed. Ive called a couple dozen times and tried the various different menu options. Every time its led to the same thing. Most of the time I dont even get a person on the line before it cuts me off.Lookin at reviews, I can see that a lot of people have similar problems. Ill definitaly not be ordering from OPGI again.

If you are looking for reproduction parts for a classic GM car, OPGI is most likely to have something that fits. Friendly service, and knowledgeable staff make for a pleasant shopping experience. Plus, how can can you go wrong with a place that has a muscle car in the middle of the room?
Company could not deliver an order product on time. I realized this was a back ordered item after I had paid for the entire kit plus the tank, and oversized shipping. The tank was removed from the order before the order was shipped and I was told I would get a refund for the tank and oversized shipping charges. To date almost a month later still nothing and now they don’t return calls. They are about to end up on blast across all of our social media accounts and car groups. A few hundred thousand people will see it within 24 hours and spread it from there. Sick of the delays on giving me my refund.
You got to give them props, if you need a part for an older car or truck they probably have it but that little part on their webpage, it says expert help when you order apart from them ...trust me, sometimes they have no idea how it works which end is up or anything I just had that experience.Yes I called and asked for technical help on the part that I just received from them no clue the girl told me find it on YouTube and I said I’ve already checked you too I’m calling you as a last resort her response again was have no idea

*****WARNING****** DO NOT ORDER BACKORDER PARTS******OPG is great and I had a great experience up until I ordered parts that were on backorder with an ETA of roughly *2 weeks* from when I purchased them based on the vendors supply dates. It has now been over 8 months and I still have not received the parts I ordered and cant get a clear ETA on when they will be here because they too dont even know. OPG reached out personally to the vendor and PUI cant even give an estimated ETA. OPG is great when taking care of their customers but their vendors need to take a page from the same book when it comes to them!

Placed an order here for some floor mats and small accessories. I was quoted various lead times of in stock to 4 weeks. It has been 6 weeks and I am now being told it will be another 4 weeks before my order ships. If I knew it was going to be 10 weeks I would have purchased elsewhere. Frustrating!

Never talk to someone over the phone and then order it online. Make 100% sure you have the correct part number for the correct application - even if the sales rep on the phone told you what part number to order. 30 days later(since they didnt have the part in stock) youll have to pay shipping back when they gave you the wrong part and cant provide the correct part since they dont even have a part number for correct part/application.Last nail in the coffin for me OPG - Ill make sure to contact anyone else in the future for parts Horrible customer service

Great place for old car parts. Service is good. Most know there stuff. Not a lot of big body 73-77 Monte parts tho.
They sold me a rubber mat for a 1969 Chevy el Camino, it was glued in 3 spots and the customer representative said that these mats are not for show vehicles and that’s how they’re made! Shipping was very slow, took them 2 weeks to ship from Seal Beach to Anaheim! Plus the mat was cut wrong and would need additional cuts to make it fit! $161 and they claim that’s how it’s made!
These guys have everything. People behind the counter knew more about my El Camino than I did! Refreshing that a company has real car people who give professional advice. Their showroom was a lot bigger than I expected and they have some great cars on display too. Worth the drive.
I was very impressed with OPG. We purchased a bunch of parts for my 67 Chevrolet over 20 years of performing restoration. We had a part that did not fit correctly most likely purchased 10 years ago. Took 10 years to get to the point to install. I happen to be in LA so I dropped by and OPG verified it was not correct, brought out a few examples and exchanged giving me the best of the two examples. Again, after 10 years from purchased. They went above and beyond standing behind their product.

Ordered a steering column that was in stock. After my check cleared was sent the wrong part. Instead of sending the correct part I was told that until the Warehouse Manager could confirm what happened I would have to wait. By the time that happened there were no more column in stock and it was too late to get one drop shipped direct from manufacture. I even tried to get the unfinished column to paint myself but that was not in stock.Now I have to close down my shop so that I can return the part that I did not ordered so I can get my refund at some point.I have been a long time customer, but that just came to and end. It has been one week and still no refund
Overall OPGI is a great place to buy from especially if you need some help with your order. Sometimes the prices are a bit higher than other places, but usually you get better service. Main draw back is the typically week plus wait times if your on the east coast. Some of the parts from the in house resto parts brand items are really sub par compared to OEM as well. Ive gotten a few that were foam instead of the factory rubber, and it shows they are inferior. For the most part they are one of the best of the bigger supply houses for these cars.
I ordered many parts from this company. It came down to just one order where I decided to no longer do business with them.I ordered lower door panels which sat in quality control a week before it was shipped . My final order. Every thing else came to me a matching red. When the door panels arrived, 7 weeks later, they stuck out of the box 4”-5”. Bad shipping practices. Second without opening the package fully (sticking out) i could clearly see it wasn’t the correct color. So I called the company and was told I’d get a call back soon or shortly. Finally I had to call back myself at the end of the third day. I was told that the other color in which I needed wasn’t available. Even though the company that supplied OPG (Dashtop) had the color I needed. So I asked for a refund and I was asked to ship it back. I went to a FED EX store near me and had to pay for re packaging. Even though it was the same way it was shipped to me. Called OPG about it and all they could say was sorry. Cost me time, and money. I later placed an order for the exact same panels (CarID) and was quoted only 14 days for shipping and in my color by the same manufacturer that provided the parts to OPG whom then resold to me. Not saying there bad as a whole but customer service sucks.

This place is a 100% rip off and full of liars and false advertisment. None of what is advertised will be completed. (Look up reviews on yelp) call Craig at ext. 304 and he will lie to you about the pricing of items. Call his manager and you will be told that they know more than the shop working on your car. It was an absolutely ludacris experience. All I wanted was 6,200$ in parts with the free shipping advertised in their magazine. It says, and I quote free shipping on freight too!. They will not uphold this. Look up reviews elsewhere and you will see the real side of opgi. (Their 2.3 stars on yelp and multiple forums with nothing but issues)

Terrible company. Overpriced and unknowledgeable. I have received lots of incorrect parts for my restoration as well as parts that are just plain junk! Especially stay away from their interior kits, they are a rip off. Look into all other options before buying parts from these guys... they dont know what the hell they are doing!

Everything is always on backorder and never see any discounts for promo codes, and free shipping isnt free,theirs a so-called handling charge and insurance which I believe falls under free shipping.Think Ill start buying my parts from elsewhere.
