Lucy is honestly the best. She is always so kind and professional. It’s so hard not to smile whenever you are around her. She explains every step of what she will do when waxing. She offers guidance and tips and tricks for not only brows but other beauty products as well. She is the only person I will ever let touch my brows. Lucy showed me brow styling tips including demonstrating how to use the micro filling pen. I had not been using it correctly but she was wonderful and patient showing me how to apply it. She made it look so easy and it actually was after she helped me get the right application technique. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend her for her eyebrow expertise!
