I had a great experience at Target Optical. From the optomitrist exam to the wonderful ladies that put up me me trying, literally, a 100 pairs of glasses to find the right ones. They never let on if they were loosing patience. They were kind and helpful. They ran prices with and without my insurance, and compared pricing against their Target specials to show how I could get the best price. I cant say enough good things about my experience. Thank you.

Ive been going to Target Optical to get my eye exam for about 10 years. Dr. La is always very polite and professional. She makes the visit easy and quick. I always appreciate the staff in the eyewear department. They are always extremely friendly and welcoming, even when they are very busy. They make each customer feel taken care of.

Drs and Staff have always been friendly and willing to help. Dr listened to all my concerns and we did some trial framing during the exam to ensure I was getting the correct prescription. The opticians next door were very patient and efficient. They helped me pick 2 pairs that complimented my style. It got a little busy during my shopping but they quickly took care of everyone without having me feel abandoned. They said my glasses would take 2 weeks and I got a text message 6 days later saying they were ready for pick up. Wonderful experience and I even got an extra 5% off for using my Target Red card.

The technician while competent did not have the usual air of friendliness known by most Target staff.

Great staff, marlene is always helpful and remembers who you are. Great doctors, everyone works well with kids.

Dr. Is Very good and thorough. Glass dispensers (Opticians?) Have to be TOLD Many times to tighten the glasses so they dont fall downHad insurance, which worked out Great when my Dogs chewed my glasses. Replacement pair was quick!!

Dropped by Target at 5:30 pm to see if my two pairs of glasses were in that I ordered. The young woman, (optical help) was working on her paperwork at the table, she was annoyed that I asked if my glasses were in. The glasses were in, and normally they take you to the table to see that they fit you and if the prescription is correct. The service person didnt want to be bothered, I just stood at the counter and put the glasses on and they were loose. Again annoyed that I was asking her to tightened them. Not Good Service Indeed!

Caution, they add insurance charge without discussing the option. Very disappointed, were breaking up after this visit! This is my third year and last. Confusing promotions, offers not applied, the process is like buying a used car with all the lense add ons, extras, and insurance. Presented poorly and not a good experience. In addition their online website is not linked to your in store profile.

I went in to get glasses and the ladies there were so sweet! Dr. Samantha Do looked at my eyes and she was incredibly friendly and very informative. The lady helping me with my purchase of glasses was hyping me up about my choice and me me feel all the more confident! Definitely recommend coming here!
