Ice machine been Broken for a week? Whats up team?

I get it. They are rude. It took a minute but all warmed up and now all smiles when Im there. The night crew Jose works hard sticks cleans etc...I think they have improved 200%

I never had a bad experience when I have walked in this store all the workers r polite and very nice

Standard 7-Eleven, clean, friendly staff, parking lot is somewhat limited and cramped and it shares it with the donut store but there is parking on the side street which is not inconvenient. Convenience stop for supplies or traveling down PCH especially eastbound.

Very convenient and clean store and never crowded. Only complaint I have is theres this tall Pakistani man that works there and the last few times i went in there he was very rude! 1st time me and my bf were paying and he told us to hurry up... I couldnt believe it. I have never in my life been told to hurry up at any business establishment. there was 1 other person in the store behind us.The last time i went he was on his phone txting and wearing earphones...He didnt give me my receipt and when I said thank you he completely ignored me and went back right back on his phone.

I cane into this 7-11 to grab some drinks before work. I grabbed 2 mtn dews as they were labeled to be on sale at 2 for 3 dollars. When the cashier, new guy named roob, told me it was 4 dollars and change I informed him that the sign said it was on sale. He refused to sell it to me at the sale price. I poinred out the little piece of paper on the counter that states if there is an issue with pricing we will uphold the lowest price posted. He then went on to tell me that his manager is crazy amd insane and wrong and refused to adjust the price.During the day Im sure this 711 is perfectly acceptable but if youre planning on using it between 10 pm and 6 am and roob is there, darker complexion short black hair, with a short beard, always on the phone talking in a foreign language. Dont shop here. He is a useless employee that has terrible customer service and wont follow any of the guidlines of his place of work.
