Started coming to this Ulta due to my local one loosing thier benefit bar, BUT let me tell you about LUCY ! She is absolutely amazing!! Always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable, super friendly & fixed my eyebrows due to a past bad experience! Never cheating on her lmao shes my go to now !

The staff here is horrible! The girls are absolutely mean and rude. When they aren’t talking amongst themselves they are harassing customers. I will never shop here after the last experience I had with a staff member harassing me. Not even worth running in there for the few products I need let alone trying to shop around. So sad what these employees are doing to this establishment

I’m Hispanic and feel attacked and watched 24/7 it makes feel like they’re racially profiling me. I walked in with my kids trying to get my daughters first makeup kit of brushes and then from there some makeup but I just couldn’t take it anymore, even a security guy came out and stared at my daughters in a weird way. SMH so sad to feel this way it really hurts!!!

The staff was really friendly I was hoping to find my lipstick and I did but I feel in love with an eyeliner and they didnt have it... I was a little bummed. There was an option however, to order online.

I truly love ultra, but the old leave the customers alone to shop was better. I have to go in with my game face so I dont get asked 100 times in 10 minutes how I can be helped. I missed the old Ill be over here if you need me approach. Its taken the fun from shopping there. Target is right across the street :(

Theres just so much variety in this place. All sorts of brands and now with all restrictions to ingredients if you need that. I came in to look for cruelty free and vegan products for a gift. They have quite of bit of vegan friendly brands and or some brands have a small selection of it which is pretty cool. Its a fun store regardless. If you have time to play with make up, lotions, etc. Place was clean, workers were ulta friendly!

The associates here are friendly, helpful, knowledge and just a pleasure to deal with. Mena at the Benefit Brow Bar is great! Shes super friendly, and will hook you up with great looking brows! She definitely takes pride in her work.

Ulta is always a girls fun place to shop. Inspite of sampling lockdown restrictions, due to this 2020 year of surprises, I still manage to see lots of goodies. Actually, I think I take more time to read the labels rather than depending on smell and texture of a product. So, I think 🤔 its not too bad. I digress...anyways Ulta has a store full and plenty of help. My local Rossmoor/Seal Beach Ulta has the worst wifi so be sure to have any emailed coupons or discounts on the ready before you get to the register

What do you need to get beautiful? Well I found it all here. Expert help too. However, I want to dry my hair one time with that new Dyson $400 hair dryer. Love the selection on everything & got a free blanket & lots of samples. Just love this place!

Im greeted as soon as I walk in, and the staff is friendly. They always try to help when I am looking for something or have questions. I only shop for products. I have not tried the salon or the skin care place in the back.

Oh my God. I have never been to this place. I had no idea what I was missing I am in 7th Heaven. I was having some makeup issues and the gal at the register told me to go over to the gal that was working the Clinique area. As we age our skin history is colors that side to pop out at us. And she was amazing I have New Foundation new lipstick new blush new everything. While I was there I even checked out the hair dryers and got myself an awesome hair dryer. I will definitely be coming back

Great staff. Greeted you right away. Smiled too. Very curtious not hovering over you at all. Shelves and displays are clean. Testers are not messy or all over the place. Hygiene stations are available at all times. Just glad I was able to spend my time and get what I needed. Thank you

Great place. The employees are so nice and quick to help you to find what you need. They helped me find the perfect shampoo and conditioner for my picky hair and the perfect color of nail polish to wear to work. They even helped my boyfriend find the perfect cologne I know he really likes.

Great variety of beauty products. Many have testers, especially for make up, which is helpful in getting the best shade for ones skin tone.

This is my favorite ULTA. They always greet you with a smile on their faces and are always helpful. I love the salon stylists and the brow bar stylist, Kaitlin!

I love Ulta everybody was so helpful they helped me find just what i was looking for without Over paying. They helped me pick what color foundations for my skin tone the star was very clean the nice for very happy with my visit

Ive never been in Ulta but I walk past it all the time to shop at Ralphs. Lots of beautiful people inside but most of them have on way too much makeup for me. Just my preference.

They don’t stock M.A.C here unfortunately. Good experience every time here. The ladies are helpful and give you the space but always ready to help.

If you need any kind of makeup, or need advice on makeup, this is the place to go! I even had makeup done professionally by the Clinique rep for a special event I attended- for free! I just had to purchase a couple products.

This Ulta is my favorite to visit. They have a much better selection than others I have visited, and it is very organized. The makeover space here is huge, and the aisles are spaced out properly (I hate a cluttered store).I have never had them run out of any free gifts either, so thats always a plus

Please avoid booking your appointment with Amanda Wirth. I had made a last minute appointment to get a simple haircut and was pulled by Amanda. She asked me what I was looking to do and I explained that all I needed was a haircut and showed her a picture. She said okay let me take you to the back to wash your hair, so I followed her. She sat me at a hair washing station and the proceeded to wash my hair...That is when things went sideways. Someone else comes into the room and tell her she needs to clean her station. She tells that person that she would as soon as she is done washing my hair...She then decided to tell me that she was going to leave the conditioner in my hair for a few minutes and left the room. About 5 minutes later someone else comes in the room and asks me what my name is...Then 5 minutes after that another stylist comes over and introduces herself. In the meantime, Amanda never came back. I was just left there with water dripping down my back. Ugh! I politely asked the new stylist to rinse my hair and left. I will not be back! This was truly horrible customer service experience. If you decide to go there be sure you do not get help from Amanda as you will most likely be disappointed.

My sister and I came here. She had booked appointments for herself and I for the same time to get our hair curled for an event we were going to. We had A lot to do before hand so we needed to get our fast. My sister appointment was there but not mine. They then its to fix it by booking me after my sisterI. I didnt mind too much since it could have been a computer error. Thankfully someone was a no show and they were able to take me a little sooner. I had just washed my hair in the morning and let it air dry and by the time I got there it was pretty much dry but very very slightly damp. All I wanted was my hair curled too but instead of asking me the lady pulled out her hair dryer for a blow out which only lasted maybe 10minutes before it shorted. She went on to curl my hair. 2 or 3 irons shorted while doing my hair. I came in thinking I would only pay around $25 with tip. Normally the curl would be $21 but because she didnt ask and did a blow out it was an extra $18, so instead of $21 it was $39 plus $5 tip. I dont make much money and was blindsided by the outrageous exta price. Halfway through my event the curls were almost completely fallen. I was so unhappy not only for the unexpected extra charge but that my hair didnt even last the night. A terrible experience and not sure I would come again for any salon appointment especially if Im going to get charged for a service I never asked for. :-(
