My first time here with my family and had small cups of their amazing gelato.Me & the kiddo got thier Bacio gelato, wifey got their lemon gelato.Wed like to come back and try other flavors and also check out their pizza.

Very nice man running the place, the flavors are crafted with incredible depth and profile. We choose the chocolate chip, strawberry, and cotton candy. Each were distinct and rich in their respective flavor, best around, better than some local chains as well, when it comes to gelato. I liked the added aesthetic of the educational bits describing the difference between ice cream and gelato. Spoiler alert: Gelato is healthier than normal ice cream.

Best dessert in seal beach. If youre thinking of going to Cold Stone or any of the yogurt shops on main street, come here instead. All homemade, authentic gelato. Amazing flavors. They need to put a sign out on the main street so even more people come!!!Also I am allergic to corn, so it is great to know theres no corn syrup in the gelato!

My first time here. I am eating a dbl scoop banana and chocolate gelato and its absolutely delicious! Surpasses other places by far and the ingredients are fantastic just a few ingredients, no junk like high fructose syrup.

This place is the real deal. Great for families and dates. Gelato, the cannoli, just delicious! Highly recommend pistachio!

Gelato was basic, did not feel worth the price. Coffee gelato was very good. So was the pistachio. But again I feel like there are better options.

The Gelato here is so delightful. Always tasty, and hits the spot. The Affogato is my favorite.The affogato here is such a great pick me up. The espresso is made just right, and mixed with the Amaretti gelato is quite amazing

The gentleman that served us was very polite and helpful. He made us feel welcome. I got a tiramisu and my boyfriend got a one scoop cookies and cream, they were delicious. Definitely going back to try something different.

I loved the gelato here and wished I could have tried all the flavors! The worker was friendly and welcoming. Pricing was average for places like this. If youre spending the day at the beach this is a great place to walk to because you can take the main street with tons of shops and you get to see a lot of Seal Beach.

Walked in just before closing, the owner went out of his way to make me fresh cannolis. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I love this place. The owner is very nice and extremely pleasant. I love the Italian ice. Different than the Italian ice I thought I was getting. I now love this more than the Brooklyn Italian ice. Everything is from scratch.

Best gelato we have ever had! Carlo makes it by hand every single day, so it is fresh. Great, ever-changing variety of flavors, too. Nice little shop in a great location that is walking distance to Main Street in Seal Beach and the beach, too!

Quaint place for a nice Italian treat. Gelato is the best! But serving size is small. Like really small. $3 for what seems like an ounce. No joke. At least it tastes great. Prego!

Was in the area, did a quick google search and saw that we were close to a Gelato place, so took a chance. The Gelato was excellent and the owner was warm and friendly, plus hell serve you an expresso in a proper cup. Cant go wrong at this place, the tough part is choosing which flavor to try.

Best, most authentic Italian gelato! Carlo, the owner, knows how to make it. He trained specially in Sicily to learn how to make it. He is also a wonderful person!

On our way back home we stopped by Gelato Itayano and enjoyed some delicious Gelato...the place was clean and cozy with a wall dedicated to Rome themes...an infant Roma Jersey with the #10 and the name Totti made my day as I was a big fan of El Capitano.

My family and I LOVE coming here when we’re craving gelato! The service is friendly, the selections are delicious (and taste so natural) that we’re hard pressed to go elsewhere. If you’re on the look out for authentic Italian gelato, come here!

Less calories and sugar than ice cream but just as good.

Gave 2 stars just because the hazelnut ice cream was good, but when I asked for a sample of Amaretto the owner scraped off from the the bottom of the can old dried out ice cream and gave it to me... Of course it tasted like really old expired milk/butter... I was shocked he did that... When I told him the ice cream is rotten, he said it’s fine... Banana ice cream tasted like really old one too. The size of 1 scoop for almost $4 was not even kid size, but Super Baby size. Don’t want to come back.
