Put down payment for a bike. Down is non refundable which isnt good. But the bike i put down on was way too small for my son. They worked with us to get the next cheapest thing that would fit. And didnt charge me the 3% fee on it to run my card. That was the best part. Otherwise I would have lost the 500 and left with nothing. So thank you sunrise for not charging any fees.

I recently ask about a bike at Sunrise Honda in Searcy Ar a couple of months ago and as everyone knows itβs hard to get units because of the Covid . He told me when the bike that I had ask about was gonna be shipped out and kept me updated the whole entire time until the day that it arrived and as soon as it hit the floor he gave me heads up that it was there .When I went to pick it up I was greeted at the door and Mr. Jimmy Hill was there with a smile on his face and was super nice and explained every detail possible to me and gave me several options on my payments and all . They had my husbands Harley for over 2 months ant all contact in they dont was initiated by my husband. Them thesdr him go buy the part from Jonesboro and bring it to them. Turn proceeded to tell him a week later it was fixed and it most definitely is not fixed. Theycharged 150$ for no work done at all! I do not recommend them to anyone. So my buying experience at sunrise wasnβt all too great. I drove 8 hours round trip and he knew i was coming because i had put a deposit on the quad a week prior. When i get there he didnβt even seem to know i was coming. no big deal. we then walk over to the used building and when we get there he hadnβt even started the bike in a good minute. bike didnβt want to start finally gets it started then it doesnβt want to stay running and claims itβs just cold natured. He gets it running and goes and fills it with gas. I get all the way home and i too had trouble getting it running. whatever no big deal i get it running and me and my buddy go riding. Rode fine for about 30 minutes. Quad then starts cutting out and dying. Then wouldnβt start again. Finally get it running enough to go back home. The thing is, is that there is no way they didnβt know these issues and they just didnβt tell me. How do i know they knew about the issues is because they charged me 418 dollar shop fee. Which means it was either ran through the shop and they just didnβt tell me or they didnβt run it through and they charged me for it anyway. Either way itβs a clean bike and i hope itβs a cheap fix. Just a little aggravating.

I traded my cruiser for a used KLR650. Jamey was my salesman. Jamey was knowledgeable and professional. However, the management offered too little for my trade and expected too much for their cycle. In the end, I believe I paid about a thousand too much. But I had the money available and enjoyed the convenience of trading versus the hassle of a private sale. Jamey is good, but I will think twice about buying from Sunrise again.
What a great experience. Id been looking for a while for a new ATV. After calling other dealers, Sunrise had the best over the phone price. Its a 1 1/2 hour drive for me, and they had my paperwork ready when I got there. Knowing I was in a rush to get home, it took 15 minutes to test drive, sign and start loading up to go home. Super easy! Sunrise had no hidden fees or surprises. Their friendly staff came out to introduce themselves and a service manager walked me over the unit to ensure I understood all the features. All of that in 15 minutes, you try and beat that type of service! A warning for others... A closer dealer offered to match, but that was HUGE mistake. It took them hours to prepare the paperwork, and only then, after 3 hours of my time had been wasted did they tell me it was a demo unit. Go to sunrise and save time, money and hassle. This place is a rip-off. They claimed to work on our 4-wheeler. It sounded worse than when dropped it off. We decided to carry to another reputable dealer a week later, who stated the valves that were supposed fix at Sunrise were way off. We were charged for a valve job that either did not happen or was done incorrectly. When we called to speak with service manager, he stated βOh well, sorry!β Do not do business with this company. They are not trustworthy and do not stand behind their work.
Not happy with the salesman,didnt do what we agreed then said it was my fault. I guess it was because i didnt catch it before i signed the paperwork.Will not deal with Justin again.Very happy with the machine.

Greg was incredibly patient with all of my questions & requests regarding my purchase. He was quite helpful with suggestions that I hadnt thought of for my Talon that really made sense & not just something to increase the sale price needlessly.The post-sale experience was also top notch. I was walked through all of what I needed to know from operating & care from front to back, side to side.The only thing I wasnt prepared for was how much power this machine actually has. With the System 3 wheel/tire setup, it literally leaps over obstacles on the trail with very little pedal. On the flats, it takes off like a roadrunner crossing the road.Thanks to Sunrise, my retirement is looking to be real interesting.
Came here out on impulse to see if i could get an atv i seen an add for on Craigslist from their pre owned side and upon arrival thoroughly checked out the atv and noticed it had been quite abused for the price. Couldnt talk them down on price so i asked for something off at least minimum. They go to the back and grab what look like brand new rear tires. But were actually pull offs with ripped inner beads that i had to use 2lbs of bead sealer on just to work. 2nd the salesman told me i could pick payment date, which was false, that was a major selling point for me so i said yes. To find out after signing that i could not in fact pick my date on pre owned inventory. All in all the salesman couldve been more informed and the bike shouldve been serviced more than just an oil change. Since then ive found quite a few missing/broken pieces off, low oil, etc on my newly purchased atv. EDITED: the manager has gotten in contact with me and will be giving me new tires to replace what they gave me but thats it
Great service I was curious about a brand thats no even sold here. Turns out they used to sell them but he thinks they dropped contracts with them. Didnt even ask he called his manager just to see. Unfortunately they arent partnered with them anymore but still great service.

Had a old Rubicon with +12K miles on it that blew the water pump. Dropped it off for repair and first service in 13 years. It took some weeks as there was a lot more than just the water pump needing repair but the old girl is back home and I fully trust the techs. May have her serviced again in another another 12K πGood folks, give them a try
