I just want people to know, you won’t get good service here. We bought a truck (which we realized, was used) that had been deleted and had a tuner installed (incorrectly apparently). The first 6 months it was in their service department more than it was in our possession. After the 4th time we took it back because the check engine light was on constantly, they removed the tuner switch and told us not to bring it back, they had done all they could. That’s when the transmission started overheating and we had to take it a transmission shop. Also, the paint is flaking. Just beware.

It’s not often that I would leave a review for a car dealer but these guys did a great job. Late last year my car got wiped out by a hurricane and there were not a lot of good options for getting a replacement locally because the hurricane wiped out the inventory in the region as well. As a result I went looking online and found the Subaru Outback I was looking for on eBay with CREEKWOOD Motor Company. After very detailed communication, we agreed on price. I have never purchased a car online but they made it easy. They even picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership to get the car before normal hours. I just purchased an F-250 Lariat from Creekwood and had a very good experience with these guys. Brian and Ty were great to work with. The truck is very clean and so far has no issues at all. I feel very confident that these guys were honest with me from the beginning. It’s very hard these days to find an HONEST VEHICLE SALESMAN and even harder to find a good used F-250 that’s been taken care of. I feel very confident that these guys do their best to bring their vehicles back to “like new condition” without trying to cover up or hide anything. I drove 4 hours to pick up my truck and even after getting there “AFTER HOURS”, Brian stayed and waited on me, never rushed or pressured me and gave me the service I expected. I am a auto transport driver that was hired to pick up a vehicle from Creekwood Motor Co by Lone Star Car Transportation. The pick up of an online purchasers vehicle was effortless and the customer was completely happy at delivery. They stated the vehicle was everything Ty had said it was plus more. I recommend this company because they are honest and easy to work with.

The dealer likes to make deals then turn around and sell the vehicle to one of his buddies. He made a deal with me then turns around and changes it after I got a loan for the vehicle. I had been looking at the vehicle for about a month and went and applied for a loan on Monday. His buddy applied for one on Friday. I went and test drove it and let them look at my trade in. The dealer said if all was good with my trade in he would give me 5,000. Everything checked out so 5,000 it was. I left, then texted him on Monday when I was heading up there. I was already headed up there when he informed me that if I wanted the vehicle I was going to have to pay 1,500 dollars more and take 1,500 less for my trade in. Then he says that I cant purchase it because he is giving his buddy viable time to make a down payment. When it says on there website that they cant hold a vehicle without a deposit. I had 6 hours of driving time wasted and plenty of money spent driving up there for him to not keep his word. I guess in todays world its just to hard to be straight up and be a man. When you make a deal you keep it, whether one of your buddies doesnt like it or not. I would never even consider trying to do business with this dealership again

Ty was great to work with. Had everything ready to go when I walked in. Test drove my new truck, wrote a check and signed a little paperwork in less than an hour we were on the road. As easy as this process was (aside from the 9 hour round trip) I would do it again. Everything was described perfectly. Ty even sent me additional photos and a video walk around of my truck.

Out of town military, thought I had found a good deal, but theircherry picked photos were just that. Rust was everywhere inside the engine bay and the undercarriage (which I specifically asked for photos of.) Didnt even bother mentioning that there was no possibility of a warranty extention since it has been modded until I was ready to sign the as-is paperwork. Did their best to keep me in the dark, and unfortunately it worked. I do not recommend anyone buy from out of town from these people.

These are great respectable people. FYI I never leave reviews but I feel like Creekwood Motors deserves this. I traded my truck for a 2010 Camaro SS, car runs great. Its had minor problems, but nothing major at all. For instance my heater hose has a leak in the car. I called Ty today, and asked him about it to see if he could replace it. He told me that they would be loosing money if they replaced it for me, because they gave me 2500 more for my truck then they should have. However, he said that they wanted to do what would please me and he offered to replace it anyway. Im going to replace it myself, but they truly do stand by what they sell. They have a great reputable business unlike a lot of other dealerships, they are great christian people. Aswell as the buy process is super easy. Just go in, test drive, then sign like 8 papers and thats about it. Thanks guys! A+++++

Tried to test drive two trucks from the salesman. Got into one that had zero fuel and service lights were on all over the dash. Second one battery was completely dead. Both trucks priced well over KBB and NADA values. They offered me rough trade in on my truck because there was a accident on my Carfax that I told them about and the extent of the damage. He said he was scared of my truck, zero warning lights, truck was fixed by a professional body shop which was light paint work and minor body damage. This place is a joke, at least have your vehicles start and not light up like a Christmas tree when a customer gets in to test drive. Definitely don’t low ball them when they have a nicer product to trade in than what’s on your lot.

So I have to say I love my 2013 Silverado! This company is great and will work with you to find the right car or truck! We actually flew from Dallas one way to buy a different truck and after getting there we decide that particular truck did not work for us. As my wife and I are freaking out trying to figure out how we where going to get home TY the owner came over and said dont worry we will find you the right truck and he did and we could not be happier!
