Dont cut yourself short. Go there get yourself a set of tires and know that youre going to be taken care of. Fast, reliable & most importantly theyve shown I can count on them in the future.

Quick courteous and inexpensive patching my tire. They have expensive equipment so no scratches go on your rim when changing a tire or fixing a flat. For me thats important I have nice rims.

Plaza tire is a great place to take your car for repairs or tires. They treat you with respect and kindness. They normally get your car back to you quickly but as with any business that is good, sometimes they are really busy and it takes a while longer. I have been doing business with them for at least 7 years or more. I always call them first. I love that if you have a low tire or think you do they will check the air in all 4 tires for free. They are great people and reasonable on their prices.

Been using plaza tire for all my car needs for over two years now. I have never paid for anything I did not need and am always given the lowest price for what I do need. Great place! I went here just the other day and asked for four new tires for my Ford Fusion. But they came to me and said that the two back tires are still really nice so they recommended just replacing the two front tires to save some money! Got an oil change also! They have never tried to upsell services but have answered my questions about Manufacturer recommendations. I arrived before they opened, but they took my vehicle and got to work. My dad just bought 4 new tires and received exellent service!

Sold me Falken Ziex tires for my car. They werent falken. They were the knockoff pf7000.The problem with telling someone youre putting Falken on a car and then putting a different tire on kinda speaks for itself. Now, these tires can be called the same thing; however, you cannot say youre selling Kraft macaroni and you pay for it and they give you great value.Some of this is my fault for not looking for a while. It wont happen again and I wont spend money with them again.

Most of the time I am treated like family but the day I went in to get a tire patch(their tire), I was told that it would take several hours before they could get it done. I dont mind waiting but at that moment I was working (pov letter carrier). I needed to get it done as quickly as possible so I can go back to work.

Went in to have tires put on and they recommended excellent tires at a great price. Also repaired the tpms sensors, replaced all shocks and struts, and brakes all the way around, and an alignment!! Car drives and rides like brand new now!! Excellent and friendly customer service as well!!

I stopped in at plaza tire for my front end alignment, and met with Mike and Wille. While there a lady spilt coffee all over the counter, Mike cleaned it up and was so nice, polite about it. I knew then it was the right place to get my truck worked on. They did a great job and I will be back.

I came in this time because I managed to run over a nail and damage my tire sidewall. I was able to get everything changed quickly with no issues. Ive used this location multiple times in the past, and everyone there has always been very friendly and helpful.

So thankful for them! I brought my car in today because I ran over a piece of metal on my way to work. They were so kind and fixed my issue and I left with a set of 4 new tires for less than i could have found any where else. I will definitely be back.

Brad was super attentive to my needs. I have a toddler at home and didn’t want to inconvenience someone by asking them to pick me up so I didn’t have to wait on my service to be completed and to have to take me back. Not to mention the hassle of moving the car seat. Brad arranged for Cody to pick my vehicle up and be delivered after service was completed. In my experience, there are comparatively few businesses that consistently meet or exceed expectations. Im not much on surveys and rarely review establishments, but I make an exception for Plaza Tire in Searcy Arkansas. I have never once had an even slightly unpleasant experience. Prices are fair, communication is good, and service is dependable and attentive to detail. Without exception, I have always left this place feeling good. I called Gary after having a blowout and tire ruined and asked if he could get me a tire that would match. He did and got my vehicle and changed everything out.. Plaza also services most of our trucks at Hart Construction.

I had a last minute tire replacement service need and was able to be accommodated with a great attitude from the staff even on a late Friday afternoon.I also was notified of another mechanical concern which should be addressed soon for my safety.
