Went there for new tires and said they had 5 of them then came back and said they didnt have any. Makes me wonder if they just didnt want to mess with it.

I was pleased with the ease and pricing of getting a tire flat repair at this location. The repair is holding just fine. :)

Pete, the service manager at the Searcy Auto Center, was fantastic. He offered assistance before we even asked, gave very helpful advice and was professional, friendly and highly skilled. We were very impressed.

They were very helpful to get my battery replaced on my truck.

If you get your tires done make sure you wash it good Jordan doesnt like to get dirty and will whine about it to customers.

Horrible service, waiting in line for one vehicle for over 30 mins yet not one single Walmart employee ever came out to do their one simple minded job. Worst place to ever go to get a vehicle serviced.

Good place to bring your car if you like sitting for 6 hours on an oil change or a flat repair...you might as well combine a VERY long in-store shopping trip, when you bring your car here...because youre going to be here for a while waiting on it..

This used to be the best place to get your oil changed but not so much the last three times Ive been in took over 2 hours and each time there was one car in front of me people running the register or rude just not a pleasant situation and whats sad was is for years it was the best place to go in town but unless you want to get highly aggravated its worth the extra $20 to go somewhere else and get it done

Depending on the Walmart, Auto Care if youre getting products to do it yourself its fine. Havent seen one time in Beebe At. Store that I wouldnt have to wait, a long time. It is what you make it.

Always always always make an appointment. If you dont you have to wait longer. Also they let people who just want to check out go to the tire center, so the line is usually extremely long with people who didnt get their car serviced.

Other than waiting longer than I expected the service was great. Friendly atmosphere with a smile. Will continue to use their service. Appreciate good people.

This place is pretty fast!

Started 3rd vehicle in line. Only one cashier at arrival, poor woman, doing checkouts and service writing. At 1.15hr, our vehicle was being pulled into the bay. After shopping for nearly 2hrs in total, we return to TLE dept to see our vehicle still being serviced.. numerous techs going to and from our car. Waited another 20-30min in the waiting area before our vehicle was finished. Kudos to Kim and the other womam behind the counter back there. They did a great job for the circumstances. On the positive side, the vehicle was fully serviced as requested; negative being not in a timely or organized fashion.

Nice employees....all were working hard to take care of each customers needs as fast as correct as possible. Professional and curtious. Wait time very normal and ok. place to sit and wait if walking around Wal-Mart, is not your thing. Felt just as good of service there as any other auto shop for same auromotive need. seemed to be a little cheaper than a couple of competitors. Do not have a lot of information to make an exact comparison

Theyll get the job done but just count on the fact that you will have to wait. Our last visit, they got the car done in the time they said but they ran out of of paper and one thing led to another which added nearly 30mins on to the wait.

Manager stayed over late to put on a new tire after I had a blowout on the interstate. Excellent customer service that went above and beyond.

We order tires they could even find them the way I set there for almost hour so Im not having anything good to say about the auto department not impressed

Just picked up some supplies. Nothing special or bad about my visit. It was about what I expected.

Great service, knowledgeable friendly associates, unmatched pricing, and I know first hand they honor their warranties faithfully.

Have a long wait for them and when they are supposed to rotate your tires you best mark them before you get there they tricked me that way once didnt rotate but said they did, if I pay for a service I expect to get it.

If they didnt have the best warranty on tires and prices on oil changes Id go elsewhere. They desperately need to expand for weekend customers. It shouldnt take that long for an oil change especially when there is no place in the Searcy store to sit down, have a quick meal and wait.

Quickly changed the oil and rotated the tires. Staff was courteous and efficient, vebicle was clean inside and job was complete when returned.

Awesome staff and a great deal on tires

Got a tire rotation and left having issues with one of my tires. When I tried to come back and have them fix it, they made me come back several times with numerous excuses on why they couldnt fix it at that time. Finally Waited over three hours for them to fix a mistake they made on a single tire, only for them to lose my car keys and spend an extra 20 minutes looking for them while trying to say I came back and took them.

Told me it would be one price then charged me $150 more

Had to order new tires for my truck and they told me they would be in later this day. Great job 👍

Small selection of tires. Staff was courteous, nice and helpful but didnt seem to be in any hurry to get things done.

Two and a half hour wait and told me they couldnt fix my tire so I left went to Kensett tire shop Williams and Son and they guy there patched my tire with no problem in less then 15 minutes
