Im so glad we still have our local JCP; I can always find something I need there! No employee shortage, no long lines, and store is well stocked. Happy to be able to shop Sephora, as well!

Like the clothes, especially when theyre on sale! I was hoping for a wider range of sizes in the clothes that they had left.

Went in for a backpack fir my daughter. Its was very quiet and clean.

Only complaint I have is I was purchasing bras and the dressing room on that side of store was closed. I had to walk all the way across the store for the fitting room then go back to get different size bras etc. Very inconvenient.

Their womens dresses and swimwear are too expensive, everything else is priced pretty fairly and the atmosphere is clean.

They need a better buyer. Most of the clothes are dated or a season behind. It does ok since its the only store around that caters to all ages.

I tried paying with cash and they wouldnt accept it. I was buying a suit for my sons wedding. Total $327... Their counterfeit detector pens were old and depleted. Told me I had to go to the bank and get different bills. Ridiculous and made me feel some type of way. I put the suit on my debit card then immediately went to the bank explain to them what had happened they took the three $100 bills checked to see if they were authentic then place them back on my debit card. My point is if youre going to run a business these days have extra counterfeit pens dont make your customers feel shity.

Large store and seems to be under-staffed. I had to ask other customers where mens shoes were. They had better pricing than Dillards, however, so I was glad I went there instead.

I love this particular store. The customer service is great. I only had one issue the sweater was priced at 15$ on sale but when I got to the register it was 42$ so I got the other items that were on sale and had the correct prices at the register. I love the new items. I usually shop online but Im glad I went in this time. I will come again for my birthday in november.

I had normal looking bangs. I asked for a trim and they agreed for it to be only half an inch or a bit more but nothing less. The lady who cut my hair firstly cut my hair fine, but the bangs part is horrible. She cut it way too short without even asking if it was okay, but snipped at it like a kid with scissors.

Thank you to the employees of JC Penney for being so helpful through the holiday season. I love this store. It isnt a giant one, but it does have a great variety.

JCPenney is going through some changes. I don’t know if it’s growing pains or just changing. Every time I go in something has changed. I suppose it keeps the customer engaged. They always have a good selection of men’s clothing at a good price. I need to go and get a dress shirt and a tie they always have a good selection. If my kids need shoes, clothes or anything else they sell it’s good to good price. Just like every other store these days there is a rewards program and a credit card. And of course at the register the first question is would you be using your JCPenney credit card today? And of course if you say no you were told the reasons why that’s a bad idea. So in short it’s a good story good price good products and they have their employees trained well.

Love our Pennys in Searcy. The help is always ready to help you find your items. The layout of the store is easy to navigate. Its clean, the middle aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair.

Super good deal on Arizona jeans for my teenager. Every staff member we ran into was super nice and they all had big old Christmas smiles!!! It was a very nice shopping trip!

This store is 1 step up from T.J. MAXX, they have a small selection of mens clothes, and none of those clothes appeal to a teenage boy. They dedicate the entire store to women, and then men I guess have to either wear a suit, and tie, or wear mickey mouse tshirts???

I love the people that works here. Theyre Great. I wouldnt shop anywhere else. The environment will make you happy to spend ALL your money. I love me some JCPENNEY

They ordered some shoes for me. Said they could. Found out they were wrong. Dont suggest something you cant deliver. I had trouble getting my refund. They tried to give me a gift card. It was the first and last time I visit JCPenny

Yet again, a pricing and merchandising chaotic mess at this location, Levis jeans....showing normal price...also showing buy one get one for 50% off...and then additionally showing for 40% off per pair. I finally track down an employee to check the price, as Ive run into pricing/merchandising issues here before. She confirms its the BoGo deal. I explain to her that their merchandising and pricing says otherwise. She repeats the current deal and then walks off not bothering to remove the wrong signs. Should I throw a retail fit and get them for 40% off a pair and then 50% off the second pair? Nope. Ill just take my business elsewhere.

I was there on Thanksgiving and the staff in the salon was very very nice and gave the best customer service I saw that day.

There was nobody there to help in the shoe department. And what I bought I feel like I paid more than I should have for it. Guess I should have looked other places.

Great sales and selections, my only complaint is 1 register open with 9 people waiting to check out. I put my stuff back, didnt feel like waiting over 30 minutes to get checked out.

If you want your hair ruined go here. Had all natural hair asked for hightlights got yellow hair all over that god Shana Page at The Cottage Salon in England, Arkansas saved my hair.

Good sales...found several choices in the items I was shopping for.

I couldnt find a dress or skirt that didnt have wild colors or drag the floor, all were made out of silky material or the skirt was made out of. Material that hugs the body, I know I am 67, I dont want to wear clothes like that to Church.

Great staff, need a bigger store with more selections for petites

Bought a battery for my relic watch. But found that previous purchase of battery the jewelry person put wrong battery in because new replacement battery wouldnt work. So jewelry girl put battery in without the SW at end of battery and watch started running.

You can get quality products here. BUT Customer Service is slow & frequently understaffed at this location. Very long lines!

Normally I would rate this store a 1 star, after my last visit. I had a horrible man treat me disrespectfully that I did not buy my items. I saw the manager as I left the bathroom in tears and He stop me to ask if I were ok. I told Him and He tried His best to make it better, at the time He could have given me the items and I would not have taken it. This morning on my way through Searcy, I had to exchange something I received wrong through the mail, We had 2 lovely young women greet us at the front register and told us what we needed to do, then a nice tall young man help us in that department and then showed us where something else was by taking us there Himself. We returned to the front and the 2 girls were extremely wonderful. So if they keep people like this Ill return. Great start to a day.

Right now, the back entrance is closed to customers. You can only use the front entrance.

Never has the size I am looking for in the kids 5 to 6. From one grandchild to the next 4 I end up having to go somewhere else to get their clothes when they reach these sizes. Also not a very big selection of big and tall.

I was waiting at a registwr for over 5 minutes. I left to go and find an employee. One finally came walking from z oter part of the store. The woman ahead of me said she had neen waiting for almost 10 minutes. She was returning 3 items. The clerk rang up eaah piece separately and gave her a refund one piece at a time. Another 5 minutes wasted. I explained that i needed a phone number or web address to order a part for an appliance i had bought at JCPENNEY. She had no idea and called for another employee. He listened and said he had no idea and didnt even try to go on line or call the office for information. Just said he couldnt help. Very poor sales experience.

Very disappointed in the staff. They were more concerned talking to each other instead of my daughters hair. The guy who cut her hair said he had cut curly hair before, sadly her hair looks like it was the first curly hair he ever cut. We will certainly not be back!
