I was waiting to know if yall see ducklings

I normally shop cabot with great customer service, can call and get great service there also. However I have had bad service from Searcy store have been calling for 5 days now and no answer! At this point I no longer care if they have the product in stock Im just calling to see how long it will possibly take ....today= day 6 with 15 rings!

Nice employees but stuff is always out of stock. They told me they dont order something until its completely gone but the area for the horse brushes and combs has been empty forever.

Only been here a few times to get some stuff. Started getting chickens here as well. So far fast friendly service. Will be coming back when I need to.

I spypoint cameras online. After receiving an email saying ready for pickup, I drove 1 1/2hr to pick up only to find out they didn’t have any. I got a “sorry”. Not a good way to do business! Will not do business again personally or my farm.

My husband needed a new pair of boots for work the next morning, because of their later hours...we were able to go in after work and shop for him a pair. The employees were friendly and helpful, they had a great selection and awesome sale prices. We were very satisfied and will definitely shop here again.

Good store, very clean and easy layout. Whats more, the staff are always very kind and helpful and quite knowledgeable about most things.You can get chicks and ducklings here, but PLEASE do not give them as simple throw away gifts for your kids. If you intend to actually raise them or give them to someone who will, then this is a good place.They have a bit of everything: work wear, chainsaws, welding supplies, feed, tools, some heavy machinery. If youve got a job, this is a good place to start looking for supplies.If they dont have it, they probably know where to find it.

Very helpful staff and very well stocked on the supplies I needed. We started raising chickens this spring and they have had everything we needed from heat lamps to feeders to even the feed itself. They also carry the supplies to build the chicken coop and chicken run if its needed. I had to build my run from scratch and they had the fencing, the laying boxes, water and feeders that will last a long time.

Good store. Good selection.

Cool place to buy farm stuff and we walk our big German Shepherd in the store too. The staff girls love him up. He loves TSC!

Always a good experience at TSC. Usually have what Im after and although their folks stay pretty busy they try to accommodate. Very handy to have around!

Walked in and was greeted within the first minute by a nice young lady asking if she could help us find anything. She took directly to what we were looking for. We were in and out in a very short time.

I love having this store available. I do think somethings are a bit pricey. I also dont understand the club. Whats the points of it?

This is my go to place for all my pets. They have a one stop shape for farm supplies and I cant WAIT for the one to come to Heber Springs!!!

They have great sporting gear, they also have Carhart Clothes, and farm animals. It is a cool place to visit

I was able to order parts here for a brand of fan TSC no longer Carries. The store in Batesville would not try to help. The manager would only say we no longer carry that brand. The fifty mile trip was worth it, they went to the previous supplier and identified all needed parts. They then gave me the part numbers and a 800 number for the supplier. The store in Searcy is much more customer friendly.

Better price for propane. They charge by the gallon rather than by the bottle which is a much better deal.

Always a smile and friendly help at this store. Found everything I needed fairly quick with help. Will return.

Great place for farm and gardening supplies as well as per and livestock medicines and supplies. Love the boots too!!!

I have yet to not find what I needed here. The staff is often kept busy in the back so finding help is sometimes an issue. And I have had to wait in a long long line more than a handful of times to pay out since they normally only have one register open. But it is my favorite go to place for my animal care.

Good place. On this particular visit they where not well staffed. Did have to wait over 20 mins for somone to help me. As i did purchase over 1200 dollars of merchandise,they should have had another person working the floor in the store.

I Love TSC and I Love their employees. They are the best. I couldnt ask for a better place and better people than at TSC.

They flow you around like your shop lifting even when you are shop lifting Ill never go back there very uncomfortable

My wife and I like to go here. They have jeans and shirts,etc. Tools and power equipment have my interest. We get feed for the animals. Gardening stuff and truck stuff.

Found everything I was looking for.The largest priced item was even on sale, which made me happy. .

Not a bad store for first time being in there could have had more workers for help but I didnt have a issue finding what I needed cause I looked on my own but other than that decent price and easy to find what I needed and its clean

I went in looking for a replacement blade for m Cub Cadet walk behind mower. On this visit, they were in stock. In previous visits, they werent.

Went in today. No one asked if they could help us. Finally we went to the counter. CHRIS was at counter, never greeted us, smiled or even asked what he could help us with just stared at us. We finally told him what we were looking for and he seemed to not care. Told him we saw item we were looking for on their website and was told to go order it off the site. Wow! Very rude and customer service was awful. Never again!
