The people were extremely nice and helpful as well as understanding.

I am giving this review, not as a patient, but as another hearing aid supplier. One of our patients hearing aids was sent to My Hearing Centers in Searcy by mistake. Our clinic, and the patient, are miles away in Cherokee Village. I called to inquire about this missing hearing aid, and Janet was able to inform that she did indeed have it. She overnighted it to me immediately to spare the patient driving so far to pick it up. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of this office to correct a wrong. Thanks Janet!

My Hearing Centers is a wonderful place to work, and Arthur has even done a hearing test on me and although I had no loss he took the time to explain the Audiogram and where hearing loss starts so I know for the future.
