I bought a 40.00 hair crimper from this place used it one time and returned it the next day with the receipt: the crimper did not do good with my hair: WARNING before you shop at this store ALL SALES ARE FINAL! They do not do refunds or even store credit; Sallys beauty supply by Costco does however stand by their product and accepts returns

This business is very well lit.They could have a wider variety of braiding hair. I always feel like Im being followed while shopping

The owner kept watching me like if i was going to steal something from her store instead of asking if i need help ..She kept having her clerks help in which they had very little knowledge hair coloring. I had to walk to her to help me. She knew very little of the new hair coloring process.. Sallys is soo much better..and thing are way over priced..

Went into the store looking for Grease for my hair found three bottles everything was $5 and up it was shocking little store packed with a whole bunch of stuff and then I had someone following me around it didnt make it any easier for me to ask any questions I felt like I thought I was going to steal something wont be going back not even if they paid me I do not like people walking behind me while Im shopping.

Customer service wasnt to good.
