NEGLIGENCE and INCOMPETENCE when it comes to post-selling process!These people only want to sell you a car - they dont care much what happens next. In my case, its been now more than 90 days required by law to register a vehicle in the state of California. This car dealership failed to timely submit necessary paperwork to DMV and as a result, my temporary plates are now expired. Moreover, when I called DMV customer service, I found out that they never finalized the transfer process with DMV, meaning that they didnt even submit the paperwork until now.When I called them, they said they had misplaced the paperwork, and now it remains in the processing stack. Is this a kindergarten or a licensed car dealership? My later calls to finance manager (Misty) were never returned - a clear sign she just doesnt care!Also, I asked for a spare key for my newly purchased Cadillac and their Parts Department now wants to charge me about $500 for it.Overall experience with this car dealership caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and I currently need to seek legal advice and perhaps return the vehicle and sue the dealership for punitive damages (as the vehicle was intended for commercial use).

Kamran and Mason were absolutely amazing! They made my experience in getting a new car so enjoyable and easy. With my growing family they took care of all my needs and wants in the transition into a new vehicle. They listened and were able to answer all the questions that I had. The paperwork was a breeze.
