I would strongly encourage potential customers to use another Cricket Wireless, ideally a corporate owned store. This Cricket franchise store has been non-responsive to customer follow-up and refuses to give out any kind of contact information thereby forcing the customer down a dead end for any conflict resolution . Although the staff seems helpful and kind, misleading information is disseminated and customer wait times can be unduly lengthy due to under-staffing. This lack of customer due diligence has resulted in lost business opportunities for the store. We as customers can best be heard when we choose to take our business to others which value their customer base and work to enthusiastically earn their business. You have a choice, so I encourage you to find another Cricket store to do business with.
