So much fun! Great for little kids and adults! Great food service. Rental shoes in many different sizes. Little area for arcade games. Great Overall. Acceptable prices.

The customer service was awesome and the store was very cclean, but they definitely push the subway side of their business more than ice cream... they were out of many flavors and the ones they had all contained nuts.and out of toppings like hot fudge. There are many other fantastic places on the peninsula for ice cream. Here isnt it.

I had chocolate mousse blend and my grandson had a mocha freeze. Both were delicious

You can never go wrong with Baskin Robbins! Absolute favorites are their Gold Medal Ribbon and classic Cookie Dough. Plus, this spot’s got a Subway attached to it, so you can eat “healthy” and then splurge on your favorite ice cream 😜

At this baskin Robins the sevice is HORRIBLE .they have a line of 6 customers Waiting and only one employee attends..And they DO NOT CHANGE THE GLOVES AND TOUCH THE MONEY AND ICE CREAM ect.

The place was clean at closing time and the girl helping us still had a super cheerful attitude and smile! She also suggested a better option for a sundae that came out less expensive than just adding toppings.

First time that I have seen a subway and baskin and Robbins together. Great selections. Easy parking. Quick to grab several pints and enjoy them at home.

Pretty slow service. Employees may have been new or training maybe? Regardless, when we finally got our ice cream it was just what my daughter wanted.

Poor customer service. Don’t think of going their any more. F...k. Theirs another BR’sin Monterey planing on going their now.
