Just concluded what was supposed to be a simple business transaction.Situation:I wanted to purchase a small Halloween plate $7.99. No biggie. Oh wait, 50% off Halloween stuff? Score.Challenge: price didnt ring up at 50% off. No biggie.Manager assist comes in.Update:Manager: not 50% off.Me: Ok, but the sign?Manager: (irritated by my inquiry and visibly upset takes a less than professional tone with me)Only, The, Games.Solution:While I was fine paying a couple $$ more for a cheap plate. However, now I wad feeling irate. I left and decided I do not want to engage. Lame experience overallOpinion: does it really matter? I just hope this person was simply having a bad day, We all do, right?Still I love thier stuff. Love/hate thing going on. Peace!

Their stuff is the greatest, they have delicious snacks and they are great for every occasion. They have such good room decor. Cashiers are very sweet and funny. So friendly, and kind.

Horrible customer service, my partner and I asked if they had a product in stock since it showed online and were told to wait a few more days, and were told to come unpack the truck. The employee who initially aided us was also told not to help customers even if no one else is there.

Sales every thing from baskets to tables. Sort of a large Peir 1. Furniture, clothes food. Mostly non USA stuff. Unique.

Its a fun place to shop because of the products, but after serveral trips the customer service is consistently poor. After asking if they carry something I immediately got, yeah we dont have that. Only to just look and find it myself. The lack of effort to help, even attempt to point me in the right direction, or answer more professionally is a problem. This isnt the first time Ive personally received an annoyed and careless response. Fun products and trinkets, bad customer service.

Surprisingly friendly staff who were very helpful, even when we couldnt get what we wanted. Its rare for s staff member to be so empathetic when something is out of stock, but it seemed like they were genuinely sorry that we couldnt find (some sort of food product and a frame in a certain size) it.

Love there store. Not very many sales liker they used to have though.

Worst customer service, there was no customer service at all, understafed, not even greeted . There was a long line I had been to the side waiting to get help and not aknowledge afterwards . Dont expect to get help if you dont Kno where items are door waste your time waiting theu deff didnt show any type of care

Cost Plus is great. The sofas are always very comfortable to take a nap on while my girlfriend shops the store. Only gave 4 stars because there isn’t a chair every 10 feet for me to rest on.

Wife couldnt find cherry vanilla Coke at the store. Went to world market to buy cherry and vanilla syrup. NO CHERRY! Wife asked the manager, Virginia, and was told sorry, no go. 10 minutes later Virginia walks up to us with Cherry syrup she found in the back. Kudos Virginia!

Not cheap, but definitely worth the trip. Always find some goodies 😊

Great place the pick up a gift, something for the kitchen or a bottle of wine.

I love roaming this store! I walk in for one item and walk out with a bag of gifts. You can find the most unique gifts and ideas. I found a lovely sweater, scarves, and delectable treats. The customer service representatives were very nice, and helpful.

Love this place. A word of warning:. Have your list ready. You go in for shot glasses. Next thing you know, youre fitting sleep masks, 5 different British cookies, 2 blankets and a throw rug in your arms. Then go to the car and remember the shot glasses.

Its clean, nicely laid out. Very customer friendly. They switch their items around it seems so you cant always find the same things but very creative selections of imports!

This place has become a little obsession for my husband and I. We love coming here for the one of a kind things in the food area. There is stuff there from all over the world and we like to be adventurous and try new things. The staff is awesome and always helpful when you have questions on the food, wine and beer. Another plus its very reasonably priced.

My favorite place for hard to find, exotic ingredients. They have stuff from all over the world at decent prices. A good stop to find unique chocolate, beer, or even marshmellow fluff

If you check their items frequently you will always find great deals. Organic and health food items.. Trendy furniture and decor.. Superb staff. Happy and polite.

I dont know the best way to describe this store. Furniture is higher quality than Ikea or Target. It is hand crafted from textiles rather than mdf. Not top quality but definitely above average.Flatware, serving and glassware are above average. Great options for mid-high class appearance at a reasonable price.Food, good source for select hard-to-find world foods excepting Asian and East. In the area, you have access to Asian and Eastern markets that better serve those needs.Beer and wine options vary depending on local demographics, company wide metrics and the skill and knowledge of the Beverage department heads.

You can always find something delicious or decorative there & if you have coupons even better.

Such a great store with lots of great products that you cant find anywhere else. Lots of great products from all over the spectrum. They have everything from dining room tables to a wide selection of wines.

Their stuff is charming and unique if a bit pricey. Their rewards program didnt seem worth it to me unless your mainly buying alcohol. This is a perfect place for gift shopping.

I had wonderful customer service from the sales person that helped me on the floor to Ryan the cashier who was definitely an excellent employee. I initially came into my free panettone however they were so full of wonderful gifts and stocking stuffer that I ended up buying a stolen and a few of the German cookies

Great location with clean facilities and polite staff. I love to come here for some of my more eccentric home supplies. For example I love the Raspberry Chipotle spread they sell!

The store is clean, easy parking, we were asked if we needed help. However, the prices were high for the quality of goods. Several hundred dollars for pieces where the floor models were chipped or scratched with paint off. I wouldnt buy furniture there, not good quality for the price.

Has an interesting assortment of unique things, from soap to jeweler to furniture to beer. Unfortunately, the prices are so high that doing anything more than browsing is not reasonable for me. I tend to make more deliberate purchases.

I really enjoyed this place. They have a lot of neat little things that you would enjoy having in your house that arent just knickknacks that would get in the way.

You can collect lots of foreign treasures here without a plane or boat ride. There are pricey tables and rugs, but you can also find affordable candies, coffees and wines. I miss when Cost Plus sold bulk chocolate cordials and coffees by the pound over 20 years ago. This location is larger than many other Cost Pluses.

Ive found the staff very helpful here when purchasing furniture and food its. Parking is convenient and the items and perishable items are of quality.

Great selection of items in the store, some unique ones you might not find at other stores. The price of some items are expensive though when compared to other stores if others have it, but it is a great place to find unique items and food to try!
