A long-term tenant of the Sea-Tac airport, Dilettante offers up a range of chocolatey drinks and coffees, as well as deli items and desserts. The mochas are rich - perhaps too rich - but if you need a sweet fix, heres your place. A bit pricey, but a nice treat if you need sugar and caffeine before your flight. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Tasteful mocha. One of the guys ones Ive had in a while.

Perfect choice of coffee. Had a black and blended Frap with half the sweetness!

The BEST mochas around, hands down. Various Chocolate darkness or milk chocolate can be ordered as they blend the chocolate into the espresso. Always my first stop at SeaTac airport.

We fly through Sea-Tac many times per year and always stop by the cafe for a small bite and a drink. My cappuccinos have been great as is their salted caramel chocolate. The staff has always been friendly and fast which is a very nice thing during a long travel day and a short layover. Looking forward to our traditional visit this evening.

Enjoyed that they have an option for Turkish Coffee. Never had the chance to try it before and it was a good change of pace. It had sort of a chocolatey, cinnomon flavor with a bit of honey that was very unique. Definitely the better of two options I tried for coffee.

Good coffee if expensive but not outrageous. Friendly staff, good sandwiches, but kinda slow service this morning.

Love this place, but do not buy their expensive chicken salad sandwich.

Talking about quality, these guys rock!!!I’m very specific and picky about coffee. These guys have it made. I haven’t heard of anyone that melts their own chocolate to go into the coffee.I tried them when we were flying to Vegas and had to go back and get more when I returned.Keep it up you guys!!!

Fast service, delicious dark hot chocolate!

Got a grande caramel Frappuccino, a coconut macaroon and Greek yogurt...definitely on the pricey side of things ... nothing exceptional in taste... the Frapp was very watered down and couldnt taste anything...

The Double espresso was ok but you can get a better double shot at Seatac from Starbucks and better still from other coffee shops here. The employees seemed uninterested. Perhaps it was because it was late in the day. They were quick which is really nice when you are in a rush.

Great selection of tasty goods and great coffee. One point, however is that their drip coffee is an Americano. On my outbound I got it and thought it was and again today I ordered drip and overheard the barista saying it was an americano and I clarified that I wanted drip. They were gracious to refuse the difference due to the communication issue. Great way to save a customer and provide top notch service. Thank you!!!

This was probably the worst coffee my mom and I have had. We got regular coffee, fresh brewed - but it was watery and way too hot for our flight. Not only that, but my moms coffee was served way too hot for a black coffee, and she nearly burned her hand from the overfilling of the cup. I also witnessed that one employee just stood around drinking, instead of helping her coworker. I recommend that you retrain your employees in brewing coffee - especially when its first thing in the morning.

Amazing service. Happy staff! A refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of their competitors. Great coffee and reasonable price. Highly recommend over the others!

Good selection of drinks and competitive prices. Got the London Fog and it was perfect for me for flavor and sweetness. Checkout was quick but had to wait a few min for the drink. There were free chocolate truffles for tasting at checkout line. Would come back.

Honestly this place is nostalgic for me. I love the chocolate for mochas, specialty drinks, the truffles, the cakes. So many gifts to take home but unfortunately the lot of the pastries like the chocolate decadence was out of stock. It was in the case but just not available for sale because it expired. Such a bummer.

I cant thank this place enough. I have been traveling a lot lately and since I am breastfeeding my daughter, who remains at home, I have to travel with pumped breast milk. Even though I make purchases you would be shocked by how many places give me a hard time about the amount of ice I reasonably need or try to charge me an absurd amount. I purchased a breakfast sandwich and mocha latte from this place and when I asked about ice for my milk they said absolutely! The cashier kindly half filled two gallon size ziplocs for me, which is the perfect amount. I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich, although it was a bit dry, and loved my late . Everyone working was kind, polite, and hard working. I observed the staff politely chatting with other customers and generally being helpful to everyone. I am very grateful to this place and role definitely come back and recommend to others

Better than Starbucks that’s all I have to say

In addition to getting a great view of Mt. Rainier when youre in the correct terminal to do so, nothing makes flying from or to SeaTac better than an iced mocha from Dilettante. Choose your chocolate (percentage if dark, etc.) and enjoy. Always a small yet essential pre- or post-flight joy.

What a great place to stop while in the Seattle Airport. London Fog was delightful. Milk alternatives available.

Very friendly staff and quick service for mid December loads at 5:30 in the am. Only thing is the tie tables were all dirty, crumby, wet.

Two stars instead of one only because the food I ordered was good. Other than that there are about five employees right now and I am watching them play around and laugh while there is a line of people waiting for their stuff. The lady who took our order kept looking back and interrupting our order while she was playing around with a coworker. I shouldn’t be able to hear their conversations and curse words from behind the counter. Unprofessional and rude.

Excellent Moca the worker need a better attitude. They are dead inside. Life is Good. The next New employee should help set the new attitude. Saturday 25th Janurary 2020 it starts with management. You have a great product. Fine Tune.

I really like the coffee and food - the company does a great job with that - thanks Dilettante for that!But... I have found that the staff (Baristas) are not friendly to me or other folks much of the time and that they could do MUCH better with the customer service.Management could do a great service to all of us by looking into this and watch from a distance to see what myself and others are talking about through the different review sites. I believe if the corporate folks went through the lines more often, or even just stood back and watched (as long as the employees dont know who you are) - they would see quite a bit of rudeness that happens to customers. (almost all by Baristas) It tends to be about 4-5 employees specifically, but it really should be addressed.I have found the lines to be shorter in the main terminal more than ever and a lot less airport employees going through them when Im there than it was the last 5 years or so.I have switched coffee shops now and wont be going back, EVER. I hope you guys can address this and fix it for all the great current and future customers you have!

The most disgusting latte Ive ever had. It tastes like they used liquid coffeemate instead of milk. Wet soggy egg sandwich. Hard pass.

Not even sure how anyone gives low ratings unless theyre demanding or needy....or both. This place rocks! Ive gone to this place for a while now, and never had an issue, great coffee and good price. However, my most recent visit was far from great. I ordered the new drink advertised, Iced White Espresso Americano, and Im writing this to tell you, to avoid at all costs. The drink smelled and tasted like dirty water, plus it wasnt even a Iced drink it was a hot drink. I ended up throwing it out and walking to a different coffee shop. Hit or miss here..

Service was polite. Carrot cake not so good. Tasted like a mix cake... you know, like the kind you can make from a box at home and it tasted more like a spice cake. Frosting was nothing special and to much of it in the cake. The real cake would have a cream cheese frosting.

I just guzzled the best mocha of my life! Friendly service, too. Thanks to the talented baristas, and mostly....thank you, God, for dark chocolate and coffee beans!

The coffee is great, the protein pack is ok, filing. They have lots of sweet stuff, too . However ... the woman who made my coffee at 6pm tonight kept touching her long curly hair, put her fingers inside the cup, touching her face then brushing the extra coffee grounds of the brewer before making my coffee. That alone takes of three stars. Please PLEASE train your staff to not Not N*O*T put fingers inside the cup, and sanitize hands EVERY time she touches any part of their body.

Fast service getting our much-needed coffee at the Sea-Tac Airport. A recommendation for the Mexicano was all we needed to venture away from our usual mocha. So delicious, and friendly conversation while we waited - definitely a good stop and a great way to end our Seattle vacation before we finally headed home!

Red velvet cupcakes should have cream cheese frosting. Not whipped. This is wrong and yall should be ashamed to serve lies.

Before buying a vanilla cupcake I asked TWO female employees if the frosting was buttercream or whip cream based. Both ladies told be buttercream. I bought the cupcake, brought it on the plane and guess what....whip cream frosting, not buttercream. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if the cupcake was only a couple bucks. What a waste of 5 bucks. Will go to Starbucks next time.

Asked for a white chocolate mocha. They thought I said white hot chocolate so when i corrected them, they said theyd remake it. They made some sounds like they were remaking it, then gave it to me. I tried it and it tasted like nothing but warm milk. I asked them directly if it was a white chocolate mocha and they lied Yes. I walked off, opened the lid, and it was pure, white, warmed up milk with zero coffee. So I went to burger king and got an actual coffee.

They specialize in mochas using all different chocolates. Had mine with dark chocolate. Just excellent!

This chain has the most amazing chocolate ever. However this location was stingy on the chocolate. My hot chocolate tasted like heated milk.

This is the place to go for a good coffee. Just got one but was bitched at by the male server with a look that would kill when i ask for as much foam as he could get in the cup. I will not go there if this guy is serving. Not even a hello when at the counter, but the bitchy attitude was bad enough.

This is for the kiosk location in terminal N. Staff was very friendly, and vienesse Micha was very good (sweetened of course). Good selection of coffee, and other sweet things. Must try.

Very tasty Mochas with different percentages of chocolate for all of the tastes. I like the 75% dark chocolate. Not too sweet and very rich.

Mochas with real chocolate in it are the way to go...so delish :) Staff were charismatic and service was quick. Overall it was a delightful experience. I only wish I had discovered them before my flight out of Seattle!

Server with nose rings did not understand the term ‘pain au chocolat’. When the item was pointed out, she presumed to correct the customer,”That’s a chocolate croissant.” Twice. Really?

The best hot chocolate!! I had hot chocolate in many different states, countries but this one is definetly my favourite.

I was happy to find something as basic as bagels to feed to my 5 year old as we rushed for a dinner time flight, however when we got to our gate I saw large moldy spots on the toasted bagel. Far too late to go back, I had to peel off the bad spots and go with it.

I got a sandwich and a slice of cake from the deli batand ordered a white coffee. I asked the cashier about it and she said it was supposed to give you more energy and its less acidic. I gave it a shot. After 15 minutes of eaitibg and seeing many people behind me get their orders, I asked the barista about mine. She told me to hold on a moment and asked the other barista. Nobody had seen my drink come up. She came back and asked what I wanted and she would make it. I asked got the white coffee again and she said there is no such thing. I could get a white Americano or latte, but there was no white drip coffee. I agreed to the Americano. Afterwards, the barista offers me a chocolate shake. It was made for another customer but was never picked up. I didnt want two drinks so I declined and left.Although the Americano it was delicious, this tells me that the employees are uneducated about the products they carry. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, I would not recommend going here.

My daughter saw an add on Craigslist for a job opportunity at the Dilettante Mocha Cafe at the SeaTac Airport. She coordinated with the Hiring Manager and was scheduled an interview and was told to meet at the Starbucks Gate 4 outside of Security. She showed up early and waited and waited and no one showed up to interview her. She called the Cafe repeatedly thinking there was a miscommunication and never an answer, even had to pay a substantial amount to park at the Airport. She went home and emailed to find out why no one showed up to meet her and no response back at all with any type of explanation. She had all the qualifications and experience for the job. Too bad they lost a great barista and asset to their team. Very bad business!

This place is the best in Sea-Tac! It pains me to see people walking around with Starbucks cups when they could have a Dilettante Mocha instead.

Wrapped up the breakfast sandwich tight and microwaved it to death. Scalding hot soggy rubbery and inedible. Coffee was ok. Don’t ever microwave bread. Ever.
