Think twice before shopping at this location!As a frequent travel through SeaTac international and a lover of good handbagoften stop by the Coach store - Recent purchase in September 2021 left me less than satisfied.Very limited color choices - One would think at a busy international airport more bags in black would be available for immediate purchase!In need of a small purse to carry my phone, passport and a bit of cash found an ‘ok’ bag for $295 -Asked sales girl to leave tags on the purse all wrapping etc. - if you’re a purse lover you know when you first buy a purse it’s got protective coverings & ‘filler’ - Needed to put this purse into overcrowded carry-on- had checked two bags already this was last minute impulse purchase!A bit of distraction from my traveling companion & before I knew it the sales girl had removed every bit of protective packaging!! She didn’t even know about the protective Drawstring pouch that accompanies every coach purchase at a retail store.Personally like going into stores rather than buying online - but after my experience at this boutique not sure will repeat -Understand that our staffing shortages everywhere but training someone to just listen to a customers request when they’re spending $300 in 10 minutes should not be that difficult!
Nice little store with friendly staff. Great sales during the summer and I found a cool keychain half off before a flight.
If you buy anything here it is not returnable to any Coach store even with a receipt. I’m stuck with the world’s ugliest purse now since it was a gift and can’t even exchange it. Super unhappy and was the worst gift ever!
