Fantastic selection of various types of imported high quality wool rugs at affordable prices. Great selection of vintage home wares and furnishings. They post all their inventory online which is great to preview before going in. All furnishings are best quality and at very fair prices. Really, you are purchasing solid wood furniture made to last a lifetime at IKEA / Room& Board prices. The store owners and their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Ive purchased many furniture, home goods, and rugs from their shop over the years. Its a go-to first stop for me when looking for something new at home.

Homestead is the only furniture shop in town I trust to have something I want to buy every time I go. They carry excellent pieces at not-as-high-as-you-would-expect prices. Their stock turnover is high so its fun to check the shop week after week for new stuff, hand picked by the proprietors Michelle and Ryan. Their staff is helpful and lovely to talk with, and their taste impeccable. A true Seattle treasure!

Skip it. Another california white business owner making Seattle unaffordable. Buying a house in historic CD then renting it out to AIRBNB calling it a showroom only to rent a expensive apartment to make money. bad business morals. bad company. bottom line.
