I just want to share a follow up because even the service department is terrific at Audi Of Seattle. I ended up having my windows tinted here for $550 and a 10 year warranty, and it was an all day affair. They got me into a loaner for the day, and were extremely respectful, and terrific customer service. When I came back, I noticed that when I got in my car it was saying my key was low on battery. So I went in and my sales associate, Peter Nguyen, said it would be no problem to fix it, and replaced the battery within a few minutes! Terrific customer service at this place, no request is too small for them and everyone is so helpful. I won’t be going to Audi of Bellevue any longer and only going to Audi of Seattle even though it’s out of the way. The tint job came out fantastic too!
You feel welcomed in most car dealerships, and this one is not an exception. But this is the first dealership that the sales rep (Jamie) spent a decent amount of time guiding me through all the features and tricks of the vehicle after the deal was close. Whenever I have a question (after-sales), I can always text him receive a prompt response. Very good experience indeed.
Jamie (Yiwei Chen) was the best salesperson I have dealt with at Audi Seattle. I have had terrible experiences with another salesperson (strangely enough the same one, twice). Jamie was patient, gave me a several options, and passionate about Audi. He made the leasing process so easy to understand and what to expect. Hes the best. Thank You.
Worked with Jon Pollock. Fantastic sales representative that was extremely helpful and patient with me. I must have asked a million questions and Jon clearly explained all of my options helping me pick the right car for me.
Hello Car searchers! To anyone looking for amazing customer service and a wonderful experience look no further than Jon Pollock at Seattle Audi on Roosevelt. Jon walked me thru every stage of the car purchasing process and did it with such kind and helpful information. Jon doesnt just sell you a car he goes above and beyond in helping you understand all of the features, packages and differences in each car. I bought a new Audi Q5 from him and it was the best experience. Jon Pollock is the guy you want to see if your looking for an Audi!
Working with Jon Pollock was incredible. He was so helpful and communicative. I didn’t end up purchasing because we couldn’t get to the package I needed to get to, but he represented and served me so well. When he wasn’t in store, he connected me with Bernardo. I’m still in the market, so hopefully I can buy with Jon if the right opportunity comes. Great financing options with BECU. Very pleasant experience!
If you bring your car here for service, you could expect the best treatment and being pampered; however, I wish the dealer could be a little more honest and ethical with their assessment and recommendations for services. I love driving an Audi and I expect high maintenance cost but it would help if the dealer doesn’t just care about collecting as much service revenue from customers. I’ve owned 2 Audi cars and this had happened to me twice at this location. I had to bring the car back a couple of months later for something related to the last fix because they said they found new fault in additions to 3 other fixes they recommended. I’m done with Audi.
Graham Campbell is one of the most gracious and helpful employees at Audi Seattle! You can feel at ease with his experience and knowledge of the Audi product. Graham goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and satisfied with your experience. Thank you again for your help and care you have given to my Daughter’s A3 in her service experience.
If youre looking at something in the R/S/RS range, ask for Dan Anderson, hes fair and honest and will help you out for sure. This dealership is much better than the nearest alternative, doesnt go for the hard sell and just tries to be helpful :)
Will buy from these fine people any day of the year! Also. Who would not want to own an audi, what a great car!
Best car buying experience of my life! Go see Jon Pollock if you’re thinking of an Audi. Everyone at the dealership was super rad and not pressuring at all. It was a smooth and easy car buying experience. Much appreciated. Go to Audi of Seattle and avoid Audi Bellevue. They were RELENTLESS and annoying as heck with emails and phone calls with cars that weren’t even close to what I wanted. Excellent is all I can say about Audi of Seattle and Jon
My car was doing inspection with my S3. It misfiring and can’t idol at all. They can’t even find out what going on and what the problem is and just give me back the car ask me to pay. Owning a Audi is the biggest mistake I have ever made. Because I love Audi but the people who’s working there love money not Audi.
I shopped around to several dealerships for similar models until I decided on a car at Audi Seattle. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The leadership here should be proud of how well this place is operated. Professional, punctual, courteous 100% of the time. I have never had a better car buying experience. All other dealerships need to take notice. I recently had my new car serviced and they have continued to impress me and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Shout out to Jamie in sales, Daryon, John in service.
Recently took delivery of a 22 Q5e Prestige and my wife and I could not be happier. Over the past 6 years, we have purchased multiple cars from Audi Seattle and Jon Pollock which is the highest recommendation we can convey as repeat customers. This last purchase was executed almost entirely remote due to the pandemic with delivery quick and easy. The bonus here is that we also love their service department - especially Graham Campbell - as they make servicing our Audi easy and hassle-free.
This place has been my preferred dealership until I met Yiwei Shen (Jamie). I understand there is an inventory shortage for Audi right now but this sales man didnot have to make you feel guilty for not doing the sale then and there. I ended up purchasing the same make at other dealership, south of seattle next day!
Working with Ben Moses at Audi Seattle to get our 2020 Q5 was a great experience. He listened to our needs, was extremely professional, and worked diligently to get the car and deal we wanted. I did some research and found Ben’s name on Yelp as a helpful and easy person to work with at Audi Seattle. I am glad I sought him out. The bottom line is, Ben simply helped us get the vehicle we wanted, and made the entire transaction a pleasant experience. We highly recommend contacting Ben if you are in the market for an Audi. We cannot say enough good things about our time working with him.
It was a pleasurable experience dealing with Audi Seattle for leasing my 21 Q5 plug-in. Special mention to Jon Pollock, who was awesome to work with! He was very patient with my myriad queries, stayed calm through out the process and never tried to be pushy. First class sales experience unlike some other dealers in the area. Look forward to working with Audi Seattle for my future leases/purchases.
Recently moved and couldn’t use my trusted Bellingham Audi dealer which is too far away. When I purchased my A3, I purchased an Audi pure protection plan. When I received a recall notice from Audi, I chose to take my vehicle, which had less than 2k miles, to Audi Seattle expecting the service to be as good as it was in Bellingham. I decided to have my wheel serviced to repair some minor scratches from having curbed it, while the recall service was being performed. I made the arrangements with Audi pure protection and the Audi Seattle representative assured me that the service would be coordinated. When I dropped off the vehicle for the recall, there was confusion about the wheel repair. I had waited many weeks for the appointment and had taken a ferry over to the dealer. I was given a loaner Q3 which was great, but the wheel repair was taking much longer than expected and I was leaving for a few weeks which forced me to drop off the loaner as Audi Seattle was closing, on the night I was flying out. When looking for the wheel repair, my brother in law who was with me, pointed out a fresh gouge in right front wheel although it was the left that had been repaired. When I returned from my trip, the left, repaired wheel was flat and irreparable due to damage caused by being improperly reinstalled. Audi Pure protection won’t cover the damaged tire because the damage occurred in a manner not covered in the contract even though it was caused by their vendor and Audi Seattle has not responded to several calls and texts. After four ferries and weeks of back and forth, I am past frustrated with Audi Seattle. Today I received in the mail, a toll for the SR520 bridge from the time the dealer had my car, still no call from Audi Seattle.
Daniel Lagunes helped me purchase my 2018 Audi. He was incredibly patient with me and explained every detail and amenity of my new Audi in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciate that he went out of his way to accommodate me. Not only did he come to work on his day off, he delivered my Audi to my residence. He has continued to be a support system through this process and generously volunteers his help.I think what stood out the most to me was that both Daniel and Wess in finance were (and are) so down- to- earth I had prepared myself to battle swindlers and ended up adoring both of them! Thank you!!!
Dan (Anderson) was incredibly helpful and professional with our purchase. It was the easiest vehicle purchase weve experienced in years, I cant think of a single thing that wasnt smooth and easy, and we are very happy with our new car!
Ive purchased 2 cars from here even though they are not the closest Audi dealership to my home. Feels like a family business and sales is on your side. No pressure just ensuring you get the vehicle you want and at a reasonable price. Even financing sales was a great experience not pushy just honest recommendations. Highly recommend working with Jon Pollock. He spent hours after closing to ensure we were comfortable driving away in our new Etron. And sales mgr Cory was great to deal with as well - never felt on guard and made negotiating a breeze. Audi Seattle is how all auto dealerships should be!
Ive been taking my 2011 A3 for maintenance to this place since purchase. The staff in the service department was professional, helpful and organized. The only disappointment was an oversight of agreed upon 10% discount that was not applied to service invoice. Later that day I contacted the service advisor about and it and he apologized. My understanding is that the billing had been completed and instead a credit for future service will be added on my file. I need to remind myself to review my invoice thoroughly next time.
My service representative, Tony, helped me get my Audi’s airbag recall resolved, and take care of a few additional issues during my scheduled service visit. The complimentary car wash stripped some paint from a door guard, and Tony contacted me with the details and had the part repainted free of charge. It looks good as new. The team even fixed a squeak in the driver door hinge I had forgotten to mention. All around, it was a great experience and I look forward to future having my Audi’s future service needs handled by the team at Audi Seattle.
Fantastic friendly staff! Knowledgable, very professional, and quick to resolve any issues. I love the fact that you can get a ride from the dealership and back if you drop off your car for servicing. Excellent customer service! The car is fantastic but the service experience is about just as great!
I had my Audi Q7 in for recall and 30k maintenance at Audi Seattle. Tony Alongi is an excellent service advisor. Completed and the vehicle returned as expected and clean. Tony did an outstanding job. Was super courteous and helpful. Very communicative. I noticed the dealership facility was clean and safe.
By far the worst car dealership I’ve ever experienced. their mechanics left socket wrenches in my engine several times, and failed to properly mount my tires such that they shredded within two miles of meleaving their lot. I hate these guys and even though they are only a few blocks from my house, i happily drive to AudiBellevue for much better service and competent mechanical work.Or check out euro car service down the street they are honest fast and do great work. They exact opposite of everything they Audi Seattle represents.
We had a great experience buying our Q5 here thank to the help of Jon Pollock. We communicated with Jon via emails since we live out of state. Jon was very helpful and made everything clear upfront. Unlike other sellers I’ve met in the past, Jon kept his words and tried to make the customer happy. On the day we came pick up our car, Jon made sure we had a wonderful experience at the dealer. Jon is your guy to go to if you’re the market for Audi. Highly recommended!
Wow, what a breath of fresh air. After struggling with Audi Bellevue for years, I crossed the lake and headed in to Seattle. Worked with Tony at the service desk who was thorough, polite, accommodating, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. If you’ve avoided Audi in Bellevue follow my lead you’ll be glad you did.
Best Audi Dealer in West coast in my experience.Had an amazing Salesman Jon Pollock, he is definitely the guy to go in here. Very transparent throughout the buying process and goes above and beyond to get the best buying experience.Jon helped me purchase the right car and ensured that I got the best deal. I bought 2021 Q5 hybrid. It was pretty hard to find car given that most of the dealers in United States did not have it when I was trying to buy. During the delivery, he spent more than enough time going over all the very little details of the car.I also did Audi financing, it was a breeze. Paper work was taken care of and all I had to do was sign at couple of sheets.Enjoyed getting the first car buying experience here.
Both sales and service have been excellent and a joy to work with! I bought a CPO car with Bretts help and everything went very well. Had the car in for a flat tire a few weeks later (yay potholes) and asked if they could take a look at a small noise in the sunroof too and it was fixed as well, had my car back 24 hours later with a new tire and no creak! Ive been really impressed and Im happy I chose to buy a car here!
Amazing buying experience with Audi Seattle. Dan Anderson was extremely helpful right from answering all questions over email to making sure all necessary prep was done even before we entered the dealership. It was immensely useful in the current COVID situation. End result: In and out with the new vehicle in record time, and a very happy customer. Kudos to the entire team for making it happen!
2-11-2021 This was my first time to this location Seattle location. my normal service is TacomaWhy went different location Tacoma short on service Rep,could not reach them on the phone appointments schedule to difficultI was very impressed with the structure of the Seattle building, I called two time was able to reach the service rep. They send you a video of the services on your car. Very impressed with the overall quality of the appointment. I will now return to Audi of SeattleThank you
A friend recommended Audi Seattle and I really wanted to get a car from them but the salesman, Julian, seemed uninterested like he didnt want to sell a car to me. So went to Audi Bellevue, folks are not great there either but at least they took the time to help me find the right car and were ready to give me all the details for it.
I have had a very positive experience at Audi Seattle, buying a Q5. I got the best quote here amongst the three dealerships in the entire Greater Seattle area. Dan Anderson in particular was very patient in working through those numbers, to ensure I end up getting a great deal on car. Great sales person to work with. Look forward to a more rewarding experience with the dealership for vehicle servicing in future.
I bought Q5 2019 from Audi Seattle dealership and have had nothing but awesome experience during the entire purchasing process. Jamie Chen was really nice and honest. He did a great job by helping me to figure out the optimum options for Q5 and come up with affordable leasing plan. I strongly recommend Audi Seattle.
Be careful buying parts from the University Audi.I was overcharged $27.42 beyond the price they show on their website. The part I bought costs $391.67 (8E0919051CQ) as described on their website, I called in the morning and double checked the price. Later today taking a better look at the invoice I realized I was actually charged $419.09. I called them and they were not surprised with their mistake as I mentioned what happened. Be careful buying parts from the University Audi.
I had a great experience purchasing a CPO Q-5 over the weekend. Jamie was awesome, he spent hours of time working with me to go over fine details of the warranty, Audi care, and options for different vehicles. He was very respectful and knowledgeable, and his upbeat, charming attitude stands in stark contrast to what I have experienced from dealerships in the past. There was no pressure, and no pushiness. I was given a fair price on a car that I love, and I do not regret my decision. If you’re on the fence about purchasing an Audi (or any luxury brand for that matter), I 10/10 recommend Audi of Seattle.
I absolutely loved my experience working with Anthony at Seattle Audi to purchase my A4. He is genuine, highly knowledgeable, super communicative and always goes way above and beyond expectations for customer service. Working with him made a very stressful purchase feel easy, and he takes the time to give thorough explanations and answer all of my questions. Very highly recommend Anthony and the Seattle Audi team to anyone looking to purchase or service their Audi. This experience has definitely made me a lifetime customer!
Tony & the rest of the service team here are absolutely incredible. They are so flexible and communicative. We lost our one & only key, long story short we couldnt lock the car, and we live in a not-great part of Cap Hill. I asked if we could store our car at their dealership, and they happily accepted and protected our car at their dealership while we waited for the new key to be made. They are all so understanding. Thank you all so very much!
Im a repeat customer of Audi Seattle. The customer experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a business owner, Im very sensitive to the little things that make you feel good about who you decided to purchase from. To me, Audi of Seattle stands above any others.
Seattle Audi provides consistent great service, better than other local Audi dealers. I live on the Eastside and make the commute to this location because I have found them to be better than my local dealership.
Great car buying experience. Zero hassle and even the paperwork was super fast. I am highly recommending.
Prepare to be treated like family, here. I leased my Audi from this location three years ago, and chose Audi over its competitors, whom I also visited and researched (BMW, Porsche, Land Rover), because of how I was treated. How you are treat people MATTERS. I will spend my money with the company that treats me better, every single time. Anthony Palomo, who is the most amazing human, helped me get in to my car three years ago. He did not pressure me, he found financing options to fit my budget, and was super responsive through the entire process, via my preferred communication method email/text. Fast forward three years, I’ve moved to an entirely different city, and I needed help with my lease-end. I was overwhelmed by the process (it’s not that hard 😊), and had so many questions, so I reached out to Anthony, instead of going to my local dealer, because I knew he would treat me like family; and that he did. He went way above and beyond to help answer all of my questions, and immediately put me at ease. He was genuinely concerned about helping me, above anything else. He even followed up with me a few days later to see if I had any questions; again way above and beyond. Anthony is sincerely one of the kindest humans, and is someone I would highly recommend that you work with, if you are considering buying/leasing an Audi in Seattle. Thank you, Anthony!
From start to finish, this was a great car buying experience (we ended up getting the Q3). Tony was professional and never tried to push us on anything we didnt want. We loved working with him to get our new car, and would do so again without hesitation. He was responsive and organized, and the entire process was amazing! Thank you to Tony and the team at Audi Seattle for a great experience. We are super happy with the car.
Working with Jamie Chen was amazing. My husband and I were blown away by his attention to detail and customer service throughout the whole experience of buying our new vehicle. He was professional and knowledgeable about the full Audi collection and also really knew his stats about comparable cars outside of the Audi collection. Thank you, Jamie, for making our experience a memorable one!
This was probably the best sales experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Anthony was so professional in getting this car. He knew his product and the entire procedure was seamless. Buying a car can be a grueling experience and this happened to be the opposite. I would recommend not only Anthony but the entire dealership. Love the car or should I say, my wife loves the car. After all it is what she wanted.
Got an new A7 here and the experience was great!Update on 07/21.Experience with them is fine, but not with the car anymore. It ditched us on the road today. After one auto engine stop, the problem appeared. Engine cannot be restarted, and manual starting also having trouble, entire car shaking and RPM unstable, sometime the engine will also shut down immediately, feels like no gas piped into it. Have to ride a towing vehicle to get back home.Update on 07/25:One cylinder busted and damaged the whole engine. Engine needs to be replaced and that will take one month. Sad.
Extremely satisfied with Audi Seattle after the Bellevue dealership service mess-up with major Q5 repairs. The service team here went above and beyond to take care of the required extensive work, keeping the tasks, prices and communication very transparent and timely. Friendly staff that obviously values their customers and shows pride in their craft. Im very happy I gave this dealership a chance.
Worst experience i ever had at car dealership. The guy was so not interested in making a sale. First the car i came in looking for wasnt available even though i had an appointment. Than i test drove a some other car. Later when i asked for financing, the guy just said i will email it to you; and didnt shared any details whatsoever. And i didnt even received an email even after a week.
Service was fine as usual, and Xay was very helpful. The only knock was four mechanics calling in sick, and my car being there for two days instead of a few hours. Was nice to see Zoltan Gyorki while I was there, he is always ready to assist in any way he can.Dr. Kevin Connolly
When I die, I’d like Audi Seattle to lower me into the grave so that they can let me down one last time. While their sales might be good as suggested by other reviews, I found their auto service to be anything but. I took my A4 to them to minimize chances of being misled and well, they quoted me repairs for more than double of what was needed as determined by high rated service shops in the Seattle area after I took it for a secondary inspection. My service advisor also changed in the middle of the service. Not only that, their expensive labor was found to be lacking in the first attempt. They replaced the struts but a secondary inspection found the wheels to be imbalanced as seen in the attached picture. They refused to reimburse secondary inspection charges saying they didn’t get a chance to look at it again and offered to look at it again free of charge (Duh?)While I understand that mistakes could be made, I wouldn’t have discovered this issue without the secondary inspection and wouldn’t have required it if it was done right the first time so this is disappointing and also affects my confidence in the dealership. They also didn’t have a way to wash the undercarriage which was surprising.Hopefully, they’ll address issues with their original work in another attempt but I don’t expect much of a gesture or an above-and-beyond kind of experience here. Likely I won’t be coming back for another service in the future.Update: They took responsibility when they saw the incomplete work and also reimbursed secondary inspection charges after I escalated the issue with AudiUSA. Still not sold on reliability
Called for a quote on a oil lube filter thought I would get a good price. 260.00 for an oil change. Not going there. There has to be gouging going on there. I did call a place called European car Authority they said with the proper German engine synthetic oil and filter it cost with labor 140. I booked with them. They had appointments available. Please dont bow down to getting ripped off by these dealers.
The service here is very good. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to have them as my garage crew.
Excellent, low pressure sales. Dan understood that on our first visit, we were comparison shopping. We had already researched the e-tron, and were simply looking to test drive it. Once we decided the e-tron was for us, he was quick to find us the verse we wanted, responsive to our many questions and guided us through the financing and purchasing process. He is still available for my after purchase questions. Electric cars take a little while to adjust. We also had time to consult with an insurance agent on site, which we didn’t need, but had we needed it, it would have been reassuring with a car at that price point!
Jon Pollack in the internet sales department was excellent. He was responsive, professional, and got everything taken care of. He wasnt pushy or high pressured, which I appreciated. He also provided above and beyond post-sales support by helping coordinate a discounted tire change with Discount Tire (to swap out the summer tires that came with the vehicle with all season tires) and getting our accessories installed at the agreed upon discounted price.
Horrible customer service. Our sales person was really rude to us. Never coming back here.
I worked with Jon Pollock and he was very professional. He communicated clearly about vehicle availability, features and prices. He had the vehicle ready for test drive when we entered the lot and explained about the car in great detail. Great experience overall!
Had a great experience there, everything went pretty smoothly. Jamie was awesome and answered any questions I had during the process of buying the car and multiple questions after getting the car.Service department was super helpful and kind as well
My experience with them overall has been amazing, specifically with Donald Frey and Joseph Seymour. From the beginning, they have done everything they can to make things easy for me. Highly recommend talking to Donald if you are looking to get a new car and want to shop around for Audis. He gave a very reasonable price so I didnt have to waste time haggling for the car.
Hard pass. Started with a phone call with someone clearly trying to upsell and push a sale that didnt line up with the car we were asking for over a month ago. Went on site recently after searching at other car brands and types - and same thing... Stereotypical sales-focused manipulation where they had to talk to their manager and want to work for you since you seem like such nice people with the end outcome being asked to sign a handwritten paper that did not even outline an actual price offer but a commitment to walk out with a car today. We walked out.I get the commission based experience, and the sales person was nice, but Ive worked with dealers before that have been straightforward and truthful - including another Audi dealership in the area.
The team at University Audi is so customer focused. I always receive a hearty greeting and quick attention. More than once someone on the team has walked out to my car and addressed something small, very quickly, and got me on my way. Plus, one time Jeff took one look at my mangled side mirror, said, “Hang on one second,” then popped a bunch of pieces back into place with his bare hands. No charge. All better. Hooray!
Service dept always comes through helpful and on time whether it’s small or big.
My wife and I had an excellent experience here purchasing our first car. We worked with Jon Pollock and he couldn’t have been more professional and relaxed. His primary goal was to make sure we got into the right vehicle for us. Would highly recommend visiting if you’re in the market for a new/used Audi. Ask for Jon!
One of the best customer experiences. Even though I didnt purchase a car from them, Jamie Chen still gave me his time, and helped me. He made sure that all my questions were answered, all my needs were fulfilled.Normally, Im not fond of car salesman, but his customer service was phenomenal.
We had a wonderful experience with Audi Seattle. Ivan went above and beyond to make sure were taken care of. From the purchase (over the phone) to delivery at the dealership. 5 Stars+++++
Excellent buying experience. Jamie & his manager (Cory? -sorry man, forgot) really took care of me. Im a difficult customer to please, and they made it happen. Went over and above. Gave me a solid offer on my trade and even discounted their car in an effort to overcome a small issue we had. Solid folks, solid dealership. This is my 3rd Audi and dont see myself swappoing out of the brand anytime soon.
I’ve always received friendly, efficient, and thorough service for my Audi here. My first COVID era visit was all of the above and felt very safe. Audi has clearly thoroughly thought out the experience and protocols. I made an appointment for an “express service” (oil change and light inspection). My car was taken immediately for its service while I waited and it was done in just over an hour.
Stellar service as always. Jon Pollock is professional, prompt, and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied. Ive purchased multiple cars from John. Ill definitely be buying my next car from John!
I had a great experience buying a car here. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Brett Levy. I noticed the dealership’s facility was clean and safe, particularly during this difficult time. They had a station which provided masks, gloves and hand sanitizer for customers and employees at the front door. Staff members were constantly cleaning the showroom and everyone was wearing masks. I felt comfortable being there.
Recently purchased a CPO Q7 and had a very pleasant experience. Pricing was good so that made for a haggle-free experience. My sales rep Jamie Chen was friendly and very responsive to my requests for details on the vehicles I was considering and even facilitated early viewing and test driving of the vehicle.I had already been visiting the dealership for my A3 e-tron service and always enjoyed the experience (s/o to Ryan Malley).
I worked with Dan Anderson on leasing my first Audi (also my first car). He was very nice and patient, explaining everything in details. The price negotiation was very smooth. Also he introduced me David Walter to help set up my insurance. David is also very nice and help me get a very good price. Really appreciate working with them and recommend car buying at Audi Seattle!
Matt B the service advisor and Mathew the technician did an awesome job! Best place to purchase/service an Audi- Awesome experience - THANK YOU!
My experience leasing a 2020 Audi A4 was phenomenal thanks to Roderick at Audi Seattle. Not only did I feel welcomed, but genuinely cared for as well. Roderick ensured that my financial negotiation was seamless and easy going. As a first time car owner the process can be ridiculously overwhelming. Luckily, Roderick, alongside others at Audi Seattle took the time to explain each detail to me. Thank you for providing an effective and efficient workforce!
Ive been working with Jon Pollock at Audi Seattle for years and have bought several cars from him. Jon is the most responsive, easy going, non-pressure salesperson that Ive ever worked with at a dealership. If youre interested in an Audi, Id recommend giving Jon a call.
I haven’t done any out of state car purchases before. But Jon was able to give me a much better offer on a brand new S3 than my local Audi dealer. Jon is very patient, honest and efficient. I received the car in perfect condition. Jon also followed up with me after I got the car and made sure I received all the docs for registration.
Ok, as my followers know I do not like car dealerships but love buying new fast cars, its a conundrum for sure:) So my bar was set pretty low when I contacted Jon Pollock at Seattle Audi to buy my new R8; Shockingly everything went great, car was/is perfect, transaction was smooth, he did a fantastic job explaining everything about the car, and the financing was a breeze; Even during this pandemic the process was easy and smooth; I am very happy with Jon and Seattle Audi for sure; It doesnt hurt that the 2020 R8s are amazing cars:) So I can truly say that I recommend Jon at Seattle Audi if your looking for an Audi; This r8 is my first Audi and I am very happy about the fit and finish of this car, it is miles above any of my new Z06 Corvettes for sure; Audi does a great job.
My sales experience with Audi Seattle was wonderful. I worked with Alex Sirianni and he was so easygoing and made the experience simple and straightforward. I look forward to being a part of the Audi Seattle Family for a long time! Thanks, Alex and team!
Really great customer service! I worked with Jaime and it was really easy to get a hold of him on the phone, text or email. He was really responsive, getting back to me quickly even when not at work or late at night. They have really thought through the COVID-19 precautions well. The buying process was super easy! No sitting around the showroom all day! Also, I bought a certified pre-owned car and they went above and beyond to take care of a few small things on the Q5 to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. All in all great experience!
I was greeted by the sales manager, Ivan, and I told him I was sent there from their Lynnwood location to see a pre-owned Q3 and to speak with Ahmed. Unfortunately, Ahmed was with another customer and we were taken to speak with an available VW salesman (for an Audi sale?) who we were told would help us look at the Q3. The salesman walked us out to the Q3 and told us to go ahead and take it for a test drive - no demonstration or explanation about the vehicle or its features. Before getting into the car, I asked if there was anything interesting about the car/features that he could tell me about, to which this salesman only said push your foot on the brake to shift out of park. When we arrived back in the lot from our test drive, the salesman took a bit to come back out to us and ask what we thought. I told him it was nice, but requested for him to see if Ahmed or another Audi sales consultant was available to answer some questions and show me more about the car. He then leaves us outside in the heat for a decent period of time, only to come back himself (without an Audi sales consultant) and coldly say what exactly do you want to know. Im new to the car buying process, so I try to give him the benefit of the doubt and tell him Id like to know what features it has to offer, any potential pros/cons for buying the pre-owned 2020 Q3 over a brand new 2020 Q3, what offers they have available, etc. Instead of answering my questions, he goes into the glove box and pulls out the window sticker and reads off a couple of the bullet points -- again, with no explanation and no demonstration of the features within the car.At this point, Im really feeling like Im not getting the help I need and the sales consultant isnt taking me seriously as a buyer. Once again, I respectfully request for him to see if there is anyone else that is able to answer more specific questions about the car. He then leaves us outside again and does not return for another large chunk of time. My friend and I decide that were done waiting in the heat, and head into the Audi sales office to look for a qualified sales consultant to speak to. When we get inside, we see the same VW sales consultant sitting on his phone in Ivans office and clearly not looking for the help that he said he was going to find. Ivan sees us, comes out, and says he heard from the salesman that I’m “no longer interested in the 2020 Q3. I never once said I wasnt interested in the vehicle. All I’d asked was to speak with someone who could talk about features and numbers with me.After explaining this, Ivan starts spewing the basic breakdown of models available. Yet again, not taking me seriously as a buyer, not offering for me to sit down and walk through details and numbers, and mentioning to me that he doesnt have any other pre-owned models for me to look at (which I never said I wanted to do). My friend and I are clearly frustrated at this point, to which Ivan called out that we seemed frustrated. We tell him that we are indeed frustrated because we drove all the way down from Lynnwood, no one has taken us seriously or tried to show us anything about the car, and no one has asked me about my interest in pursuing a sale. He speaks to us with an attitude and gives the excuse that no one has helped me in that manner because “the government says I need an appointment for that.” I only drove down to the Seattle location because the Lynnwood sales consultant told us to & said that he’d make sure things were set with Ahmed upon my arrival. Not once did Ivan tell us that this “requirement” was a thing upon arriving, or before the test drive, or after the drive when we stood outside in the heat without receiving help. Extremely disappointing to drive all the way to University Audi Seattle in the hopes of buying a car, only to be met with salesmen who don’t treat you with the same decency or respect as you see other customers receiving.
Cant say enough about how pleased I was with my car shopping and buying experience with Jamie and the Audi Seattle team. Jamie took the time to really walk me through all of the cars features before my test drive (while maintaining social distance). He spent much more time than other car salespeople at other dealerships. Amir was also friendly and helpful in the management office, especially as I came in at the end of day on a Friday. Im sure everyone was anxious to get paperwork signed so they could get home, but I never felt rushed. It also helped that Audi Seattle had a wide range of Q3s with exact options I was looking for in a car. Really enjoyedNow that Ive signed a lease with them, I look forward to seeing Jamie on future service visits.I would highly recommend to a friend!
I recently went to University Audi because my tire was punctured and met with a gentleman called Kyle Board who does not work there but had come from the Seattle Audi dealership. He was extremely helpful and took out his time(as technicians were busy) to change my tire with the spare tire. I was very impressed with his kind and caring manner. He is an asset to Audi and really made my experience excellent. I would give him 10 stars if I could!
Tony Ngoun and his sales manager Cory Pollock treated us so well. We bought two new cars (2020 Q7 and 2019 A6) and my wife and I are in love with the new design layout. We are so happy. Be sure to ask for Tony. He even drove to our house to help my wife and me with the garage sync after walking both of us through thorough vehicle instructions. Highly recommend Tony and University Audi (Audi Seattle).
Joe is a great salesman. I worked with him for my second car. He is really good to take all input and give the best possible options. I love the environment and overall staff professionalism at Audi Seattle. They all are super friendly, polite and professional.
Loved my experience with Audi Seattle. Brett Levy was so wonderful and easy to work with. He took me and my husband out to test drive a couple different A4 and A6, but I had my heart set on a specific A6, midnight blue. It was located at the Lynnwood dealership, so Brett drove up there to bring it down to the Seattle location just so I could see it! Amazing customer service. Brett is new to Seattle, great job Audi Seattle in hiring him for your location!
Referred to Cory through a mutual friend. Cory and Ben were outstanding to work with and first class professionals. Moving from NY to WA, we were in the market for a SUV. We were disappointed with service across Bellevue, maybe because business is too good,l there, but Cory and Ben were patient, helpful, responsive and fantastic during and after the sale. Definitely will go to Audi Seattle for my next Audi.
We had a great experience. Zoltan was very courteous friendly and knowledgeable. We could not have had a better sales person.
Excellent service provided. I got a loaner as they had to take care of couple recalls. Able to pick up my vehicle at the promised time. They did a good job.
John, Alex and everyone at University Audi is awesome!Wouldnt buy a car anywhere else!Thrilled with my new A5 sportback experience! Thanks guys!
Outstanding service. Offered complimentary service for a unique issue related to COVID-19 as an essential employee, which AudiAmerica couldn’t properly address. This dealership didn’t have to fulfill the obligation for AudiUSA, but elected to anyhow. Thanks!
Best car buying experience Ive had. I have worked with Anthony palomo who is very friendly, and efficient in the work he does! He was straightforward on what can be done and was very clear on what we were dealing. I feel like I received a great deal without having to spend hours sitting in the dealership haggling over pricing. I highly recommend Audi Seattle dealership and Anthony!!
For my one year 2019 Etron service, I made an appointment two weeks in advance, reserving a loaner car. Once I arrived, I quickly suspected something was amiss when the service staff had trouble finding my appointment. It turns out that they didnt order the required parts for a portion of the service, all of which was known ahead or time. Prior to arriving for the appointment I was told that the service would be likely done overnight. It was ten days before it was finished. The quality of the service was fine, as has been my usual experience. When I picked my car up, there was no acknowledgement or apology for the extra time needed because of their lack of planning.
My wife, Pats, Audi A4 Avant is 12 years old, so after reviewing the current crop of small to midsize SUVs, we decided to look at a new Q5. I found a red one with brown leather...we werent so excited about the usual choices of black, white, or gray...on Audi Seattles on-line new car inventory, so I sent a request for more info. James Roberts called me within an hour or so on a Monday, and after about a half hour conversation, we had come to a deal on this Q5. We did the paperwork by telephone and e-mail, and James picked us up at SeaTac airport on Friday morning in a Q5. He gave us a great introduction to the car on the way to the dealership, and once there we were delighted with Pats new Red car! James finished up the paperwork with Pat, had her sign on a couple of dotted lines, gave us some more personalized instruction, then we headed east on I-90 in time to stop at the Roslyn Cafe for lunch on the way home. We love the car, and the buying experience couldnt have been better.Doug Sowder
I scheduled an appointment with Audi Seattle since my car had low battery issue.Tony Alongi was my advisor. He took my car in, arranged ride for me and kept me updated on the progress. After a day, the battery was replaced and car was thoroughly checked and washed.
Had great and quick communication/responses from Dan. Made everything super easy and no pressure was applied. Even when an issue came up after our purchase it was quickly handled even though we live 3 hours away from Audi Seattle, they arranged to have it fixed by a closer dealer to us.
These guys are absolutely awesome. The staff was super helpful even though I messed up and came in later than I should have to pick up my car. Matt was especially knowledgeable and helpful
This is the second Audi I’ve bought from Audi Seattle. Each time Alex Sirianni has done a great job of taking care of me. I live in Portland so it’s a 6 hour drive roundtrip for me to go up to Seattle. Alex has always made the long distance shopping experience pleasant and easy. Once we have decided on the car and price, Alex takes care of all the details. When I arrive in Seattle he has all the paperwork ready, including the trip permits and everything needed for me to title and register the car in Oregon. With my most recent purchase I was in and out of the dealership in an hour, including dropping off my trade-in.
