If it was possible to leave a negative review I would. Changed four broken windows, left all of the broken glass inside the doors. Broke the wooden cover of a BMW rear door tried to hide it and did not pay for replacement

Horrible experience with Smart Glass. I paid $410 for a window replacement in July, and this is the work they did. I have called 10 times and they have promised to send someone to fix it, so I arrange my week to make time for them and they no show! Or they send someone who looks at it, says they will be back in two weeks and then they now show again. I do NOT recommend Smart Glass. Unprofessional and shoddy work.

I called to have an estimate made for a broken window pane in an apartment. The estimator was able to come within twenty minutes. He was very professional and friendly and helped answer every question I had. Within a half an hour after he measured the window, he had sent me the estimate with pricing and the lead time before the work could be done. I will reach out to this company again should I need any more window services done.

Owner yelled and told me to get out of his shop because he ordered the wrong part very disrespectful to woman, save your money and go somewhere that respects woman or woman of color

Take a look at the most recent reviews for this business before you do business with them. Worst experience Ive had with any business that has worked on my building. From start to finish, they were unprofessional and made crazy mistakes. Not only did they not communicate when my window would be replaced, but they ordered and installed the wrong window into my business. When they installed this same wrong window, they also broke the glass. When I pointed out that they needed to replace the whole window because it was not even the window I had ordered, with written evidence from them in the initial bid, they begrudgingly ordered it. I had to call numerous times to get them to communicate with me when the new window would be ready. Then worst of all, they literally showed up on a random day and took out the wrong window and replaced the window (which happens to be in the front of a business) - which is the equivalent of breaking and entering into my tenants space, since they hadnt notified anyone they were coming that day or even that week. When my tenant showed up to open her office and found them in her space, they claimed they had lost my number, which was ridiculous given we had multiple emails back and forth with my number included, and the written bid they had sent me via email included all of my contact info as well. Last, I called and emailed to discuss that they had randomly come out without notifying anyone that they would be entering the property - not only have they not contacted me back, but they proceeded to charge my credit card in full just now for this work. Extremely unprofessional and not worth doing business with again.

I have used Smart Glass Inc a number of times in the past. Mike has always been fair with pricing, and fast to have my windows repaired when broken. This last time, however he was not. My fault I should of verified the pricing again, but $600 to board up a window while he waited for my replacement window to come in is absolute price gauging. Typically the window that is consistently broken at my business is around $400, this time it was $1400 plus another $600 to put up a piece of plywood while he waited for the new window to be cut. Sorry Mike, not ever coming back. Not only was the bill unbelievable, unfortunately the two guys that were here to install the window were the most unprofessional individuals whom I have ever worked with. They left the keys to the dumpster and locks out, and they were immediately stolen. Just zero care for their customer.

Car was broken into last night at 9:00pm and rear window smashed in completely. Went online and Googled a few glass repair companies in the area, got quotes from Smart Glass and a few others. Smart Glass had the lowest quote and were available today, so they got my business. Was in and out in an hour and a half (took twice as long as usual because of a miscommunication that was nobodys fault) and Im pleased with my experience (well, not pleased that the car got broken into, but thats a completely different story). Will not hesitate to use Smart Glass Inc again for any glass replacement needs in the future.

Great price and stellar work performed!A grandchild shattered a large (76x34) window yesterday. Ghodi was the only glass contractor we called who would actually come out and take measurements for a bid. His price undercut the next lowest. He showed up within minutes of the scheduled appointment time, today, and the work was done and cleaned up in less than half an hour! While Im not looking for any more broken windows, if it happens, these folks get my business.

Great and fast service.I got estimation before getting there and other companies asked for almost double price for the same job. But I went to smart glass and they changed glass of my Toyota Corolla immediately no waiting!! I saw they clean everything which usually other companies do not, because those spots are not visible. I strongly recommend them to you help you save time and money!

I am from out of state, just in the area for the weekend. As I was driving down the interstate through Tacoma a ball hit my windshield and shattered it. When I called them the next morning they said they were able to come to me, and would Arrive between 10 and 12. I went and ran some errands around 9, came back the house Around 10:30 and my windshield was fixed! He had come and gone, and did a fantastic job! the entire thing was incredibly affordable and my family who was there said the technician was so nice, and very professional.

Replaced my glass quickly and were definitely to the point. They worked with me on a good time to come out and do the job and are wayyyyyyy cheaper than the competition. (180 vs 260) I would recommend to anyone.

My window got smashed in and these guys had the cheapest price and could get the glass delivered the fastest. My only complaints are that they did not tell me that my glass was delayed 3 days. My car was also left outside the shop after hours with the window down and the key in the ignition. I called the manager and he took care of the employee who was so careless as to do such a thing. Despite that incident I would gladly use smart glass again

Found my SUVs window smashed as I was leaving for work in downtown Seattle. Called up Smart Glass since they where pretty close. They could repair my window right away, or if I waited until the next day it would be $30 less (it was based on the glass source for my cars window). Fantastic that they gave me the option - I of course drove straight there. They did an excellent job of replacing the window, clearing out all of the glass, and even repair my rear doors built in privacy shade. Fantastic job and super fast service. I was in and out in about an hour from the time I discovered my window smashed. Would highly recommend them - and they are right next to a few restaurants that you can eat at while your glass is being repaired. Im having them also replace some windows at my house.

Very satisfied! I would have replaced my cracked windshield sooner if I knew it would be this easy. This was the second place I called on a Saturday morning. Their quote was cheaper than the competition ($200 vs $220), and they said they could have someone at my place in an hour. An hour later a friendly technician showed up who took 30 minutes to do the job on my street-parked vehicle. He let me watch and answered my questions about what he was doing (Im a curious person). He even fixed a window molding for a different window that had been loose for a while. I was very satisfied with the whole experience, and would call these guys again.

They were great! Have used them several times. Always deliver on time and when we did have a slight problem (glass cut the wrong direction - custom textured glass) they fixed it immediately.Reasonable pricing.

Low rates but you get what you pay for. A week after I got my front windshield replaces part of my car on the passenger side was broken (plastic part covering the lower part of the glass). They also felt glass bits and rubber piece all in my car after I had just had it detailed the day before.

It might not look like much but this is the best autoglass shop in town. Ive been coming here for years and I always see familiar faces. They stand by their work and fix rock dings free for as long as I own the car.

This company is unprofessional. They have been on my window job for a year and it is not finished yet. I called them multiple times and the owner Mike comes up with all types of excuses every time. Please refrain from going here to save the headache. I paid the entire amount in full before the work started and got trapped. Hope this review helps others like me.

Had my car window smashed by some idiot and couldn’t drive it to get a fix because it is illegal to drive with a damaged windshield. Thought I am gonna be stuck there for ages, but called this service and they replaced my window in about an hour! Very impressive (and hope I never need to use this again).

This shop is fantastic! From the first phone call Mike made me feel like I was a part of his family. Margaret and the rest of the team were also super friendly, professional, and genuinely great people who care about their work.I had the unfortunate experience of vandalism over the weekend, taking out one of my side windows, and Smart Glass was able to get me in the same day at about $60 less than everyone else in the area. They even took the time to nicely fold up the tarp Id wrapped around the door/window (and those arent the easiest to get flat). They also provide a lifetime guarantee on their work which some of the other businesses did not!While I needed to wipe down the window after, and there is still a little glass under the seat Ill need to vacuum out (the vandals shattered it pretty badly), the personal touch (and amazing pricing) will definitely make them my first call next time, and the place I send my friends.

The very worst sevice Ive experienced in my life. Broke the rear view mirror, never had the courtesy to tell me, when it fell off a block away and I returned they said we can put some glue or tape on it for you.The winshield leaked so I took it back, they pulled the moulding back and squirted more sealant all the way around it. When I picked up my car the moulding, new, was split and you could see behind it as it didnt bridge the gap between the windshield and body like its supposed to, its good I was told.Now in the rainy season I was detailing my car removed the floor mats to vacuum and the carpet was soked.I promptly called them was told to call the manager the next day, upon doing so and asked for a refund, he said ok come on in. I booked and paid for a new windshield from a professional.Today I went in receipt in hand to get my refund, oddly enough I was standing behind a lady explaing this was her second visit and her windshield still leaks, anyhow he said he wouldnt refund my money even though I was talking to the same person, the manager,and he remembered telling me that I could get a refund.If in any way you care about your vehicle, quality service, and not wasting your time and money, on top of being lied to I absolutely would take it somewhere esle, or hell try doing it yourself I guarantee you will do a better job

I had a windshield replaced a while ago, which had an issue where water could leak through the side of the windshield and into the foot well. I took it back there to get that issue fixed, but it turns out they didnt really do anything to solve the issue; just add more windshield sealant/molding. Now, in this rainy season, I have to intermittently deal with a soaked carpet/floor mat which is very infuriating. Worst experience ever.

Nice and affordable

My partner had 2 small chips appear in her windshield. Smart Glass was able to fill both chips in very quickly, and its barely noticable now. Good service, friendly people.
