Inspiring selection of bathroom fixtures... portable to the vanities, so I could get a good feel for how they might work together. (Saved me from a few clashes.)

Avoid this place unless you want the worst customer service. Ordered a simple sink and faucet only for it to take months and never be communicated. Delayed install on sink and counter tops because employees don’t communicate after you purchase. Took payment info over phone and charged for overpriced amenities wo my consent. Rather email you than call you back. You will get better quality and customer service by using Amazon or local Home Depot.

The staff are incredibly nice, thorough, and creatively solve problems - what more could you ask for? Price? Theyre competitive with other brick & mortar stores. There is value in working with someone who wants to see you love your choices and be successful in your project.

This store would not let me in to see their products without making a 24hr in advance appt. I was literally at their front door, called the access number and was refused entrance. I went right back to Fergusons from where I came and ordered all my $7k bathroom materials for my remodel. I will also go back to Fergusons for my kitchen upgrade. Abbrio....you snooze you lose!!! When you refuse customers access you lose customers!!! Its that simple!!!

Plenty of convenient free parking. Lots of sample products displayed in the well-lit one open showroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Representing most of the top quality, modern and popular manufacturers. Discounts available too. Worth the drive from all over Puget Sound.

Sadly I didnt know about Abbrio until very recently. Too bad for me! Would have saved me a lot of time & effort, and a little heartache. All good, however, thanks to the staff here...so good & so professional. I am on my way to solving my 1st world problems: great bathroom hardware!

Abbrio is great. Not too full of themselves but friendly and great service. They carry all the big brands like Grohe, Hansgrohe, Delta, Moen, Toto, DXV, Mti, American Standard, etc. Everything except Kohler.Showroom is open to the public but Im not sure if they sell to the public. Decent amount of free parking.
