Carol is amazing! I got a lash lift and tint from her and she’s super sweet and really cares about your lashes looking amazing when you leave. My lashes are the most lifted they’ve ever been and it was so good that they’ve now lasted 8 weeks and are still going strong. Can’t recommend her enough! The boutique is a super beautiful and comfy space, too!

I got body waxing done at this place, and although, I have had waxing done for years now, not once, have I got ingrown hair!!!! Although, due to the way the waxing was done on me, all the places that I got waxed is getting ingrown hair now and its highly uncomfortable, itchy and undesirable!!!! Those places have tiny tiny bumps now and skin feels like I got it shaved instead of waxed!! Ingrown hair means the hair was not even properly pulled out from the roots, which is what good waxing is supposed to be exactly doing!!! Highly disappointed for spending 260$ here! Will take me weeks to get this sorted now! Will have to stay with the discomfort until then!Wont come back here again!

Awful place i went to get my lash extensions and they were nice coming into the place got my lashes done and i had pain right away when leaving thought it was gonna go away and i have gotten my lashes done many times before and never felt this way the basically glued the extensions to my skin and they were pulling on my lids my eyes got swollen and very very tender so i called them they had me come in the very next day to get them fixed that it was no big deal then i went in the next morning got told they might have to fix a few of them to come on in and right away they said oh yeah i see what she did oh dont worry im very sorry i will take care of it dont worry so i let them go ahead and start fixing away.She just asked is it painful and i didnt really know what she was doing just thought she was separating the glue from the lashes on my lids abd it was a little bit of pain so i said just a little and she proceeded and i could tell something was not right because they were switching me to the managers chair and she told the girl she would continue that she could take care of someone else. She asked me how i felt and i said well it just hurts i cant even close my lids and she said were does it hurt and i said here and pointed and she said well i cant take many more out or you will be left with nothing and i got scared but didnt know what to do and said just leave it, this had never happened to me before she told me she would try and fix it and said she put a couple of extensions in and you could tell that me lashes were very barely even there the Didnt even look like extensions. I was so unhappy but embarrassed so i just wanted to leave. I left and felt bad for a whole week and then built up the courage to call and say i need a refund and wasnt really being helped so i asked for the manager and she tried to convince me to come back and i said no i wasnt comfortable but she was pushy so i said i would think about it, i called back several time they said she would and no luck then after a few weeks i call again and she calls me back a few days later leaves messages and sends me a message saying theres no refunds one of the employees told me because its been 30 days and i told them i reached out the very next day after my appt.Finally i call back a few times more and talk to the manager which she talks to you like your an idiot and she denies everything i told them that i had proof that i was gonna complain to the better business bureau because you dont pluck someones natural lashes out with out telling the customer if they are ok with that. Only to supposedly fix a mistake they had done in the first place. She of course denied everything ans sais she felt threatened i have no respect for this company that can do that to a customer and just wash their hands by denying it ans saying they feel threatened. Be careful they dont care how you feel they just wanna take your money and they are not all trained properly here or this would have never happened. Do not trust them to do your lashes.Very sad to see how i got treated here.

My go to. Jordyn always works her magic and gives me the most beautiful lashes ever!! She is sweet and caring and funny, and always professional. I get my lashes done by her regularly, as well as getting Sugared. I recently got a spray tan and was extremely pleased with the results. I always leave feeling fancy. What a gem! So lucky to have found Jordyn!!

Ive been going to the Lash & Wax Boutique for several years now - I used to work right next to the Redmond location and now I live a few blocks away from the Queen Anne location. I love love love how my lashes look every time! OJ is very talented and the rest of the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I get comments on my lashes regularly, and I cant recommend this place enough!

The best salon around. I get waxed, tinted and lifted here. Very happy with the permanent makeup service as well. My upper and lower eyeliner is spot on and I have no regrets getting it done. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to the Lash & Wax Boutique in Queen Anne for a couple of years and I cannot say enough about the staff and quality of service. It’s such a warm and inviting atmosphere- Carol and her team make you feel like you’re at home with your fav gal pals.I highly recommend the lash lift and tint- it lasts for several weeks- it makes life so much easier- no more mascara to deal with! Great for those hot yoga classes, workouts or for beach trips- your lashes are always perfect.If you have thin brows you should try microblading, which Carol did for me. I had been on the fence about getting it done for a few years but talking it through with Carol calmed my nerves and I went for it- definitely a worthwhile decision! They look fuller and even, they really frame my face beautifully.I highly recommend The Lash & Wax Boutique. I always feel uplifted and a bit more polished after my appointments. Those little details make a huge difference.

Ive been having eyelash extensions done here all year, and I couldnt be happier with them! OJ (a master level aesthetician) charges reasonable rates for extensions that are head and shoulders above everywhere else Ive ever had them done. The staff is friendly, personable and remembers you whenever you come in, and they stand behind the quality of their work. For lashes, tinting, microblading and waxing, I cant recommend them strongly enough.

They kill it at micro blading and of course my lashes are on point every time. Very professional and super clean place. I’ve done several services and I’ve never been disappointed, always more than pleased.

First time was good second time I met OJ who supposedly has been doin lashes since 07 yet glued a lash to my waterline. And was quick to reply “you can reschedule” just because I didn’t know it would be a guy doing my lashes. Instead he could’ve told me more about his long journey thru his career but didn’t. Overpriced and they don’t care for their customers.

Amazingly friendly staff, and they can almost always accommodate same day appointments (especially if you can come in mid-day). Ive only had my eyebrows done here, but every time they were done beautifully. I highly recommend!

I saw Alyse for a signature facial and the experience was awesome. She used the Cosmedix products on me. The best part was the face massage and optional foot massage. I was 15 minutes late as I got lost and kept circling in the cab for 15 minutes, but she didnt cut my appointment short, something which you cant expect in a busy city like Seattle. Highly appreciate that. The front desk girl is also really sweet, I forgot to ask her name. Another thing which I really appreciated is that Carol, the owner takes out time to answer every small thing you ask. All in all, a big thumbs up to Lash & Wax!!

Bad experience, bad owner. I was there get my lashes done, you will see new girls work there most of the time, none of them have good experiences to able do lashes right . All girls I used to see like Alyse or Vy, they all gone, for crazy reason they fire best employees, keep worse one. The owner seem so insecurity. Never go there again . Not recommended. Such a waste
