I gotta say, my experience here has been the same as all of the great reviews posted on here already (a little unbelievable). Coral and Lauren have been super helpful in finding the right bedding, as Ive had several issues from tossing/turning, waking up heated, and having trouble falling asleep.The first time I walked in, I explained the issues I was having and Coral introduced me to an adjustable base that would help me fall asleep faster. She also had me try out pillows to solve for the tossing/turning, and it was the first pillow she gave me that ended up being the best/most comfortable. Ive been using both items for a couple of weeks now and can tell my sleep has improved so much.The next issue I wanted to address was waking up heated. I was still waking up in the middle of the night because of my mattress. Coral had me try out different beds all with cooling technology. The one I picked out was on sale, and Coral helped me save so much $$$.With the new mattress, I was concerned my current protector and sheets were going to lose the cooling effect. Lauren introduced me to tencel sheets, which were super cooling and light. She even tested out the protector to see if they were waterproof.I have yet to receive the new mattress, sheets, and protector, but will be post an update if my positive experience changes. I was skeptical at first of going into the store and getting pushed for sales. However, Coral and Lauren were patient and gave me what I needed rather than pushing for the most expensive products. Im so glad to have worked with them and thankful for the experience.

We had the pleasure of meeting Alex on a Sunday when we walked in to checkout the purple mattresses they had at the Capitol Hill location.Having worked in retail a long time before, I’m somewhat skeptical of salespeople but there was no pushy sales pitches or gimmicks. There was genuine conversation, great product knowledge and reassurance.We learnt a bit about him and he learnt a bit about us and our needs, we ended up buying anew mattress, adjustable bed frame, protector & sheets.Our delivery was 3 days later and Luis & Alex (another one) set everything up for us, again great reassurance that if we were satisfied with anything it would be taken care of.It cost a fair amount, but really feel it was worth every penny for the bed and fantastic service.Might be a little while before we need a new one but I know where we’ll be headed when the times comes.10/10 from start to finish.

Went it for a new mattress and I hade lots of questions and concerns about making sure I choose the perfect bed for me. Coral was so exceptional at showing and explaining to me the different types of mattresses. She simplified it for me and she was very nice and friendly while doing so. I had a wonderful experience a week ago working with Coral. She walked me through several great options based on the criteria I was looking for. I also loved the bed-ucation, as she calls it, during my visit. It was fascinating to learn about the history and fun facts around a number of the brands I tried. There was another family at the store during my visit and I thought Coral did a wonderful job of making sure both myself and the other family got the attention that we needed; I never felt like I was being ignored. There was no pressure at any point to buy a particular mattress, nor did she push the sales of additional accessories, which I appreciated. I had some follow up questions around delivery and pricing after the receipt of my mattress and she took care of them almost instantly. It was such a good experience Ive been sending my friends to the store. Highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Coral!

Coral is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! I came in after purchasing a firm mattress that was just too hard. She patiently listened to my back pain issues, and was never pushy or impatient as I tried the different beds (some multiple times!)I had a hard time deciding with all of the options, but Coral was great at talking me through them. She suggested a few beds for me to try. When I told her that one was out of my price range, she said to not worry about that for now, as she is the manager and would see what she could do to fit my budget. Her prioritization of the customer’s health and comfort strongly resonated with me. I was able to get an exchange that day. Coral made the entire process seamless and satisfying. Couldnt be more satisfied.w/ Mattress Firm. Tried to order a similar sized organic cotton twin mattress from Amazon, which was lost then found over a week later after arriving in Seattle from a New Jersey seller, then supposedly delivered to me but I was never notified by delivery personnel & i never received it as a result. Refunded that fiasco & ordered from Mattress Firm a few minutes later & was sleeping on an almost exact copy of that ordered/ shipped/ lost/ found/ never delivered mattress later that afternoon. Can you say EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & PERFECT IN-HOUSE COMMUNICATION & DELIVERY kiddies? I can, & so can Capitol Hill Mattress Firm in Seattle. But apparently the largest & supposedly cheapest & most efficient online retail service (worth billions of dollars, BTW) cant! NEITHER CAN FEDEX! Idiots! How do you lose a 6ftX4ft mattress anyways? Its not like an earring or something easily misplaced, right? Mattress Firm has them both beat at their own game! Thank you guys! Im a happy, satisfied, very comfortable customer for life! Went in knowing little about mattresses and optimal sleeping technology, and left feeling proficient about it all. Thanks to Carol for teaching me and informing me about my purchase! The sleep I have been getting with my new mattress has been nourishing and worth the price tag. Be warned and ready to spend as much as several thousand in total for their top of the line products. If you want to invest in your nightly rest, this is the place to go.

We just moved to the city and came in to buy a mattress after checking some options online. Coral was very helpful - the model we thought of was not available in the store, but she showed us a similar one, explained the differences, and suggested a few other options to consider. We left the store very happy (with a mattress to be delivered soon)!

Id give more than 5 stars if I could. From visiting the store to delivery, its been a very pleasant experience. Ashley Seelbaugh helped me pick out my mattress and pillow, and I didnt have to spend a lot of time in the store. The delivery email and call was very helpful, and it was delivered on time. Even though I didnt pay extra for in-home installation, the delivers brought the mattress into the house and installed it in my bed for me. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes. It was quick and smooth. I 100% recommend this store.

Highly recommended! Luckily, I knew going in to store exactly what brand/line I was going with (Tempurpedic) but still arrived expecting to spending some time there. Ashley, the salesperson, was as friendly as could be, not pushy, answered all my questions and let me take my time to try out all the models. I left completely satisfied w/my purchase (and it ended up being 2 hr positive experience!). I’m excited about upgrading to an adjustable base versus box too.

We came in at 6:30p on Wednesday night and had the store to ourselves. Lauren helped us with our mattress search, she gave us great information and let us take our time trying the mattresses. I liked that the store provided single use fabric pillow shields for test pillow hygiene. Our visit felt comfortable and as safe as anything can feel these days. I ordered my mattresses online so I didn’t deal with anyone at this location from the start. When my delivery was delayed I called this location. Lauren was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. She was able to push my delivery up a couple days and offered to find a comparable mattress that was already in stock somewhere. Makes me wish I had started by going to this location. Lauren was great helping us find a mattress we loved! However the delivery experience was NOT. Our scheduled delivery was in early afternoon, and the service showed up 8+ hours late after already trying to cancel and deliver the next morning. Once arrived, they asked us to help them move the bed and frame upstairs because it was too heavy. In apartment, deliverers tried to get us to assemble frame by ourselves. We paid $$$ for the delivery and wanted what we paid for.Fast forward about 2 months, our frame is incredibly squeaky and keeps us from sleeping soundly. Mattress Firm said the issue was out of their hands so to call the frame company. We finally got a frame service man in here and he said the frame was put together so poorly it was an act of stupidity.I wish Mattress Firm held their delivery service at a higher standard and/or lowered the price.

Went to this Mattress Firm location with a friend because we both realized we needed serious mattress upgrades. We didnt know what we were looking for nor where to begin but Lauren was SO helpful in guiding us to what was going to meet our needs. She was incredibly patient and informative! Had a decent experience buying mattress in store. Come to find out the delivery date had to be pushed out 3 weeks and our kids who were buying mattresses for needed them ASAP as they grew out of their cribs. The person training Walta or Walter was tremendous. He clearly had customer service experience and handled the situation like a pro. Very impressed with him not as much the company.

My wife and I visited the Northgate store first and then the Capitol Hill store next day because Northgate did not have Nectar brand in store, and we wanted to compare that with Tempur pedic. We were helped by Gaea in Northgate and Ashley in Capitol Hill - both were very knowledgeable about mattress features, warranties, discounts etc. They told us their personal experiences with mattresses and the ergonomic bases which helped us a lot. They asked specific questions about our requirements which also helped us think clearly about what we wanted. We were not rushed into making a decision, and ultimately we took our time and made a good choice. Great experience, will recommend!

We were able to make an appointment here in our search for a hybrid mattress. The sales associate, Patrick Barttels listened carefully to our history and needs and showed us a range of available products and explained the construction of each of the options. We chose the Purple 2, but were assured if it turned out to not be a good choice, under Purples terms we could return or exchange it during the 120 night sleep trial period for no fee. Overall, a very satisfying shopping experience with knowledgeable sales support.

Booked an appointment really easily over the google messaging system.Walked into the store and we obviously had the place to ourselves and met Ryan who had made sure the whole store was sanitised for us before we arrived.My husband wasnt looking forward to mattress shopping as he hates shopping in general but as we didnt know what mattress we wanted, we had to go try some out and find a balance.Ryan was very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store and we start off trying out all of the beds that would suit us and then asked us what we liked and didnt liked about them and moved onto what he think would please us more. We were giving pillows and pillow covers to make sure we are using clean pillows.We eventually picked out a mattress that worked for both of us and went through the purchase and delivery process with Ryan and it was very easy and we had a lot of confidence in him and then store.

For example, he pointed out an adjustable base can convert a bed into a lounge chair. Patrick was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and funny while helping me select a mattress. He spent a lot of time and advice making sure I got to try everything, gave me lots of great tips about how to care for the mattress, and it was clear that he cared more about my happiness with the product than making a sale. He even talked me down from going for TempurPedics highest end mattress and I ended up getting something a bit cheaper here. Very happy with my experience here as I was expecting them to just say okay great, lets talk payment and delivery when I scheduled an appointment for the highest end Tempur but Patrick really made sure I was getting the right product and saved me a lot of money.

Ive been looking for a bed for ages. Idk what it is but the way I sleep and how my body is theres always something wrong. Lauren was super helpful, patient and knowledgable about all the mattresses and helped me understand what one was actually best for me.
