I contacted this company for Garmin field support and they were very kind and courteous on the first call. However, they never called me back and I have subsequently left a message to speak with them no less than times with no returned phone calls over the 10 days of trying to reach them. The messages left have been a combination of on their message service and with employees who answer the phone. Not sure what the issue is but they are lacking follow-through if they are unable to reach out to a customer after a week and a half, if nothing else to at least say we have your request and we need more time to complete the research.

S3 maritime has exceptional metal fabrication skills, and yacht-quality workmanship all around. We have worked with them on multiple custom paint and fab projects. Impressive!

From repairs, to commissioning, to servicing the engine, to electronics and prepping for shipping, the team at S3 was knowledgable, responsive, professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any Seattle area power boating work that you need done.

I have taken my boat there on several occasions. Their workmanship is top notch but they often fall short on communication. More than once, phone calls are not returned, which is annoying. They have stood behind their work and, when there has been inadvertent damage during a service, they have always been forthright in taking care of the problem. Any problem that was to be fixed has truly been fixed.

Lack of attention to detail.Staff not well managed.Follow-up exists yet items neglectedgo unresolved - management defensive.Should you have S3 perform work strongly recommend being involved every step of the way.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with repairs completed by S3. Damaged materials were installed and they refused to warranty. They also did not require their subcontractor to be responsible and some contracted work was just plain not finished. I can understand damage occurring but I find the attitude of refusing to warranty unacceptable.
