Fantastic service as always, they didnt have the liver or kidney we came in for, but given the oddity of the items it was very understandable. Will call ahead next time we have a big order.

This place is great- the staff and owner are all very helpful and passionate about their work. Ive been going here for years and have never had a bad experience or a disappointing piece of meat. They can do anything. I recommend some of their house-made andouille.

This isnt a budget shop but the prices are very reasonable for the product. Especially on the house made sausages. Ive tried 3 different types and they havent disappointed yet. This is the only reliable spot for good andouille sausage that I know of in Seattle.

Family owned meat shop with friendly folks that help you even if you dont know what the hell youre doing. Fair prices and good place for fixings like mustard, vinegar, bbq sauce and rubs too. And great deals on butter!

The bacon wrapped shrimps were delightful, looking forward to the dry aged beef.

My wife and I love their bacon wrapped shrimp kabobs...delicious! We also recommend any of their steaks and the Italian sausage!

Tom is friendly and the best butcher I have ever seen. He is so generous especially to the White Center Food bank via the White Center Eagles Aerie #2568. Everything he sells is the best you can buy especially the chicken wings, steaks, and seafood. Buy local !
