Tom and the whole crew at Adventure Ready have been great. They know what theyre talking about and have always been straightforward, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. They put solid work into my truck and Ive never run into problems after multiple BDR and overland trips. Not sure about that 1-star review down there...seems sketch.

Stopped in to see the dual battery Tacoma Oil fill Spout modification first hand. GREAT quality item. Had to have it! Michael and Ephran were great to talk to. Both were Very knowledgeable and helpful with my build and next steps. LOVE. THIS. PLACE. They even let my daughter (16) tune out on the couch while my wife and I browsed, shopped and planned.

Im real bummed. I purchased an awning from these guys for $500. The awning came broken in 2 areas and scratched. I called to return it, they offered to replace one of the broken items, which I refused. They ended up charging me $50 to ship it back to them. So basically I wasted $100. Ive spent over 30k on my jeep so far and have another 50k to go... will never purchase anything else from these guys and I advise you to do the same. Stick to amazon.. as they actually take care of their customers + offer better prices.

Absolutely awesome staff and shop. While traveling I lost power to my fuse panel, turns I didnt have thick enough power cable for my auxiliary fuse panel so they found a scrape piece off of one their rigs to get me back on the road.

This is a legit company! Tom was great to work with and very honest. They did mess up on my order a little bit, but they were always available to contact and made everything right. Sometimes the true character of a company comes out when there is a problem and they came through. I will do business with them again. Thanks Tom!

Awesome shop! Carries some of the best “overland” gear you can get your hands on... anywhere.However, if you’re looking for a janky rooftop tent, fake Maxtrax, and a bunch of light bars - you should probably go elsewhere. Tom’s store is more focused on gear that works. Less so on gear that just looks the part.

After seeing the owners behavior online I would never do business here nor recommend anyone do business here. The owner Tom is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I purchased a Dometic cooler from Adventure Ready. Their website advertised a free cooler cover with the purchase of any Dometic. I was told that there were no covers in stock for the cooler size that I got, but one would be shipped to my address from the manufacturer.Four weeks later, I received the cover via UPS. I think customer communication could have been a little better.

I ordered an Oztent after seeing them at mountian bike Oregon.... adventure ready had one set up along with a couple roof top tents... i really liked the idea of a local distributor. ..the tent arrived in just a few days ...but it arrived damaged. ..a few pictures and a couple of emails later the issue was resolved... totally to my satisfaction.... when you buy top tier equipment you expect the distributor to stand behind it and Tom at Adventure Ready definitely did!!!
