Beautiful carpets with a great range of styles. Lovely, professional service. Leela was my sales rep and was gracious and accommodating and respectful of my budget. They brought carpets to our home to see in the space and were really consultative. Id been to a number of antique and fine carpet stores, and Driscoll was by far the best experience. No pressure, professional, informative. We bought a gorgeous Indian carpet that we love and fits our lifestyle - kids, dog, cat, feet.

Working with Driscoll Robbins was truly pleasurable. We so appreciated the wonderful, thoughtful service. We needed a long runner and a large area rug, but really werent sure what style we wanted or where to start. Sarah and Leela worked with us to narrow down our options, getting samples for us to bring home. They also delivered three rugs for us to try out, and ultimately we ended up with two beautiful carpets that we love but probably wouldnt have found on our own. The delivery and install people were very helpful and efficient, and always arrived when they said they would. Altogether a great experience!

I purchased two large area rugs from Driscoll. The two deliverymen were superb. They were so careful in making sure the rug was placed in the right locations. For example for one rug they carefully put the rug under a chandelier with proper spacing from the walls and a tansu chest and then placed the dining room table just right under the chandelier and aligned and centered with the tansu. They even asked if I wanted to vacuum the rug before they placed the furniture back on the rugs. The two men thought about everything and asked for my input on certain items and gave me options. They carefully made a number of adjustments for both rugs to that they looked perfect in a home where the floor spaces are not exactly square. Their thoughtfulness and dedication to doing a superb job are unmatched. Please thank them for me. We LOVE our new carpets. They have transformed the space making the atmosphere so inviting and warm. Custom design is also available. We visited repeatedly and chose a variety of rugs to try in our home. This made it possible to see how each carpet fit in the various spaces. We appreciated Driscoll Robbins’ flexibility and willingness to help us every step of the way and especially appreciated the incredible help given by Leela Dominoski as we faced the task of selecting carpets from all the many hand woven artistic and unique carpets on the floor. Not only did she help on the floor, but also she provided online support with photos and other detailed information. Knowing also that Driscoll Robbins stands behind what it sells and that it supports a nonprofit organization that works to end child labor in the carpet industry makes it an even better place to buy carpets.
