Purchased a pair of Trickers boots from Division Road and was very happy with the exceptional customer service and fast shipping. I ordered the boots online and about 30 minutes later I received a call from them to discuss sizing because they noticed I had never purchased shoes from them before. We discussed some other boots I own and how they fit and ultimately determined the size I originally ordered would fit me. Not many retailers will go out of their way to contact you just to make sure the shoes you ordered will be a good fit. They also had the boots in the mail about 30 minutes after that. All in all very impressed with Division Road and will be looking to purchase more products from them in the future.

Great place. Because of this store and their curation, I have really started to refine my own relation to clothing. By this I mean Ive better appreciated workmanship and sourcing as local or best producer as possible, less is more, and capsulizing my own wardrobe. Ive often thought...great idea for a business...wish I could do this as a side hustle. Regardless, lucky to have this store so close to me.

Top quality merchandise. Jason puts a lot of thought into his collection. Some of my favorites are a hand made wool sport blazer my co-worker picked up at the shop. Its over a year old & worn often... still looks perfect. Another is a deep stone colored pull- over Ive been enjoying on weekends around the house. Jasons taste is often seen & enjoyed in the beautiful details that go into his craft.

One of the best menswear shops Ive ever been to. They truly curate their offerings and you can tell everyone is knowledgable about the products they sell. They are the sole sellers of some fantastic brands and offer some very unique events where you can meet manufacterers and order some special goods. Highly recommended. They provide high end boutique material so its not cheap, but the quality of the goods reflects that. I placed my order over the internet, and it came a long way down to Australia. At my fault, I stuffed up the sizing, but Jason was very helpful and was able to send through the right size promptly and processed the refund as soon as the boots arrived back at the shop. Overall very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend it, not just for the shop product selection but also for the excellent customer service. A note of caution - do pay attention to their sizing guide for each item, they are tailored for the product.

I have never set foot in their store and I live halfway across the country, but I would definitely purchase online from them again. Their customer service was way above and beyond. Ive bought clothes and Viberg shoes from this store via the internet since Jason and Wil first opened the store. My questions regarding the products they sell were always answered in a timely manner and the customer service is the best in the business period. These guys definitely know the products that they sell. In fact, they might know more about the products they sell than the manufacturers do. Recently, I went to Seattle and took some time to visit the store. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Everything they sell is of very high quality and made to last. Nothing of cheap materials or workmanship is sold in this store. Their clothing and footwear collaborations are well thought out and one of a kind. You definitely get what you pay for in this store.
