Friendly, quick service. Brought in my MacBook for repair and he ordered a new fan but it still didn’t work (motherboard issue). I appreciate that he didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic. Most places would, especially if they have to order a part.

Thank you so so so much. They fixed an extremely technical issue that was beyond what I expected. They charged barely over what the initial price was for a full diagnosis of my pc and found out my graphics card is causing issues. This required them to take apart my pc and put it back together, testing each part. They go beyond the quota. My pc is healthy again for the time being!

I was devastated this morning when my PC died. I work from home and use it 8 hrs. a day. I called PC Dr. and they diagnosed it for free and sold me a replacement. I was back at work by lunchtime. Im so grateful!

Upgraded my PC to SSD, fast turnaround honest service since 1989 thanks

Took phone here to have new charger port installed...they put a used old on in and it was NOT NEW and had defiective parts broken pins that shorted out about 2 days after and worked only partially now ....paid cash so couldnt get refunded ...IF I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO USED A USED HALF BROKEN CHARGER PORT I WOULD NOT HAVE CAME HERE
