Ive been a patient since 2001 and Dr. Lau is an AMAZING doctor who really cares about her patients an. The staff is always friendly and has so much experience. Even tho Ive moved out of state, I still fly in once a year to get my eye exams and glasses at Globe. That is how much I love this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Lau is an excellent eye doctor. I have a tricky prescription with high astigmatism. After two failed attempts with other optometrists in the Seattle area, Dr. Lau was able to perfect and update my eye prescription. She is highly professional and is the best eye doctor Ive ever had. Fulfilled my prescription but not especially friendly.

Incompetent. There are several hundred other Optometrists in the area and all of them have to be more competent than this one. I have been to her seven times over the past six months and each time the mistakes get worse. It is as if she is just guessing on the prescriptions. I have been through five different lens and still do not have a pair I can see through or that fits properly. Total and egregious incompetence.

A Seattle institution. A friendly optical, with a long time reputation for quality products and personal service.

Wouldnt visit again. They changed the glasses for my rimless spectacles.I found that the holes created in the glasses werent symmetrical which in turn caused alignment problems to the whole spectacles.The folks there gave up after sending the glasses twice to the laboratory and said they cannot do anything.
