Worst experience of my life! This feels like an understatement. I have no words to describe what I experienced at this location. Not only did Dr. Samantha Hoang call me, and I quote, “a coarse rough-headed nigger”, she said that I was too “ethic” and “urban” to be seen in further appointments! I drive a BMW!! I own a home!! I am SHOCKED!! I can only imagine how she treats her staff of color.If I could give negative stars, I would!

I am newer to the area and it is always a headache to find new doctors and etc, but I found this office thru my insurance provider website. They had a ton of flexibility with me when scheduling, especially after having to switch my appointment day-of when something came up.In my past experiences with other docs, it always feels rushed so they can move on to more patients, but it did not feel this way at all here. The doctor got to know me, answer all my questions, and took her time explaining everything as they performed my eye exam.They let me sample a wide range of contacts before choosing one, which I really appreciated! Had a great visit and will be going back in the future.

Really not to recommend to go to this store to get glasses. My prescription stays pretty similar with before. And I bought the thinnest glasses but the thickness almost double My previous glasses. Wait for two weeks and get the thickest glasses I ever have. Then I came back to the store and express my disappointment, They told me they will send it back get me a new one. Then another two weeks passes, i got nearly the same thickness, and very ugly. Very not professional and a waste of money. I express my disappointment and want to return but was refused. Spent more than 40 days and get the thickest glasses i ever seen at this store🙂 Again, waste of time and money

I just had an appointment a few days ago and I was truly impressed by how professional the staffs are.The staffs are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about my glasses and contact lens but the staff is patient enough to explain every detail of my coverage for me so I truly appreciated because not many places will explain your benefit before you come in for an appointment. They also recommend and offer the best lenses compare to my previous optometrist.The doctor is really nice and sweet. Shes very thorough in answering my questions while doing my eye exam.The place is every clean and organized. Highly recommended and will definitely excited coming back for my next appointment.

Both optometrists were very professional and friendly! Probably the most thoughtful optometrist, or even doctor’s office, that I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this place for an eye exam.

At the end of the appointment when we optically compared the ophthalmologists prescription with my current glasses, I saw better with my current glasses.

I had my appointment sometime May-ish of 2020. The doctor and staff were friendly during my appointment. My only complaint is that every time I called to come in to try on frames, they were closed for various reason. One of the times I went, at least 3 people were waiting outside with a sign on the door that said something about having a meeting.. ONE, we are in a Pandemic and we shouldnt all be waiting around. TWO, making an appointment SHOULD mean something. By the 3rd time I went down there on bike, I was fed up and got my glasses from a different place. I previously had lasik and just needed reading/blue light blocking glasses for work. I could not see very well with the pair that I received, and the store clerk mentioned my prescription is so low it will take some adjusting. I hated wearing them and still could not see fine print, however I felt maybe it was eye fatigue from blue light as I work long hours on a computer....Fast forward 1 year, I decided to go to a different optometrist for my annual visit (Feb 2021) and low and behold my ENITRE prescription was wrong. I ended up needing a complete new pair of glasses (because its cheaper to get frames and lenses). WHAT A DIFFERENCE the CORRECT prescription makes!!! Upset I wasted so much time, energy, and money on a pair of glasses I was never meant to have. Dont recommend this place at all.. thanks for reading, hope your vision needs are met elsewhere :)

Dr. Corpus is an incredibly skilled and thoughtful Optometrist. She does thorough work, answers questions in easily understood ways.Her assistant, Kristen, was also fantastic, very attentive and good at her job. Everyone here was wonderful to speak to.

0 star for getting a pair of glasses there. 0 is also how much they care about customers.Their ratings are fake, do not fall for that.me: “Why I see double images when looking at any lights and cannot see things close to me? Also, wearing these glasses for a short while gives me headaches.”Front desk: “Because you do not have anti reflective coating.”me: “Why didn’t you mention the function of anti reflective coating when I ordered the glasses? (Many other clinics add anti reflective coating by default, I didn’t know that I need to add it additionally for the glasses to be functional) If you mentioned that I might see double images without the coating, I would definitely choose to add it to my glasses. I cannot wear the glasses.”Them: “Because we cannot make any recommendations. You choose your glasses to be like this. If you cannot wear it, you can throw it away, and I am sorry about that.”

Optometry Medical Group has provided me with nothing but great care. I found them to be very convenient because I live within walking distance of their office, and they also accept Apple Health insurance. Dr Corpuz was able to help me with a minor eye problem I was having and has been really helpful to me. I really recommend them.

I’ve been to many eye doctors over the years and Optometry Medical Group is absolutely the best. They are so friendly, welcoming and care about their patients. I will be recommending to all of my eye doctor going friends! I’m impressed every time I go in.

Saw Dr. Corpuz and she was awesome: gentle, quick to dial in the prescription, and precise with the instruments. She also tested the possible prescription both directions, which other eye doctors had not done before. This resulted in a reduction of my contact lens prescription! Super happy to recommend Dr. Corpuz and OMG to anyone who needs an eye exam🥳
