The WHOLE team at this location is exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. As a busy business owner juggling multiple projects and material orders our sales rep, Melissa, happily answers multiple questions, orders ongoing streams of samples, turns quotes around in a timely manner and helps to source those out of left field requests. I can email a picture of something a client liked and shell help hunt it down. When Melissa is away from her desk or out of town every other sales rep is equally helpful and quick to step in to help, even going so far to wait after will call closing time for us to rush in and pick something up at the end of the day. My favorite supplier BY FAR!!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Jenn Mariano for a few months. She helped us order extra cabinets and floating shelves for our kitchen. Jenn went above and beyond to help us. She was so knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. She always was quick to help us and ensured we got the perfect cabinet n shelves. She made a somewhat stressful situation enjoyable . We highly recommend this showroom and will be sure to return if we need anything else for our home.

This place is fantastic. Jed is attentive, knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. I had searched through multiple stores without success before I arrived here and should have made this my first stop. Jed helped me find and order the tile I needed, but on my return trip to pick it up he was busy so Melissa stepped in to help. She was just as friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as Jed was the first time, this time in finding the right grout to match the tiles I had picked. I cant stress enough how rare a place like this is and how glad I am that they were here with what I needed to get this project done. Perfect mix of helpfulness, knowledge and knowing when to give space that so many other places fail to understand and achieve.

I would give them 6 stars if possible.We ran into an issue where a builder stopped mid-project and didnt provide us with enough flooring to finish our recently purchased house. Not being a contractor, I was concerned about being able to get the proper materials since the flooring and nosing used is only available to builders.I called Contract Furnishings Mart (being the only brand dealer in my area) and explained the situation. Not only did they understand and offer to make an exception, I was able to work with Amanda to track down and verify the product codes so everything matched and verify the amount/lengths needed. The pricing was also very fair and there was zero pushiness or attempt to upsell anything, which I appreciate.On top of that, I was working on a tight deadline (new contractor was booked 4 days out), and they were able to get the materials delivered to their warehouse earlier then required and pickup was a quick and easy process.Again, I cant say enough about how great the entire experience has been, especially compared to how other companies have treated me throughout the process of fixing the mistakes our original builder created.Ill absolutely try and work with these guys again in the future, and thank you again Amanda and Jed for being so professional and helpful.

As an interior designer I really value one-stop-shopping, and CFM is just that! Tile, flooring, countertops, carpet, all the good stuff that goes into a remodel. The staff are friendly and efficient, the space well lit and tidy, and the even have a bowl of candy I *might* be known to frequent lol. I wish I could check out the counter samples, and I wish I could keep checked out items out a little longer, but I appreciate that they need to keep those samples available for *all* their customers, not just me, so still five stars in my book. Glad to have them in North Seattle to round out my design resources, especially when I need that one-stop shopping option for my Quick-Action and Collaborative clients!

As a flooring contractor who manages about 20-40 projects a week, I am glad to say that I order about 80% of my materials through CFM. They absolutely demolish their competition. To me, CFM just makes the most sense. They have amazing SERVICE, knowledgeable staff, wide variety of quality products, no credit card fees, easy pick up for contractors, great prices, they solve issues quick, multiple convenient locations, clean and beautiful show room, and did I mention service?I like that I can be confident when sending my clients to their show room. I know they will be treated well, with honest recommendations, while they are looking at samples. CFM makes it easy for the contractor/client relationship. And that to me is why I am thrilled to say that after 12 years of doing business with CFM, I have no plans to switch to anyone else. Thank you CFM!

We stopped in twice to pick out backsplash, hearth tile, and LVP for our kitchen/flooring remodel. Both times, Melissa was AMAZING! Not only was she patient with all our questions, but she also took time to educate us on the different materials and brands, while directing us to materials that were within our specific price range. Throughout all of this, she never rushed us to make a decision or pressured us towards any particular brand/style. All in all, it was a WONDERFUL experience that took out all the trepidations of a home renovation.

I had the best experience here. Glenda was so knowledgeable and friendly! I had to pick out new floors after damage from a faulty dishwasher and so much has changed since I have shopped for floors. Glenda was so great explaining all the options. She even let me bring samples home to see it in my own lighting, which was so helpful in making my final decision. I couldnt be happier with my new floors. I highly recommend them and grateful for Glendas advice and expertise!

Great showroom with every kind of tile you would ever want! Its overwhelming the number of choices, but CFM makes it simple. Theyre great about a) checking out samples so you can take home, b) giving ample notice before closing time so you can wrap up, c) and during Covid-19 they even worked with us showing us samples through the window so we could all stay safe. Our contractor had no issues picking up from their warehouse once tile arrived either. Overall it was a very positive experience working with CFM on our tile project through the pandemic, and I will definitely use them again on future projects. Highly recommend!

The North Seattle CFM has been a great resource for our Design Build business. All of the staff have been helpful. Melissa has helped us with our current project. She helped with product selections, placing orders, and always notified us of product arrivals. She has been great at following up when there were any changes to estimated arrival times of product. I could not ask for better customer service and feel comfortable sending our clients to CFM.

Jed at CFM, North Seattle, has been a savior! I had not had a chance to review my flooring after my contractor picked it up. When I did, I had a mini-freak-out that they were the wrong order. It was especially challenging for me because the floors were to be installed next day and I was leaving out of state for the week. However, when I contacted Jed, he took control of the situation, put me at ease and told me not to worry about a thing. Jed basically told me to go on my vacation and he would figure everything out for me and instantly put me at ease. He kept in contact with me every step of the way. Ultimately he found out that they were indeed the correct ones, and I realized I was having a mid-remodel freak out. Jed is kind, knowledgeable and absolutely thorough. Because of this experience, I will be using CFM North Seattle from now on.I also cannot say enough good things about the entire staff and this new CFM location. The store is always clean and organized and whenever I walk in I am greeted kindly. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful all-star staff.
