A little bit of everything at a great price!
Love this place but now their prices are listed in yen. Its educational, but harder to know what things cost.
I thought everything would be just $1 lol.But regardless its packed with interesting things and its still cheap.
I get most of my wisdom and advise from what is printed on the items at Diaso.
I came for color coding dots. There were some great magnetic cups. I was surprised at how few staff were available to help. The lighting is dimmer than the Alderwood store, it feels less cheerful. Same great stuff though.
Super Kawaii Stuff Qood Qaulity GO KAwaii!!!
Great alternative when you need only 1 piece but Amazon would always sell you 5 for $10.
My go to for all incidentals! Excellent small dishes including glass storage with plastic lids- micro safe, gardening, office- stop here first- then go on to others...
Im so happy there is a Daiso close to my house! Its kind of like a Dollar Store but everything mostly made in Japan. A majority of items are $1.50, but there are higher prices items from $2-$10 dollars (although Ive never spend more than $4 on any one item. Theres really cool stuff, especially for the kitchen, but they have storage solutions, paper/stationery, pet supplies, plant supplies...its a super fun place to explore. I bought these cast iron steak plates for $4 each, big soup bowls for $1.50 each. The purchase Im most excited about are these little oven mitts that are logically designed to do what an oven mitt should do! All in all, another great trip to Daiso! Doesnt matter which one you go to, just go -- no doubt youll find something you want to bring home!
Daiso is basically like a Japanese dollar store. Very reasonable prices and lots of items. I particularly like their stationary section and their bento box supplies. Its the kind of place where you could spend hours just seeing what they have. Its hard to not spend lots of money!
Love visiting. Always so well stocked and clean
One of the better Daiso, the selection is great, the staff is nice and always pleasant, and I love that there is parking!
Love Daiso! You never know what youre going to find that you need for $1.50! I like to go when I have time to just saunter up & down the aisles. Ive also remembered to come in here for something specific, and usually found it, when I havent wanted to get the giant version of it somewhere else.
I always find everything I need, at definitely-lower-than-Seattle-living-index price.
Ok..line to the cashier was super long but its too fun. Last time I picked up watch batteries and zip freezer bags.
Again Daiso is weirdly at home with my heart without the Disney aspect it is perfection.
Always fun.
Budget store for a lot of things, but the best for crockery and decor items! They have got some good Japanese snacks too.
Clean and nice!
DAISO is way better than 1$ shop!!! High quality, very neat and organized shop.
For 50 cents more than a dollar store (prices at $1.50), you get a clean store, and well made Japanese stuff.
Many options for good prices!!
Every place needs a Daiso near them!
Daiso is everything other bargain stores wish they were! Price/quality is actually really decent and the variety of household items is excellent!
Lots of cheap and good stuff
Lovely store, everything I needed in one visit. Great!
Amazing store!!! has everything I could possibly want for so cheap, everything is so cute here. must visit especially if you like stationary as it’s stationary heaven
Definitely the biggest Daiso Ive seen in the US. Ridiculously cheap prices for useful things around the house. Far better than your average American dollar tree store or whatever. Every time I stop in I leave with a bunch of things I didnt really think I needed but after reconsideration realized that it was a useful item.
I havent been in quite awhile due to covid but I needed a couple of items. Its always fun to see what seasonal items they have in stock. Great place for some back to school supplies.
They have EVERYTHING! Daiso is my go to for crafting, gift wrapping, office supplies, kitchen gadgets and miscellaneous needs.
Daiso rules, and this one has way better free parking than the south end one
Nice household items from Japan at very cheap dollar store like prices. I would go here if you quickly need to furnish up a house you have just shifted into or to buy school stationary. There is also a whole foods Starbucks and cute book store next to it.It is a bit tough to find as you need to enter it via the car park so be aware of that.
Basically what youd expect. Slightly better than the dollar store. Though I think the dollar general is slightly better than here, similar vibes.
Great space for inexpensive essentials and fun Asian gifts
Great store where everything costs $1.50. This chain is Japanese in origin, so items have the Japanese touch and attention to detail. This Daiso is quite large and has a lot of great stuff to look through.
Good selection. Clean. Parking is easy.
In and out bought a couple of items at very reasonable price.
This store had a nice selection but it’s not a true $1.50 store that I’m used to. Half of the items were over $3-5 so make sure to read the tiny price signs carefully otherwise you’ll be shocked when you go checkout!
The Japanese Dollar store which means that everything is $1.50 unless otherwise marked for more than $1.50. So I suppose its the Dollar Fifty store. A great deal with a little bit of everything for everyone. Cant go wrong at this store. Love it!
Lots of cool, useful and kawaii stuff!
Its the best discount store Ive ever been in.
If you might want more of a specific item, it may never restock so dont put off returning for too long. Also, if you are prone to headaches due to flickering lights, may want to avoid the shelves along the walls in the back, they have extra lighting but the light strips flicker and make me feel sick if I stay more than a minute looking at the trays back there. Japan makes better quality cheap items than what we can find here made in China, good if on a budget or just looking for useful household items!
This Daiso is pretty big, the largest Daiso store I have seen to this day. Located one bus away from UW and on the top of a building structure that has a couple other shops. Prices at this Daiso were better than I remember at the Daiso I used to go to before this one. Everything is $1.50 unless they put a different sticker price but you can expect to find everything you would usually find and more.
Great spot to find a variety of fun and colorful items to decorate your office, home. Fun and colorful items for personal use..everything from sunglasses, make- up bags, art bags, to slippers and more. Applies to the whole family.
Just love this place. Quality is almost about dollar store. The idea was to get some Japanese stuff here but you get Chinese goods with Japanese inspiration here. You also get made in Japan stuff but I would estimate it at only about 50-60% now. Excellent stationery and crockery aisles. Storage items are better quality than Dollar Tree. For everything else I would say Dollar Tree has more variety. Overall a good store. In terms of price most items are $1.50 and not $1. The items can go up to $10 as well and a lot of $3 items which you probably would not find on the dollar tree shelves. I would recommend making a trip here once in a while.
Omg... Im totally in love with this damn store! I spend at least an hour in there just about everytime! Its a Japanese $1.50 store and they have so much awesome stuff! I recommend checking it out if you havent been
Well stocked, clean, and so many choices! Love the makeup and snacks here, and theyve always got great holiday merchandise. Even the housewares section surprised me. Found dish soap here much cheaper than other places.
Such an adorable store with a wide variety of affordable things. :)
Great selection, short staffed when I was there long line.
You can find some fun and practical things here for nice low prices, but overall the quality of the items is also low. It is fun to browse, but if you really need something to work well for you, you might want to purchase it elsewhere.
Daisos are so great, and this is one of the bigger ones in the region. Which means that you’ll get tons more selection, more walking room, AND everything is neatly sorted and stocked categorically. It’s so nice and it’s perfect for stocking up on stocking stuffers, gift wrap, candies, little home goods. It’s really fun.
Good place for picking up cheap itemsDont expect the best quality or consistent stockPretty chintzy today that they had no paper bags. If you wanted a bag for your ourchases you had to buy a plastic one for $1.50. I did not need or want a bag today, but if I had I think I just would have left my selected items on the counter and left without buying anything when I saw that sign.
The largest Daiso branch in Seattle. Wide selection of things you use day-to-day, great value, good quality! If you’re bored and on a budget, shop here sometime (you’ll go home with some good purchases even if you went in without planning to get anything).
A true Japanese store. Good quality, good price.
Love love this store. Great mix of products at a good price
Clean and a good selection of products.
Has a great selection of everything from snacks, stationary, to common needed household items.
Once you go in you dont want to leave because surely there is something that you MUST have. Cool store. Love it!
You can find amazing cheap things but they wont necessary have them on your next visit
Plethora of items of a better quality than the Dollar Tree. A good spot for home essentials, small gifts, and organization.
Great selection and very clean store friendly environment .
Awesome little store, I love Asian products. This is kind of like the dollar store but better
Love, love, love Daiso. This store is similar to a dollar store in that most items are $1.50 and I havent found anything more expensive than $10. This location is fairly large with a good selection of products and there is a parking lot as well as street parking available.
Great prices obviously. Picked up a hot pad holder for 1.50. Fred Meyers had them for 5.49. They have a big variety for a small store.
I love Daiso and this is definitely a great Daiso store. Huge selection, great prices as always (almost everything is $1.50 or less), very clean, and the staff was friendly. It wasnt too busy when I was there, probably due to the location. Great place to get kitchen supplies, organization/storage containers, and specialized gadgets/tools for odd tasks. Tools which you probably dont actually need; But then again, that fluorescent pink corn dog holder might just come in handy one day...
Changes inventory pretty often so get what you want when you see it. Theres a parking lot on top - there are always spots available. Good quality stuff starting at $1.50 each. Very good for small storage solutions.
Enjoyed the.variety of items at the store
This Daiso shares a free parking lot with the rest of the businesses in Roosevelt Square, and is also an easy bus ride for students coming from UW. This location is an average size and carries inexpensive items ranging from tools for working in your yard or car, to items for the kitchen, bathroom, or even vanity. They have a good assortment of Asian snacks and drinks as well, though no luck on those rarer Japanese Kit Kats. Note that there are no returns or exchanges!
One of my favorite shopping experiences. So much and too much to look at. The first time I went there I spent way to much. I was conservative this time-only $20. Most items are $1.50. I got one high-end item at $6.00, a better quality Reacher/Grabber. This store is like the Japanese Dollar store.
Great location! Has a little bit of everything and great to browse for fun. Plenty of staff if you have questions, and perfect location for one stop shopping for groceries or home items (Bartells, Whole Foods, Starbucks nearby).
Quite a surprising place! I found high quality products like bowls and plates for less than ten dollars. The store has a variety of products ranging from home/kitchen to clothing.
I never come here looking for something specific, but I always leave with great gadgets and tasty snacks! They have everything for a great low price, its a wonderful place to look around and spend a nice Saturday afternoon!
I like to go to Daiso for bowls and glass tupperware. This is what could be described as a Japanese dollar store, although some things are priced higher. The quality tends to be higher than your typical dollar store, and it has a lot of cute random things.
Japanese dollar store. Pretty much what youd expect. Was fun for my family, left with LOTS of trinkets.
Horrible customer service. I had to leave my full cart, didnt finish my purchase, because it was so bad. I would consider going to another location, I love the products.
Such a fun store. Not that I need any more chopsticks but I always get more here.
Very cute store, you can find a lot of daily use stuff, 1.50 most of them. Worth the money you pay. Remind: no return.
One of my favorite stores. I always end up buying more than what I need here. It’s much larger than any of the Daisos downtown, I just wish they restocked more frequently.
Great place
I traveled to japan when I was 18 and visiting this store brought back so many good memories. I cant wait to visit japan again.By the way, in japanese culture, it is in polite to hand someone your payment. Use the tray to pass your payment at checkout.
One dollar and fifty cents...thats not much, and there are a bunch of items that you dont need but you will end up buying anyway, because, ugh, the price fairies compel you. Even if you dont think you will ever use that crafty little wood box with the questionably inspirational quote printed on it, you might find yourself sticking it in an art project at some point. It will happen...or should I say Japan? 😏
Dollar store for items from Japan. I like the storage items and office supplies. Good for snacks as well.
This is a fun place to visit. They have cute things with great price. I always walked away with more things than I came here for.
The best 1 yen store around. It has more variety than the I.D. one.
I always end up buying more than I needed but theres so much cheap, functional, and/or cute stuff
The greatest people along with outstanding, unique items; you cant go wrong!
I was in Roosevelt Square a month ago and decided to go into Daiso to see if there was anything I would like to buy. I bought some toothbrushes and some dental floss picks. I am happy with the toothbrushes, but when I tried the first dental floss pick the floss broke halfway through my flossing. I planned to return it and get more toothbrushes. To my surprise when I read the small print at the bottom of the receipt it said, All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. I was shocked, as even the dollar stores allows exchanges. They sold me an inferior product and then say no returns or exchanges. I do not remember seeing that statement posted throughout the store. Had I seen such a sign I would not have purchased anything.
Found some good knickknacks here.
Good place for cheap stuff. They have an awesome selection of LA Colors makeup
Almost everything is $1.50 great office products selection as well as other interesting items.
Very nice
They have a little of everything with great pice.
Daiso is the best place for finding little goodies you didnt know you needed. This is a larger store so its not as much of a tight fit as it is at other Daisos. My only issue is that due to the location of the entrance, getting in and out of the parking lot can be a hassle.
Fun melange of dollar store ($1.50) and import store
Products are cute and cheap but low quality
Bigger than other locations, wider aisles, excellent selection. I always find what Im looking for and more.
Great place. Super fun items most things are $1.50
Seems bigger than most in the region, and the variation in products is great.
