I cant say enough good things about the Botanical Company! I wanted to have moody jewel tones for my wedding, and so I wanted to find a florist who could really play with color. Pastels are so trendy nowadays, so it was difficult to find. But they really listened to me and honestly they outdid themselves! I asked them to incorporate local plants, and so they included cedar branches in my bouquet and some blackberry strands on our table pieces. They even had some purple grapes in the table pieces too, which looked amazing! Easy to communicate with, and very friendly. Out of the box thinkers, too!

Ive been emailing The Botanical Company for a few weeks for some wedding arrangements. They have been AMAZING. I emailed them on a Saturday, had an invoice by Sunday, and have changed my mind a couple of times along the way, and they have been so kind and accommodating. Theyre seriously so wonderful. Kelly took great care of me for my wedding flowers. She was very responsive, communicative, and punctual. She was able to run with my rather vague vision of a wedding bouquet and it turned out beautifully! I would most definitely use this company again for future floral needs.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Seattle Botanical Companys flowers! My mom was over the moon she was so happy to receive these beauties. She told me they were the prettiest flower delivery she had ever received. Being away from family on big occasions like birthdays & holidays can be hard, but boy did this delivery sure make her day! The delivery went off without a hitch and they actually caught her in the driveway and wished her a happy birthday. They also upgraded my card to a handwritten note when they saw it was for my moms birthday. They really pay attention to every little detail. Thank you! My new go-to florist for the Seattle area!

I ordered flowers to be delivered same-day, and they were at my friends doorstep within a couple hours. Not only that, but it is one of the most beautiful, quality bouquets I have ever seen! I actually ordered a different, smaller bouquet online, but they informed me that they were out of the vase of the one that I ordered, so they upgraded me (for free) to a different but similar STUNNING bouquet. They were so kind about it, and it was just what my friend needed. I am incredibly thankful and will definitely be using this company in the future, and telling all my friends about it!

Awesome local company. Due to weather they cancelled a Valentine’s Day popup I was supposed to pick up at, but happily offered to deliver my order instead. My girlfriend loved the flowers and treats (and they threw in more than expected!), and the prices were very reasonable. Friendly delivery. Will definitely use them again in the future, happy to now have a good small business to support in the future.

Had the best experience with them for online delivery. My friends and I (from Canada) ordered a bouquet of flowers around midnight for our friend who just moved to Seattle. I made a mistake with some billing information so I emailed them and to my surprise they responded right away. Mind you this was almost 1 am pacific time.The flowers were delivered later in the afternoon as requested and they went above and beyond with the arrangement. They sent me an email with a picture of the bouquet they made as in update before the delivery. Our friend was so touched by it. We will continue to online shop at this store for any occasion for our Seattle friends.
