Great experience, quick response, and well priced from the other quotes I received.I needed a door window replaced and was needing to do so quickly. After 3 quotes and a company not even calling me back, I called Glass expert and received a quote within several minutes.After confirming service in the morning, I was visited within 2 hours for measurements and the window was replaced only a few hours later once it was cut to shape. The rep was able to do the replacement quickly and left the area cleaner then before he arrived. Communication was fast and courteous, the bid was fair, and the glass was installed faster than they told me to expect. The team uninstalled and reinstalled my blinds (which another company wanting to charge more specifically said they would not do!) and they cleaned up after themselves. Super fast, friendly service at a reasonable price. Whats not to love? They ordered the glass on a Tuesday and got it installed a few days later. Contractors can leave you hanging, but not Moe--communication was nice and easy.

Moe helped me with my both bathrooms. Came in the morning and worked hard until 9pm to finish the whole project with high quality in a single day. Due to COVID, one of the parts was not delivered in time but he unblocked the progress by using a temporary one and promised to replace the part once delivered. So far so good!
