The dresses and selection are beautiful. I’d been eying the shop for multiple years before going inside to take a look one day. I knew it would be expensive and brought an appropriate amount of money for a new dress and a parasol if there were any.I approached an employee at the counter and asked her if she could help me find a dress in my size. I was new to vintage-style clothing and was unsure where to start since the shop was simply teeming with pretty things.She pointed to a rack across the room and gave me an unimpressed look before turning and walking away. I approached her again after finding something to ask about it. I was spoken to like I was a child before she turned her attention to a woman who walked up behind me. My mom decided to come inside and see what I was looking at. We tried to approach together and got the same reaction.I hung the dress back up and decided to go home. I don’t have any desire to come back. I love that it’s a business that’s run by women. It’s the main reason I didn’t mind the prices. I understand why the dresses are expensive and respect it. The window displays are lovely, but as a woman that struggles to find dresses due to having a unique body shape, I was hoping for more help than an annoyed expression and a silent point across the room to what could have been multiple racks.Maybe I’ll try again in a couple years when there may be different staff.

I love this store, and the sales person! The lady working there was so helpful and listened to me in what I wanted and how I felt comfortable. She showed me a variety of dresses and helped me accessorize. Which also got me into a new jewelry designer Erstwilder! I love how unique the items in the store are. I have bought similar looking products from Amazon, but you get what you pay for. In comparison the Amazon dresses are thinner material and the stitching is not as good and has come apart, where as the dress from Diva Dollz has held up.The sales lady was so amazing she suggested a really cute belt to go with outfit and suggested a really cute shrug to go over, which pulled the whole thing together for me. I love my Diva Dollz outfit. The shopping experience was amazing, I have not been shopping for myself since having a baby and going there helped me remember how much fun it is to shop for myself and dress up. The sales lady will listen to you and work with you to find an outfit that makes you feel amazing and one you will want to wear!

I have nothing but nice things to say about my experiences here. Morgan was extremely helpfulwithout being pushy; a difficult task. The Seattle store is facing challenges as all retail is now but please support them! I would hate to see this shop close.

Buyer beware. They take clothing from places like Retrospect, out of Australia, and put their label on the dress. I bought a dress from Retrospect for $88.66 plus 19 dollars shipping. Diva Dollz has the same dress for $228.00 plus tax!! Buyer beware and check out other places before you buy the same dress for more than double the price.Its fine to sell other brands clothing its not OK to remove their tag put yours and mark up the dress hundreds of dollars!! Do not do business here and support this behavior. Save your money. Buy 3 dresses from the real maker for the price of one from the imposter.I emailed one of the companies that they are ripping off the labels too. They do not have permission to do that act.

I’ve shopped here many times and it’s amazing! The girl behind the counter is knowledgeable and super sweet. I’m sorry “L S” below had a bad experience but it sounds like she hasn’t been shopping or even out much since pre-Covid-times. Things like checking IDs, cards, and sanitation is entirely normal and required for small businesses to stay open and safe.Cheers to the Diva Dollz for being FABULOUS!!This store is a must shop if you’re ever in Seattle!

I was visiting Seattle and didnt want to shop but my friend wanted to try on a couple shirts. After awhile I began to try on a wrap dresses over my dress. The Clerk was rude abt it, telling me she had to disinfect anything I touch. My friend bought stuff and I decided to just buy a couple things because I didnt have much packed for the stay. The Clerk talked to me like a child. She insisted on having my personal contact info and was incredibly mean and rigid. She checked my card like I was a thief. It was so awkward I almost didnt buy the stuff, which was overpriced for the quality. Once I got it home, I liked the dress less and less. Not worth it and this store employes unnecessarily brittle ppl to work there. Never shopping here again.

I picked up a pair of shoes there and loved them so much I went back the next day to buy the other colour! I will be visiting Seattle again in March and I am already saving up for a couple more treats for my feets from Diva Dollz!

Update:I appreciate that they got back to me so quickly. They really went above and beyond when I asked them for proof of where my dress came from versus what I saw online. They may be expensive but the customer service really is above and beyond.I found the same dress on amazon for a fraction of the cost I paid for it here. Wasted money 😞

Wonderful little shop with loads of nice Womens clothes and accessories. My girlfriend loved several dresses and shoes, though we couldnt get them since we were traveling. The workers were very nice, and one of them even helped pick nice accessories to match the dresses she tried on.

Very helpful and nice staff. However fairly pricy but it is worth it if you are of an odd size and don’t want to deal with the hassle of Online shop. But if you want to save 2/3 of the money you’ll spend there try it on and then write down the brand, be aware that there is no photography allowed in store.

I would zero star if I could. Completely regret giving a penny to this store. They suffocate you trying to up-sell things on top of the already extremely high price. The girls who helped me was very nice, but the other one, which I believe is the manager, is rude and treats you like she is superior. I felt overwhelmed and left without being sure if the print I had was my favorite one. 3 days later I called back and learned from the same rude person that there is NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Beware when buying there. Go home, think about and then come back to buy when you are 100% sure. I didn’t want to return mine, just wanted the option to have another print. I never knew about the no return policy and that should be explicitly said before you pay. Horrible, horrible experience! Never again I or any of my friends will buy from this store again. If only I could go back in time!

Ive been a Diva Dollz customer for the last six years. The selection cant be beat and the service is amazing.This time I was looking for a dress in a very specific color as Im in a wedding in the near future. They had exactly what I was looking for, but not in my size. They were able to order it in for me and it will arrive well before I need it. This is just one amazing experience Ive had at Diva Dollz.Im hooked!

They have a really good dress size selection. My girlfriend is size 14 and we tried so many stores before this one that had no options. Also the staff is really helpful.

When I first saw this store I thought it would be a fun kitchy store. Instead it is a high end boutique type store. They dont allow photos in the store so dont even bother trying to buy something for a friend. The ladies in the store seem very attentive. After reading others comments I am sure it is because of fear of theft. The dresses felt like they were of decent quality. I didnt try any on because I wasnt in love with any of the prints, and the one dress that interested me I am sure I could find something similar in quality at a lower price point. They also lacked basic shoes in my size. Overall I left feeling completely disappointed.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW THIS PLACE IS SCAMMING AND I HAVE PROOF!!! I read they didnt allow photos in store, and I now know why. A few months ago I bought a very cheap dress on amazon for $20 (photos below). When I first arrived in Diva Dollz Boutique I noticed that prices were very high and that quality wasnt nearly as high, and that was nothing more than suspicious until I saw the exact same dress I had bought online for $20 was now in their store for $150 (pictures below)!!! Then I thought maybe it was a mistake until I saw another dress from the same seller for $140 in a different color(pictures below)! THEY HAVE BEEN BUYING SWEATSHOP DRESSES AND SELLING THEM FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!!!!(They even had the audacity to rip the old tags off and put their logo on!) As a lover of vintage clothing this really sickened me- theyve been scamming so many people and no one even knows it. Im so glad the sellers were preoccupied and couldnt stop me from taking these photos. Im truly sickened right now. Provided below are the pictures of the dress in store + their prices (absolutely absurd)+ the photos from the amazon listing ( I cropped out my personal information)+ the dress I bought online that I currently own.

Total tourist scam shop!Went here to get a gift for my wife for our 5 year anniversary, turned into an absolute nightmare.I stopped in on my way home from work and purchased a matching antique brass Kennny Ma (rather inexpensive jewelry online - I later found out) necklace and bracelet for a total of $325. Afterwards, I looked the stuff up and found out that it was marked up over double the online shops, however, it was unique looking and that had value to me + rent is expensive in Seattle so it was whatever.Note: Nowhere in the store does it say no refunds or 20% restocking fee.Turns out my wife is allergic to brass:/So I went back to return the items. The girl working the counter was on her first day, she tried to be as helpful as possible, called the manager (Nicole) who was in NOLA at the time, but ultimately was only able to reiterate the ridiculous offer of a refund with %20 restocking fee - literally throwing some tags on. I could tell the new girl was super embarrassed and taken back having to tell me this.So Nicole wanted to charge me $65 for absolutely NOTHING!?! Literally we are talking about a return due to a medical condition.I was told to come back on a Thursday or Friday if this didnt work for me. I came back the following Friday and the elusive manager Nicole is nowhere to be found. I talk to the girl at the counter and explain the circumstance, she says that she is also a manager but will have to call Nicole about the refund? I asked to speak with her - nope. Basically, passes the same hustle over the phone and then relies on her employees having to say, my hands are tied, sorry.Then I read all the reviews and realized that this place is a total scam shop. They mark up cheap stuff thats readily available online for 1/3 sometimes 1/4 of the price!?! The staff is kind and I feel bad that they have to deal with the backlash of people finding out how much they overpaid or when theyre floored by a no refund policy-which basically doesnt exist anywhere anymore.Because I had to come back twice and they still owe me $65, I am considering a small claims suit for lost time + the amount owed on principle of how awful I was treated by the phone manager.Why cant you just sell nice quality stuff with a slight markup (for being a boutique) instead of hustling your customers?Youd rather get $60 and a review like this?

We came from Oregon and where recommend to go here. Bad recommendation!! The lady that was working there was absolutely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to her day. My friend bought an umbrella that was almost $90 and before we got to the end of the block the leather on the handle had ripped and the ring holding the leather on fell off. When we went back to the store to return it the employee acted even worse and tried to make us feel like we were just the worst people for making her refund it. Will never shop here again and would suggest no one else does either, bad service and cheap items that are overpriced!

Reasonably cute dresses, the biggest selling point being that many are made in the USA. Staff is nice if youre looking to buy, though maybe a little pushy with add ons and such. Return policy is NON-EXISTENT, so dont let yourself be pressured in to buying something you dont 110% LOVE. Completely regret my purchase from Diva Dollz.

Some nice stuff and well located but a rather pricy and pushy staff. They wouldnt let me take my tiny purse in to the change room with me to try on a dress. Said she would hold it - as if i could stuff a dress in it, or would hand my valuables to a stranger working retail. Nope. Used to go on every visit but not keen to return.

Be sure you dont have a problem with anything you buy...It is interesting reading the reviews for this store because they really reflect my experience. I stopped in on a trip to Seattle and loved the cute dress I bought. It was quite expensive for the quality but I bought it knowing that because it was very unique. They definitely upsell you quite assertively but again I made the choice to add a shrug to my purchase. When I went to wear the shrug I realized that he shoulder was faded - looked like a hanger mark - probably from hanging near a window. I emailed the store from their website and heard nothing. I finally responded to a survey I received from the credit card processing company and then got a response. What followed was a several months long process of slow responses to correspondence and having to email multiple times to get answers. They asked for pictures of the shrug and receipts. Then finally after several responses and repeat requests for answers they offered to give me an exchange for another color but asked me to mail the useless shrug back. By this time the summer was almost over and I had no more patience to deal with this. Nor did I want to go to the expense and time of mailing it back. I finally just asked for the partial refund they had originally offered to have it dyed and had to email several times to get a response. My last correspondence from them said they would process the refund finally and included a little dig that they had remained professional even if some on the correspondence had not. which I assume meant me. LOL Considering that all of my emails had been very professional but expressed my dismay over not hearing back in a timely manner I found this quite an interesting response. Enter at your own risk and understand they they are not interested in repeat business or customer loyalty which may make sense for a shop in a touristy area where they are hoping for constant turnover.

If I could leave them 0 stars I would, this place is a scam super over priced. Their belts are cheap ones you can get off Amazon for 3.88 but if you buy them there your gonna spend up too 60.00 I didnt realize it when we bought them spent 147 on 3 less them 30 min when I went to return them and I was told i couldnt. They are marking things up by 1000%!!! Custom my ass!!! They are super pushy for you to buy extra stuff, they dont really take no for an answer. Their stuff is cute but I can find same stuff at Betty page for around the same price, and not feel pressured or ripped off

Staff is not very welcoming and obviously afraid of even small backpacks. They demand you leave it with them when entering the shop. Makes you turn around immediately.
