I found Jessica really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hearing test was well conducted and she was really clear in analyzing the results. I have some hearing deficiencies unfortunately but thankfully not too serious for now. I would definitely recommend taking a hearing test, I thought I was fine so you never know until you test. Jessica was great and I recommend her highly.

I care tons about my hearing and know throughout my life I have not always protected it the way I should have, so now I wanted to make sure I understand how my ears are holding up. Dr. Farrah is a passionate expert that is able to offer simple kind insight into ear health. My ears did not need wax removal, so we did an hearing check...that went well. She also suggested custom ear plugs as I regularly sleep with them for undisturbed rest...especially when traveling. The real driver was to stop creating waste with disposal ear plugs and invest in some that last a minimum of ten years. The appointment went better than I had expected and I am very comfortable with Dr. Farrahs approach. Everyone else was wonderful, parking and everything were very simple.

Clear Hearing has changed my life. After suffering from constant Tinnitus for over two years, I finally felt heard and understood by Jessica. Not only did I get a comprehensive understanding of my conditions, but I felt hopeful that I can do something to help my life. She helped me get in touch with and ENT from which I got a referral for hypnotherapy to help my tinnitus. And later helped through the process of getting hearing aids. I no longer have to ask people, including my wife, to repeat what they just said. I no longer have to worry about jarring loud noise like sirens, alarms, and noisy vehicles, because they automatically get turned down to a comfortable volume. I saw Dr Farrah both for basic evaluation of my hearing loss and to get both hearing aids and in ear monitors for playing music (playing amplified harp, guitar and voice). She gave me very personalized excellent care including basic testing, explanation of results, long term benefits of aids and protecting my hearing from further sound induced damage. She answered all questions, and I had quite a few, with easily understood explanations. I recommend her highly.

Jessica is a wonderful audiologist. Eardrum was completely covered and I could not hear/had very loud tinnitus. We moved to the Seattle area only 3 months back, did some research on Google and shortlisted 3 Audiologist / Clinic for my hearing problem. I met and discussed my hearing challenges with all the three Doctors but Jessica stood out amongst them with her approach. Hence, I chose to work with her. She is very professional and at the same time very meticulous in helping me with the entire process. Everyone at this office is absolutely wonderful, from the staff at the front desk to the Audiologists, Dr. Farrah and Dr. Patel. I brought my mom in for hearing aids and saw Dr. Farrah. I dont normally write reviews but I had a stellar experience here. Dr Farrah was informative, professional, and clearly very passionate about ears and hearing! I go to a lot of concerts wearing regular acoustic earplugs and I wanted custom earplugs. I also wanted to check my hearing. I got a hearing test and an impression for custom earplugs that Ill pick be able to up in a few weeks time.

Dr. Farrah is a good friend of one of my former coworkers and gave me the best experience ever. I could not have asked for anything more. She was very patient with all my questions and explained everything in a way that was both educational and actually really funny! Even though i just came in for a cleaning due to ear pain, I am certain I will be back for a hearing test as well! 10/10 would recommend getting any procedure done here.

Went to get fitted for Custom In Ear Monitors (Custom IEMs) and had a great experience from start to end. Easily booked appointment online, brought the manufacturers instructions which were followed flawlessly, and Dr Farrah walked me through the process and afterwards she answered all my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly (and I ask lots of questions). I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Farrah (Goble) at Clear Hearing and Audiology. I was shocked and a little distressed to find that I needed hearing aids at only 65, but Dr. Farrah made the whole process quite easy. She spent a lot of time with me, testing, fitting, adjusting and providing follow-up. Dr. Farrah uses impressive technology to assess your hearing and then explains the results to you with clear data so that you understand whats going on. She is knowledgeable and empathetic, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and both the office and Dr. Farrah are quick and efficient communicators. You cant ask for more than that, but in addition, Dr. Farrah is just a fun person to talk to and to be around. I recommend her without reservation.

I’ve been HOH all my life with congenital hearing loss. I’ve had a number of Audiologists and hearing aid dispensary technicians who simply didn’t help me with my frustrating disability. I came into this Audiologist appointment the first time with no real high expectations but when I opened up to Dr. Farrah, she genuinely cared and did everything that is possible to make hearing aids work for me. I finally have selective, quality hearing, my life has significantly improved with the BEST hearing aids I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. The previous ones gave me the worst headaches, amplifying white noises and drowning out speech which defeated the purpose. The hearing aids that Dr. Farrah paired me with are truly the best and it’s relieving to know that technology has finally caught up with something that works. Dr. Farrah is so knowledgeable in her field and will tailor all your needs according to you and lifestyle. She took time to thoroughly explain which devices might be more useful and beneficial for me and allowed me to trial a few pairs. She was very caring and concerned about my happiness, and checked in with me after trialing a pair of hearing aids for a few weeks to see how I liked them and if I needed anything adjusted or changed. Dr. Shivani Patel was amazing to work with, she is the utmost professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Patel uses state of the art technology and has incredible bed side manner, she took the time to break down how the inner ear works and also the findings of my ear exam to help put my mind at ease.She even recommended great preventative measures on maintaining good hearing with custom musician ear plugs that she could make and shape to your ear! If you are in need of hearing test, custom devices to help aid hearing, I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel. Her and her team at the reception desk are very courteous and it was extremely easy and painless to make an appointment. I have really enjoyed having Dr. Shivani Patel as my audiologist. I went to her for a hearing aid consult and a hearing aid fitting/fine-tuning. During each visit, she was kind, easy to understand, willing to spend as much time with me as I needed, and able to answer any and every question I had.I was nervous that her prices would be much higher than some of the high-volume options (Costco, for example), but I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable options she offered me. I also can’t imagine I would have received the level of attention, service and care I did with Dr. Patel at one of those high-volume shops.You also can’t beat the convenience of her location, right in the middle of South Lake Union and thus an easy commute for those of us who live or work near downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, Fremont, etc.

I am happy that I was referred here as the experience was highly professional and pleasant. Dr. Shivani Patel helped me with assessing and selecting options to consider. When I needed to update or make a change to equipment I never felt I was an inconvenience. If you need an Audiologist this is your place.

Im fairly young and have had many mixed feelings about getting a cochlear implant. Ive used hearing aids for almost 10 years. When I came to see Shivani Patel almost 2 years ago, I explained my fears and she made me super comfortable. There were so many things to learn with the implant but she has been super patient with me, making sure that I understand clearly. She has been an absolute joy to work with.

Shivani adjusted my hearing aids to deal with some hypersensitivity issues and taught me how to use the new settings. Her clinic is extremely convenient. Shes helpful, friendly, a good teacher and very professional.
