Extremely helpful staff. Initially I went with a backpack that I didnt end up liking as much as I thought. I took it back a couple days later after removing the tags and they refunded me without any questions asked. Went with a Synapse 25 and its by far the best bag Ive ever owned, I expect it to last for decades. Absolutely worth the price when you factor in longevity. Theyre very helpful online but if youre in Seattle, this shop is more than worth a drop-in so you can try out the bags yourself!

Very responsive company. I asked questions, they answered quickly. I picked up my bag at their store/factory. I got helpful instructions. It seems to be a company populated by people happy to share their craftsmanship with anyone in the vicinity.Also, their products that are NW Sky are not blue. They are the color of the Northwest sky -- gray.

Great products. The showroom is located in the southwest corner of the front of the facility. Most of the floor area is the factory where the Tom Bihn products are manufactured. Quite an array of products. Visited the showroom rather than purchase online. The bags, packs, and other merchandise sold are very high quality, available in a lot of colors. The man assisting us today was very attentive, knew the product well, and answered questions graciously.I purchased a very high quality 19 liter day pack. A reason to visit the showroom is that the product colors are more muted than the online representation, and hands on is always good to get a good feel for how the packs or bags will work for you.I appreciate the chance to buy high quality, locally manufactured goods rather than the similar, but lower quality stuff produced overseas where the labor is cheapest. The manufacturing facility looked clean, well organized.

Staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great to see where the making all takes place. Well worth it to narrow down the many options and ensure which piece of gear will work best for you.

The Aeronaut 45 is like a Mary Poppins bag; Im always astounded by the amount I can carry. Its been perfect for long weekend getaways. It is solid, stylish, and low profile and Im very happy with the investment.
