First off I’ve never had very good luck with someone servicing any vehicle I’ve even owned. I’ve had mechanics tell me they did something & come to find out they never did or try to sell me something I didn’t need. Having some mechanical knowledge, I’ve felt very comfortable with Bill right from the start! For a diesel mechanic his prices are very competitive (if not a little cheaper) & he doesn’t push anything you don’t truly need. I will be a life long customer for sure! He can only work on Fords. He told me he could put a head on an Isuzu NPR.... He did, it ran 30 miles and shut off. When I called him 2 days after leaving a message (he didnt check), he told me if I paid to tow it back ($300) that he could hook a computer to it. By this time I already hooked 3 different OBDs to it with the same code. $4200 dollars and he left me dead-on-the-road at 1:30am in my business vehicle with no warranty of his work.
