Great store great service. I am always entertained by Vinnie and his off beat sense of humor and efficient knowledgeable service. Jace in the meat dept was so helpful to my father in law. We were very impressed. Thanks Publix for your great staff.

Always well stocked, friendly staff plus they allow me to fund raise here for the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program.

It is always pleasant to go to the store. Publix is always so nice and clean restrooms included. Associates are just wonderful to wait on you theyre very happy people.

Its Publix....what is not to love with a clean well stocked store.

From the outside this Publix looks like it could be a small store, but once you walk through the doors its very surprising how large it is. After using another local supermarket and then coming here WOW...Everything I needed was in stock, excellent fruits and veggies very large selection. Great deli with a great variety of brands and items. Just have to be careful some items very pricey, do the math. Its a very busy store during the day. I went at 7:30 am which was a great time was in and out in no time.

Suddenly the store appears,... much smaller! It as become very busy, anytime I vist, aAm r Pm.

Good coffee and people. Oh. The pastries are really good as well.

This is my favorite Publix to go to of the three in my city. Ive never met any employees here that werent friendly. I like the way it is set up and their deli is spectacular.

Store is clean and neat as always, but they removed the 10% off of the purchase of 4 bottles of wine, so back to Winn Dixie it is. Not worth driving further than I have to.

The young gentleman in the Hot Deli today (9/30/20 @ 230pm) was courteous and helpful by informing me that I receive 2 dipping sauces free with my purchase of tenders. Which was a nice tip because I didnt know that. And he went to get me fresh tenders that hadnt been put out yet. Nice experience

Terrible service happened with an employee named Vinne. He was terrible rude .. I have never experienced a person who treated customers with the rudeness he has . His attitude was of a person who hates his job and doesn’t have customer’s care skills. He treated us like we were dumb, because we needed his help. I still can’t believe it!!

This is my favorite publix! People are very nice, store is clean and they keep up on their merchandise.

Never have my cut of steak. Bell peppers have been bad twice in the past. Friendly staff, clean, but the cashier did not have a mask on. Overall— its not the worst grocery store in town.

I am extremely saddened to hear that Publix is going to do away with their mask policy. If youre not asking for identification and proof of covid vaccine whos to know whos walking in unmasked and not vaccinated . I will choose to go to Winn-Dixie where they still require a mask

Would have gotten a 5 star rating if it wasnt for its delis poor customer service, had to go from 4 stars to 3 stars due to deli again, so to be fair I asked my wife about her experience here, and she told me at the deli its always like that and it depends on who you get at the bakery other than that the stores clean they have what you need but customer service needs a little help or training at the deli and bakery.

Someone at the sub place was not very nice to me.

I made an appointment for my annual flu shot. It was quick in, and quick out! I had my paperwork filled out and it took no time at all. Plus, I received a $10 gift card!

In our family, this Publix has earned the nickname, trash Publix. One of the greatest attributes of most Publix stores is its deli and subs. Not here. Over repeated trips during the last year, we have been consistently disappointed by the deli, in particular. The fried chickens are old. The subs are sloppy. My sub-salads are usually made upside-down with uncut toppings. On top of it all, almost every time weve placed an online order, its been late. The deli employees show no sense of urgency and the sub line can easily be eight people or more waiting. Whenever possible, we visit the one on US1 by the UPS store and are taken care of the Publix way.

The employees are great and helpful. The store is clean and items are easy to find.

Vinnie was in customer service and was fast, courteous, and professional. Publix always has outstanding service.

Publix Bakery, at The shops of Sebastian, did a fantastic job of decorating a specialty cake for a house warming gift! I will definitely shop there and use their fantastic bakery again!

I’ve never felt so awkward making a Pub Sub. Any alterations you make that deviate from what’s listed gets you weird glances and obvious dissatisfaction. Wow. I actually may stop shopping this location altogether.

Love this place. Always very clean. Great selection, deli and bakery. The people who work there are always so nice and helpful. When we go grocery shopping, we go here. Just came back from Publix after getting a birthday cake and roses for my wife. The bakery was super at putting a pretty message on the cake and they were so nice and polite, as were the checkout people. The managers should be very proud our their team and store.
