From the moment we walked in, Shari greeted us with a smile & explained the menu. She walked us over to the display case of amazing Quiche and baked goods.So many unique chocolates, sweets, & goodies as well below the display case. There is also a cooler with fresh pressed juices & drinks.Very clean and tidy restaurant!We enjoyed the Vegan Black Bean Chili and I’ve shared a few pictures of her spectacular Quiche!This Quicheria is a gem!! Thank you Shari for filling our tummy’s with love. Can’t wait to come back to Sebastian.

Something DifferentThis take out only shop serves one customer at a time. Everyone else waits outside on a series of chairs and tables. The relaxed nature of the patrons waiting speaks to both their understanding of how things work and the knowledge that it will be worth it.Inside is a very lovely lady who is takes your order, assembles your bowls to order, packages up your quiche and pastries while taking calls and fulfilling the to-go orders. She has made all the food herself and you can see she truly cares about her wares. Speaking of which, you dont really know what she has until its your turn to enter the inner sanctum. Some things sell out faster than others and maybe she was in a butterscotch mood when she made the cookies. The menu changes.We had a quiche and a bowl, some apple tart and a blueberry bar. It was a little expensive for lunch but the food was outstanding, fresh and more than we could eat (at one sitting, I assure you nothing went to waste). We took ours to the park by the Wabasso bridge which is close by.Try something different - AKOHO - Recommended

Im a frequent customer of this business. The owner just takes good care of the customer and the food presentation is impeccable. The taste reflects the quality of the ingredients. I cant stress enough, the line and wait can be long but it is well worth it. This place doesnt disappoints.

Simply unbelievable bowl for lunch! Truly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Choose you base: rice or greens then top w your choice of roasted veggies and lemon chicken : we had greens, curried chickpeas, carrots, broccoli, yellow squash, beets, lemon chicken, topped w micro greens. We split 1 bowl and that left room for her incredible cookies for dessert- but just barely!

So happy to finally find a vegan/vegetarian friendly place in Sebastian. I tried the spinach, feta, and tomato quiche as well as the mozzarella, tomato, and basil panini. The quiche was fantastic! A perfect blend of ingredients and such a nice, soft, and fluffy consistency. Highly recommend! The panini was fresh with simple, high quality ingredients. The coffee was also in good taste. The atmosphere is cute, theres great service, and also very reasonable prices! The owner also takes custom orders and the menu changes daily. Definitely will be going back for more!

Great quality food but way overpriced for the place / town / facility.If this was in South Beach, Ocean drive or muscle beach California, the prices would be justified, but not in a shack, no tables, middle of no where Sebastián florida.

This woman can bake, best cookies I have ever had. The vegetable bowls are fantastic & healthy too. Her quiche is delicious. Tell her Bob sent you😊 Enjoy.

Love this place! She caters to vegan/ vegetarians and I absolutely love her pastries and quiche. She even catered the Cleveland Clinic ER while I was working there and that prompted me to come back! She needs more credit for her immaculate dishes.

Amazing find! This owner has traveled the world and brought that experience to her menu. I had this amazing beet, apple, and goat cheese quiche. I will be back and my just order an entire one for my next event! Find her on FB for daily specials. You can get bakery items in the AM and savory hardy foods for lunch time. Can accommodate vegans to carnivores and all foodies in between! Located just next to Rock City.

Fabulous quiche and rice bowl. Right next to a garden shop with sitting areas and meandering paths. They have a Cafe in the garden shop too.

A godsend for vegans or anyone who likes delicious food. I got a Bowl and its one of those things that could probably cure any illness from heartbreak to the flu. I cant even describe it- just please go get one. Its also a big portion for a good price. It could maybe use a snazzier name like Immortality Bowl.

This place is the top of top. Talk about home cooking at its best! This is how food should taste like. No flavor overpowers the other, everything is in a perfect balance.

Veggies are superior. Great variety. Always loved food but seems like the magic of cooking with love makes it even better. Thank you. Wonderful to feel great about eating healthy. Large portions are not for the faint hearted. Shari is making a difference...hopefully she will thrive. Never that big on takeout before but good with it here. Great idea to call in an order as some things go very fast. Good eating to be had here!!!

I love this place! I’m a very picky healthy eater and once I find this place I been coming here every day for lunch and I even bring a container of my own for my dinner to go as well. I always get the bowl of rice veggies with chicken! Everything in here is fresh and delicious! I’m a happy guy!! Thank you for being here in Sebastian! The best!

When on the road always looking for that Diamond. The owner and service was very personable. Panini, Quiche, Strudel and Pastries some of the best I’ve had. Don’t sneeze, you’ll pass this place. Good people, loyal patrons, and great conversation I will be back. Definitely worth the stop!

Always fresh and very tasty baked goods and delicious soups. From huge cookies and cakes baked fresh daily to soups and quiches and veggie pies, better get there early before all the really good stuff is gone. Its all so good. I love everything especially the chocolate croissants. Its all yummy and the owner is so nice. They have coffee and homemade icecream too. Great place.

Wonderful ambitious young owner, but not what I expected according to advertising. Very small; no place to wait for service inside. Small table outside in full sun looking at parking lot. Baked items were very good...croissants, coffee cake...not much variety. Not enough choices to make me want to return.

Stopped in here on my way to work and ordered a delicious bacon, egg and cheese croissant, I also grabbed a pastry stuffed with asparagus, goat cheese and artichokes for later. Not only does Shari make wonderful food she makes an excellent latte made with fresh coffee beans! A variety of homemade desserts is also available, located in the same plaza as Pauls Guns when heading north into Sebastian.

I just had theeee most delicious cup of green pea soup with ham that I ever had. And I make it! Not salty. Not too thick. Just delicious. And the chocolate chip cookie was a meal in itself. Thick! Huge. Filled with chocolate and nuts. Cant wait to stop there again. Folks you are missing out til you try this. I think she could become famous.

I was curious to see what they had. There were many delicious foods inside and I chose a peach tangerine crumble. All I can say is mmmmm yummmm! They also have gluten free items if needed. I WILL definitely be back!

One of the best quiches ever eaten. The crust was flaky and filling full of flavor. All are prepared with local organic products. The menu offers a variety of soups, quiches, paninis, and desserts. I was traveling through the area just happened to find rest assured Ill return when in the area.

Best food and service EVER! I found this beautiful new restaurant almost by mistake - driving down U.S. 1, and spotted the sign out front with the magic words Coffee / Pastry / Strudel so I had to turn around and check it out. The sweets looked amazing (and I can verify that they taste every bit as delicious as they look). Dad ordered a Cuban panini and I tried the black bean bowl. Everything is made to order with the freshest possible ingredients, so you have to be patient, but its so worth it, because this is real home cooking. Our lunches were perfection, very generous portions, and the chocolate chip cookie and Peach Nectarine tart were out of this world. We will be back as often as possible!

Stopped here yesterday after reading about it on Facebook. The food was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully made. Better yet, the owner, Shari Pierce, took time to share her experiences and her vision for AKOHO. Go support her. It’s a win-win for us all.

I think I just had the best quiche Ive ever had in my life. Homemade and full of delicious ingredients, mine was ham and swiss. Not crazy about the wooden fok but I will survive. This is a take out place only but definately worth the time to come by, plenty of desserts and such also available. Must try!

OMG! Food heaven on Earth! Every single item super delish. Feed 4 people with leftovers and desert, $29. All fresh ingredients made fresh daily. Extremely freindly.
