They were very quick with our order. When we discovered there was a mistake with one of the items they immediately shipped out a correct one with NO complaints.I bought another radio because they were so GREAT!!!

Bought two of these last August 2018. Two surf hats, very expensive. Worked so so but was willing to use them. Now June 2019, they do not log onto each other. Absolutely nothing I am doing wrong. The connection is one way, then sometimes you can hear the other hat but softly. Turned volume all the way up. Then to be sure turned it all the way in the other direction (note the volume up down is not marked so you no idea if you are turning it up or down). Very angry, this is a defect in the bios or software running the devices. I was ripped off.

A device Ill not longer go out without!!!As a former professional skydiving instructor, certified snowboarding instructor and full time kitesurfer aficionado. Im was totally thrilled when I received from my partner a set of BB TALKIN USA waterproof communication devices as a birthday gift.She and I spend several hours out to sea kitesurfing in all types of wind and ocean conditions. Being able to have two ways Bbtalkin communications has been crucial for our safety as well as very important for fast decision making and has absolutely increased our enjoyment of our sport.As an example, on todays session, she was able to let me know that a shark was about 40 feet ahead of her and she needed to tack away from it right away, I then can get out of her way and be aware of where danger exists. The important point here is the contrast: without these units, we would have zero communication out in the Ocean...Whats more fascinating to me is that I can just remove the units from our hats and install them on my daughters snowboarding helmet. Being able to talk to her on the snowy mountains (without needing to shout), again in all types of conditions, has increased my priority #1 which is her safety. Her learning curve shoot up the moment we used these units, and since they are two ways communication, shes able to ask me any question, update me about her energy-fatigue level and even just conversed on the fun we are having.And now that shes entering intermediate level, we can enjoy music played from my phone via these units.So the units are fantastic and the customer service is just as reliable as the products. We use bbtalkin for duck hunting, water skiing, paddle boarding and fly boarding. Our family can talk together clearly. It has enhanced our outdoor and on the water activities. We love our bbtalkin.

I LOVE BB Talkin. I love how my coach can talk to me without yelling while I am wakeboarding behind the boat. It allows him to encourage me and teach me how to do new tricks. It is awesome for Cable and snowboarding as well. I have even used it when Iskateboard with my dad.

The customer service from BbTalkin USA is spot on Superb. They are always available to promptly answer my questions and send my orders and replacement items. We use the BbTalk units for water sports and coaching. They work as well as the promos say they do. They save your voice and keep you from being hoarse at the end of the day. As for business, I have ordered about 10 or so sets over the past year. My coworkers think highly of this technology for the same reasons listed above, they save your voice and frustration! They offer some really great innovative ideas, like being able to record with your phone and pick up the sound track through your phone via the Bb Cam application. This also allows water sports enthusiasts to receive on-line coaching, such as a wake boarder riding behind a boat, while the coach is in a different geographical area. Oh, did I mention the great customer service?! I highly recommend this system if you want crystal clear, long range communication be it on the water, or on land. The Bbtalkin commutation systems are a real game changer. They help my hydroflight business operate smoother and more efficient. Students are learning faster in a much safer environment. Our instructors no longer have to yell and scream to communicate with the student. The Bbtalkin customer service team was also quick to respond to one of my questions and truly cared about getting the problem solved.

Ive coached wakeboarding for over 25 years and have been using Bb Talkin for over 4 now. Simply put, I dont like coaching without it! I can have 10 times the amount of progression from my students in just 1 session. With open 2 way communication, it allows my students and me to clearly get across exactly what Im talking about without shouting and wasting valuable water time sitting in the water explaining things. And that doesnt even completely encompass the benefits of coaching.Not to mention all the other uses outside of coaching. Riding doubles, triples or more on cable.The snow application is amazing. Ive been on the snow longer than the water and nothing has changed the sport of snowboarding for me more than Bb Talkin, and Im serious about that. No more gathering every few hundred yards on the mountain to make sure you and your buddies are going the right way. No more guessing whats on the backside of the drop. I found a powder stash over here! Is a way I got myself and my buddies into more powder runs than ever before.Battery life lasts all day. Use your phone headphones in some applications that dont require waterproofness. We have been using BB Talkin going on our 4th year. My son was 6 years old when we first bought them. His wakeboarding has come a long way in 4 years and we owe a lot of that to BB Talkin. We can talk to him when he is 60 ft away and give him pointers and direction. He uses it with his coach as well. When he was younger it was so nice to be able to talk to him just to know that he was ok. He knocked out a tooth once and we knew what was going on the whole time since he could tell us. It was still scary, but we knew he was ok and we werent trying to frantically get to him so we could find out if he was ok. It gives him a level of comfort as well since he can easily talk to us and let us know if he needs help with something or if something is wrong.In addition to the huge coaching advantage, my son likes to wear it when he rides at the cable park - so he can talk to his friends while they are all riding.We use it as a family when we go snowboarding and that makes me happy - I can stay in touch with them and make sure no one gets lost.We have had no issues with the devices themselves. We can easily pair them with the main unit. We have different mounting options - we have the surf hat, the headband, and attach them to wakeboard and snowboard helmets.I couldnt imagine life without them now.Thank you BB Talkin!
