I feel very at ease in this office and with Cindy. It was a smooth transition to wearing hearing aids. Bianca is very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. So convenient to have my hearing aids serviced. It is so importantnot to wait until its too late because your brain forgets sounds and you cant get them back.

So, after years of our grown adult children being so frustrated with having to repeat themselves all the time we went to get our hearing checked and sure enough we needed hearing aids. After 6 Covid months we went to visit my daughter. After about 30 minutes she said “WOW” It’s s so nice to have a conversation with you and not listen to you both saying “what”. It took us a long time, but so glad we finally did it. The service was great and Cynthia was awesome in getting us set up.

I travel for work and needed some batteries for my hearing aids. After having such an amazing experience at the Miracle Ear in Palm Beach Gardens, I decided to search for a local one on my way north from Wabasso and I came across this office. Upon walking inside, I was immediately greeted by Jessica’s warm and friendly face. She offered me a cup of coffee and asked what she could help me with. I advised her that I just needed some batteries and she happily grabbed me a pack of 13 batteries. A gentleman by the name of Gerald came out the back and also greeted me with a warm smile and introduced himself. The warm and friendly environment at this office was just a delightful experience. Without being an actual customer of theirs, they definitely took care of me so I can’t begin to imagine the way they take care of the actual customers. Thanks again to Jessica and Gerald for being super nice after the day I had!

I drive from Ft Pierce to see Cindy for my hearing needs. Ive worn hearing aids for quite some time. Now that I have Miracle Ear aids I like them, there is nothing I dont like about them . They fit and I can hear.

I have recently moved to the area and was in need of a hearing center. After going to several other hearing centers I was blown away by the service I received from Miracle Ear in Sebastian. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly and warm smile from Jessica as she was sanitizing the waiting area and almost immediately following that was greeted by the most knowledgeable specialist Gerald Brown. He diligently went through the whole process and educated my wife and I on how we hear and why a medical device is needed with my hearing issue. After I ordered and received my hearing aids from Mr. Brown, Cindy Throneburg the senior specialist was amazing and patient with all of my follow ups via phone and in person. Such a great team at this location, Miracle Should be proud to have these 3 as there employees! Keep up the great work guys and gals.

It was time for Mei to get new hearing aids. We did some research and found that Miracle Ear was rated highly, and there was one about 10 minutes away. So just before Christmas we made an appointment with Jessica who is a thoroughly charming and efficient Office Manager.During our 1st appointment, Mei was seen by Cindy, who is a very thorough and personable Hearing Aid provider, having been in the profession for 20+ years. She was ably assisted by Gerald, who is preparing to strike out on his own.After Meis evaluation, and recommended course of action, Ed was offered a courtesy screening to evaluate his hearing. It turned out that he was in need of aids as well - even though he was not complaining about his hearing - but Mei said that it was time!So, in the end, he was offered a course of action as well. It was a good call, since he found that the aids helped his hearing immensely.After the aids arrived, Cindy and Company took pains to schedule appointments to properly fit and adjust them so that we were completely satisfied. It took 4 visits to it done, and in the end, Ed was happy with the ear bud solution because they were easy to use and were a more comfortable option. And Mei was satisfied with her aids as well.Final thoughts: Our experience with Cindys Miracle Ear office was exceptional in all respects. We were treated like Family from the 1st phone call until our last fitting today. Cindy and Staff are professionals in every sense of the word; the cost of 3rd gen aids was reasonable; and follow-on appointments are already scheduled for adjustments, cleanings and further testing. We couldnt be happier with the level and thoroughness of the service at this location. Highly recommend it.

My exam was total free and done by professional Cindy who has over 30 years experience and it sure shows. I picked out a great set of hearing aids and have had them for 4 months now and dont know what I did with out them. Had several follow up appointments that went very well. After having a horrible experience at another company. I decided to take my dear grandmother the miracle ear! My husband got hearing aids that miracle ear Sebastian. I had hearing aids from elsewhere. Several trips later they were never programmed right. Cindy at miracle ear Sebastian offer to program them for me during my husband’s visit there. It was only then after her programming and computer verifications that I could start wearing my hearing aids. I recently moved to Florida from Calif. Somewhere along the way I lost the domes from my hearing aides so I put new ones on. Well....Miracle Ear in Sebastian was wonderful and removed 5 domes from my ears!

Clean and friendly office. Cindy takes her time to go over everything thoroughly and listens to any questions you may have. I learned something from the studies she showed me, and realized that hearing loss can have more of an effect on me than just having trouble hearing conversations.
