Great place to stop for a breakfast or lunch sandwich. Coffee is ok, I find its a little weak but Dunkin donuts is nextdoor if you want a stronger brew. Staff is excellent, very friendly and full fill orders fast. Nice courtyard area you can sit outside and enjoy your food, very well landscaped and maintained.

Generous 3 stars. I’ve given the bagels at this place a few chances. I can’t see walking away from this experience thinking it’s better than average. The bagels are on the harder and dry side, selection is limited. Overall sandwich isn’t anything to write home about, nothing toasty buttery or any of the likes. Literally a dry bagel with an egg on it. You get what you get.

Some places have an amazing vibe when you see cheerful staff. It just makes the whole experience worth it. One such place is this one. It was my first time and I noticed that they had regular customers coming and they knew them by their names - its a great sign for a place.Oh and for the food. Of course that was great too. I ordered the strawberry chicken wrap and a slice of chocolate cake. Both great. Tomorrow morning before I leave NJ i am going to try something in a Bagel.

Great little local deli, family owned. The bagels are soft and warm and fantastic and the cream cheese is just right. Perfect little spot for breakfast and coffee. The owner was really friendly and chatted with us for a little bit while we waited for our breakfast to be made. There is seating both indoors and outdoors, and its actually a nice little courtyard to sit in. Definitely recommended. Skip the Dunkin donuts next door, and support a small local independent deli like this! Great place.

I have lived across from Harmon Meadow for 3 years now. So believe me when I say that I have been to every restaurant and eatery in the entire area multiple times. If youre looking to get breakfast or lunch, Bagels Plus is by far the best place you can possibly go.Their breakfast omelets and sandwiches cannot be beat. The coffee is far superior to anything Starbucks or Panera has. Plus the staff are all super nice.Here is my usual order if you want something quick: bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant with salt, pepper, and ketchup; apple pastry heated up on the side; and a medium coffee with hazelnut creamer.Thanks Bagels Plus! You guys deserve every star!

Didn’t expect my chicken parm hero to be anywhere near as good as it was. Very impressed guys.

I ordered a bagel only with avocado. And a bottle of water. You would think that they will use a fresh avocado. Or at least scrape off the old piece of the avocado since it was the only ingredient. But, that was not done. When I open the avocado I had to take out part of the avocado because bit was too dark. Very disappointed.

We were looking for a lunch spot within walking distance of our hotel & so glad we found Bagels Plus & Deli. The food was DELICIOUS. We got a BLT wrap (bacon was perfect level of crispy), turkey sub (the bread is amazing), and side of egg salad (my husband said best egg salad hes ever had). We also got a chocolate chip cookie & piece of coffee cake for dessert - both SOOO good. Also the staff were super friendly. Overall, an excellent experience & we would highly recommend!

The food is delicious, and they love and respect the craft. The restuarant is super clean. They make you feel like family once you walk through the door. The bagels are freshly made everyday, so no preservatives. You, need come eat if you want to not just eat the food, but have an experience.

Came here during a trip visiting family and it was so worth it. This place is wonderful! The owner and employees are very friendly, welcoming, and patient. We got a big order for a long trip and everything came out perfect and tasted so good. Best bagels we’ve had in a long time. Would definitely recommend this place for good clean and fresh food.

Absolutely fantastic place. All things are made in house and are always fresh. They have a wide selection of pastries, bangles, breads and ever fresh cut fruit. The staff are very welcomong and always pleasent.

I went in there for the first time today because of the photos from Google as well as the reviews. The bagels looked so good and I needed to try it! I ordered taylor ham and cheese on an everything bagel toasted, delicious! The bagel was well done (which I love) and it was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Absolutely amazing! 10/10 and this will be my go to bagel shop from now on!

Great deli. Wide variety of classic deli sandwiches hot and cold. Dunkin is right next door. So you can have a iced coffee right next to your sandwich. They custom order as well paninis, wraps, hot pastrami and more. Also very welcoming and friendly staff.

Stopped in here before a movie at 10pm as I had some time to kill and hadn’t eaten all day. Firstly, the sandwich was phenomenal - the prosciutto special with (really) fresh mozz & roasted peppers on a toasted roll. So the sandwich was great - but the employee working was such a wholesome, nice dude that he made my day (probably without even noticing it). We didn’t talk long; maybe 10/15mins while waiting but you could tell he enjoyed his job and took pride in the amazing sandwich he made for me (we agreed it looked to good to wrap in foil so just put it in a platter container so as not to mess it up). To Management - employees like this are what make a first time customer like myself know I’ll be back 👍🏻 (Friday May 17th)

My family and I came up from Florida during the holiday break and checked out this little place, it was awesome. Those bagels were so good that we bought some to take home. The breakfast sandwiches and crumb cake also very good.The two guys that work there were super friendly.Will definitely return when we come back up.

Fresh bagels schmeared to perfection. Tried the everything bagel with the vegetable cream cheese. They also have a good collection of other cold, hot sandwiches and pastries.

Tasty sandwiches and great coffee. Sent my order in through GrubHub and it was ready for pickup when promised. Their baked goods are excellent...try a muffin or red velvet cake.

This is hands down one of the best bagel spots in New Jersey. Ive been coming to this location since the late 90s. The crew is great and they treat everyone just like family. The bagels are made fresh daily, and they also make good sandwiches and other deli specialties prepared in house.

Amazing fresh food, and very warm people. Jim and his crew treat you like family. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I am a new regular as my company just moved our permanent hotel to this location. Try the mixed green and goat cheese salad. OMG. (...and while I was there they gave a trash bag full of bagels to the homeless:). Love this place.

These guys are the kindest people in the eatery business. The door was locked last night but guy saw me through the glass and opened the door and prepared a sandwich for me. 6 restaurants closed early but wouldnt entertain the idea of selling me food at 8:45 pm. These guys did and its not the first time. Big fan of Bagels Plus Secaucus.

Wish I had the discipline to take a picture before I devoured my two bagels. I also got their 2 eggs and bacon sandwich on a poppyseed bagel. YuM !! It is an out of the place that you would have to find and not just come acros. Theblines were ling, and filled with locals who obviously knew this place, where it was and enjoyed the food enough to keep coming back. I am glad I stumbled across this place !
