My husband hit a deer and it damaged the front drivers side. Not very serious but the light, hood, and grill were damaged. Got the car back and my light was shining nearly straight up and the hood was not lined back up. A big gap on one side compared to the other. Then the clear coat came off the hood. Took it back in and the guy who came out and looked at it told me it was from a rock chip. Right. So much for warranty of workmanship. Will NEVER be taking any vehicle back.

Nice and friendly. I was needing to get an estimate for painting some areas on my truck. They take some basic information and the man doing the estimate came right out to do it. Then, he went into his office and figured up everything and brought it right out to me. We scheduled my appointment to get it fixed and it looked great when completed. Only complaint I had was they forgot to fix paint spot touch-up areas they told me they would fix. When I asked about the areas, they quickly went out to fix those areas which were still wet when I went to pick it up. Those areas shouldve been prepped and dried before it was ready to be picked up. Overall, great experience. Would Recommend using them (best in the area) and work to get you in. Comparable estimates to anyone in the area and do good work overall and fix any issues you may have.

I took my car here after my accident. There was hardly any damage done and they had it from January 23rd through the middle of March to fix it. When asked for a courtesy car, they said they did not have one available but never called me when one did become available. My husband finally xalked and said hey, we havent our vehicle, weve needed for 2 months now and my daughters dr. appt is today in Columbia can you provide us with a courtesy car yet? And then they finally did. Not good custmer service! But at least the lady at the front desk is always very nice and polite! Its always goid to end with a smile.😊

Hit a deer right before the 4th of July. I had my car towed to wk collection center because I heard good things about them. I got noting but straight answers about my car even to the point that they was short staff because of the holiday. Even with the holiday and short staff that week I got my car back in a timely fashion and better looking than new. I give them 5starts all the way around

Wk collision will always get my business. I travel a lot and have been to many body shops after getting caught in hail storms or whatever. I will always wait to get home to use WK. I hit a deer on November 3, but, recently I moved to Springfield, my insurance is out of Sedalia and I was told it would be easier to just use one of the repair shops in Sedalia, I chose W-K. November 6, I make a special trip to Sedalia after I get off work at 5 and ask my sister if she will take the Jeep into W-K the following day. November 7, She took my Jeep in and they got their estimates and told me they werent sure if insurance would cover my aftermarket parts, but that once they have all of that approved and parts ordered it would be about a week on the repairs. I went ahead and scheduled for November 18-November 22, with the notion that if there was a delay with getting parts in or if they would need it longer than a week, Id be notified. I make a second trip to Sedalia on November 17, the next morning, day 1 of my repair, my mom drops the Jeep off while Im at work and they tell her everything is good to go and take it. Friday comes and Im waiting for the call that its done and I get nothing. November 25 I find out from a friend/employee that they just got the hood in that day. November 26, my sister goes in and is told they will have it done the following day, since I will be in town for Thanksgiving, that way I dont have to make another special trip and if anything is wrong I could bring it in the following day. She was advised to call them at 1pm on the 27 if it wasnt done yet. When that call was made she was told that it should be done by December 2, 3rd at the latest. I completely understand that they have more than my vehicle to work on and that if parts dont come in theres nothing they can do, but, this run around of when I can pick it up is ridiculous. The final word now is that they are missing a single bracket for the headlights and it will be done before lunch Friday, guaranteed.I hate to have to leave a poor review, but, Ive been in the dark completely and had to harass to get any information about the repair process.

The best place in Sedalia, MO to have body work or paint done. I take everything I need repaired or painted to them. They are fair in price and very friendly people to work with. Ive been to other shops in Sedalia and their work looks like an amateur did it compared to the work done by W K Collision. They have a lifetime customer thats for sure.

I like to think that Im a pretty good driver, but thats not the point. The point is that accident happens and either if you are in good hands or not by your insurance, you will always be in good hands with this place!I have used them 3 times for my personal and our company vehicles, they not only took care of our vehicle, but they also too care of us!They dealt with our insurance companies allowing me to get back to my busy life, and they made the process so simple and pain free that I would NOT go anywhere else in MISSOURI.Now, I do wish they had a frequency card to which the 5th car is free... but then again that would just be too much!! Haha

CROOKS!!! This business took advantage of a 19 year old. They did not replace all that they were supposed to replace, what they did replace wasnt correct. They let my son drive away with a bent frame and a bent rim. They had no problem accepting payment. My son just got home from the Air Force, and we took the car to our insurance agent and a trusted auto body place that is now doing the work that should have been done in November by W K Collision.

Big shout out to WK Body Shop. Had my new SS Camaro for less than a week before I had someone door ding me at Wal-Mart. W K had me in and out in no time. Never knew how it would turn out, but you cant even tell where they worked on it. Very reasonable price too, since it came out of pocket I was sure it was going to be pricey. They proved me wrong and will get my future business! Thank you W K!

If you want anything done right avoid this place at all cost. USAA sent me here for some PDR for hail damage. They have no attention to detail at all. I did my own visual inspection afterwards, had panels installed backwards and also found broken components. Worst part of all they wont tell you about it. After I confronted them about it they played clueless and found the broken piece in there trash.Update: Really seemed happy, so happy that the manager had to come outside and be shown that you cant put visors back together correctly and that you break a piece off my hood and say nothing about it. Then when you told and shown, you go inside and in less then a minute say its in the trash. Yeah I left happy.
