Had a wonderful experience yesterday. I was helped by a guy with the most amazing pink hair and a girl and they both went above and beyond to help me out. They had amazing customer service. They both deserve some recognition for their work ethic.

Not a huge inventory but still had what I needed. Nice people and helpful.

Bad vibes and terrible energy from the minute I walked in. The ladies working the store had no knowledge of the products I inquired about. They were absolutely no help and acted put out when I asked for their assistance. They short answered me and basically dismissed me to go back to having pointless chat sessions amongst themselves. I will shoot myself in the foot before I step foot in that store again!!

Friendly employees and it has all the essentials needed. Just wish they carried more variations for hair extensions but I understand that Sedalia would not be a good market for such things.

Two employees were at the counter. Neither greeted me when I came in. Neither asked if I needed help when I was obviously scanning the aisles, looking for something. Although my purchase was small, I regret spending any money in there. Oh well, it was the last time!

The workers were so nice! They wouldnt tell u what to do! They would let u pick ur colors and help u with what u should do!!! They ere just amazing!! I recommend going!! They r gr8

Great place give help over the phone, open and answer phone by correct hours and not rude like state beauty supply! I will tell all barbers and salons to come here over state!
