Would never buy tires here again. Bought a set of tires, they kept leaking air for 2 years kept adding air every week. Came to buy a new set of Yokohamas and told them please clean the beads told them about the problem. New tires leaking. Came in once told them 2 right side tires leaking they cleaned the beads reset tires and problem went away now back in doing left side sitting for few hours waisting time.

Fine job on front end alignment. Im verge choosy and wouldnt say they did a good job unless they really did.

Took my suv in to have 4 new tires, front end alignment, change the brakes and change the oil on March 12-13. Got my suv back and went to Warsaw on the 14th. Had to put my suv in the shop in Warsaw. Had to have an upper control arm replaced and the right hub replaced and brakes put on it. Guy in Warsaw said that if they would have checked before they said they did an alignment, they would have known all the other things needed fixed first!

I do not trust anyone else with my vehicles. The mechanics do an amazing job and the staff is knowledgeable. I can usually get my car in for same day service and never had an issue. This is one of the best places to go for vehicle needs.

The only place that cannot put the cover back on correctly after a oil change .3 times now.If it wasnt for my tires I purchased there under free balance and rotation Id be going else where.so done with it.

Well im very sorry to say that the quality of work has seriously dwindled at this facility the staff is always friendly but the technicians work is exceptionally lacking and has been this way for far to long today they told me the new vehicles dont have much for grease serts... while i agree they have only a few on front end of my truck i still want them serviced and when i inquired about this with the tech his excuse was that his grease gun was empty well at this point i doubt their ability to preform quality service on my truck and sadly will take my business elsewhere

I was on a road trip and still had a way to go. I noticed my tire showing wire and shaky while driving. Low and behold no jack or tools so i stopped into have it changed with my spare. They were awesome got me right in and taken care of on short notice and didnt charge me. To the gentelman they changed me out Happy Fathers day to you and thank ypu so much.

Quick and reliable. They dont try to force more out of you. I never felt like they were going to take advantage of my wallet and lack of car knowledge. Fixed my timing belt for a reasonable price and I had my car the next day.

I watched Robert deal with a dissatisfied customer once, and he did it with fairness and grace. And then came my time to think a tire should have performed better than it did -- and he did what I thought was right. I wont go anywhere else.

This place I have bought tires at for many years. I tell them what I want they put them on. My last tires i bought thier were 60 thousand mile tires and I got 65 or 66 thousand out of them so that pleases me.They also employ a mechanic that in my experience is the best one in Sedalia Mo. His name is Keven Kaiser . I am not alone in my assessment of him. He gets it done and with no BS. I highly recommend this place and if I could give them more stars i would.

I recently went to have my oil changed and purchased 4 new tires for my car. Upon leaving I noticed my car making an awful noise. I turned right around and went back. My car was put on the lift and mechanic noticed my muffler was bent and had been pushed into my heat shield causing an exhaust leak. Problem fixed without any issues. 2 days later Im driving to work and my car starts making a awful noise yet again. I thought I would limp my car to my place of employment. Well I didnt make it to work. Motor blown!!! Waited on the side of the highway 3 hours (tow truck busy) in the cold. When they changed my oil they put 3 quarts of oil to much in my car and caused the motor to blow. After all of this they wanted to put a salvaged motor in my car. This was not an option for me. So after missing 2 days of work and having my car towed to a dealership they finally wrote me a check for a new rebuilt motor. Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Will not be going back EVER!!! horrible awful experience!!!!

Had my car for 14 days said it was a 3 hour job they never called me never called my wife after several calls to the shop we were told oh tomorrow that went on for weeks so today we find out in 14 DAYS TIME they never even pulled it into the bay also staff is rude and not professional at all I would discourage anyone from using this place so all said and done another shop picked up car had it fixed in 2 hours warehouse is not what it once was when Cashman was running it now it’s if ur not buddies with the mechanic or manager they won’t fix ur car 2 weeks that’s ridiculous for them to not even open the door on it

Update to my previous review below, I did get a call back from Josh the next day to resolve my previous service issue, which shows that they really do care about their customers.Post on 12/4--Dont feel like my time was valued, had an appointment for an oil change at 3 and my vehicle got pulled into the garage at 3:45. Over an hour for an oil change.

Went in for some used tires, planned on walking to get some lunch and robert gave me the key to their little work truck so we could go wherever. After lunch tires were done and had lots of tread on them. They are also extremely nice.

Service was good and very polite, helpful people.

I needed my transmission and 4x4 looked at. Transmission was fine and so was the 4x4. The mechanic I talked to suggested getting Lucas Transmission Fix. Made a definite difference in shifting and the actual sound coming from the transmission.

Awful service. They forgot to bolt up my tire and it flew off and hit a truck behind me and my insurance had to cover it and went up like crazy. I asked them to pay for it but they said we are not responsible for the damage. DONT GO HERE.
